The location is perfect 5min walking to the train station and metro conecting to the airport an city center within 10 min. The rooms are v clean and comfortable. The reception team is very kind and helpful.

Ter estacionamento próprio mas é pago, 15€ por noite, o que não achei caro porque tudo à volta se paga. O quarto é confortável.

O quarto para além de confortável é mesmo pequeno o que não nos fez confusão, o que nos fez confusão foi o facto de não ter um mini frigorífico porque numa cidade tão quente faz muita falta ter um frigorífico no quarto para refrescar a água.

The location was good

I had ants in my room two times. When I checked in there was a seed from a fruit (not mine) & I had a ant trail by my wall. I checked in and only placed my personal items there & left again. Later on the evening I came back to this. I told the lady on the reception & the first thing she said to me was “yes because YOU ate in the room” (I didn’t ate in the room, I wans’t even there). I got another room which was clean at first glance. I guess I tooked some of the ants with me because my bag was on the floor & some ants stayed on my bag (all good). The days after I only saw a few ants here and there (wasn’t bad). On my last day I had out of nowhere ants again on the wall. (I didn’t ate in my room) Maybe it came from the shower because the door to close the shower had a lack. I dryed the floor but on the next morning there where ants everywhere again. It wasn’t really nice. I didn’t got anything from the hotel as an excuse. The only thing I got was a “im sorry”…

Персонал встретил улыбчиво и всегда был рад помочь. Когда мы зашли в номер, в номере пахло приятно и было чисто. Персонал убирал каждый день. Кровать и подушка была удобной, я быстро засыпала без каких либо сложностей. Номер был маленький, но за эти деньги - это нормально.

Когда персонал убирал, то они переставляли вещи в другое место. Например моя зубная щетка стояла на раковине, а ее переставили на полку над туалетом. Туалет был без дверей, необходимо было пользоваться дверью от душевой кабины, что иногда, не держалась плотно, и открывалась. А самое грустное было - это то что кондиционер не работал и в номере было очень душно. Мы проводили в номере только ночи, но нам все равно было душно, благо можно было открыть окно.

El ruido continuó en la primera planta donde se escuchan constantemente las cisternas de cuando la gente tira de ellas: IMPOSIBLE descansar! que el bar tiene un horario muy estricto de comidas y solo escuchaba a la chica quejarse con su compañero de que solo venía la gente a desayunar y que ella no le daba tiempo a todo. El WC estaba húmedo, quizás de estar tiempo pero son detalles que no son agradables

Deixo de sugestão acrescentar mais uma máquina de café e regular o tamanho das bebidas, a medida que vem é muito pequena, no capuccino a média que vem é de um café expresso. E apenas uma máquina para todos, sempre tinha fila, perdesse muito tempo pra quem está com pouco tempo disponível. Os ovos cozidos, todos os dias eram gelados, deixo tb a sugestão para o hotel melhorar essa experiência. Quarto era bem pequeno mas isto já está na descrição, mas no meu quarto não funcionava o exaustor no banheiro. A porta do banheiro é a mesma do box, acho que pra dividir quarto com amigos não seria uma boa escolha, perdesse a privacidade.

¡Excelente estadía en Málaga! Desde el primer momento recibimos una atención excelente. La habitación era muy linda, cómoda y espaciosa, y la ubicación nos encantó, ya que está cerca de todo y permite recorrer fácilmente la ciudad. Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante nuestra estancia y sin dudas fue una muy buena elección. ¡Lo recomendamos y volveríamos a alojarnos allí!

Great location just a short walk from the train station. Very clean room and en-suite bathroom. Room serviced each day. Friendly staff

Twin room was uncomfortably small with the bathroom only separated by a partition which didn't reach from ceiling to floor. The key cards didn't work two out of the three evenings we stayed. We had to go back down to reception from the 7th floor to get it sorted out which was inconvenient.

Tried to add another night via booking.com however booked wrong date. When I went to reception they were willing to change but as I had to do via booking, booking kept telling me hotel were refusing but I was at hotel reception and they were not. I lost my room at a cost to me. Shame on booking & not hotel fault. They wanted to accommodate

La ubicación del hotel es conveniente y la habitación, en términos generales, estaba limpia.

Nuestra experiencia terminó siendo muy negativa. Para empezar, el baño tiene muy poca privacidad, algo bastante incómodo si viajas acompañado. Sin embargo, el problema realmente grave fue la desaparición de unos lentes de sol durante nuestra estancia. La noche anterior habíamos regresado al hotel después de estar en la Feria de Málaga y los lentes habían quedado en la habitación. A la mañana siguiente, antes de marcharnos, nos dimos cuenta de que ya no estaban. Buscamos en la habitación y, después de hacer el check-out, volvimos a subir menos de 10 minutos después para revisar nuevamente por si los habíamos pasado por alto. Los lentes no aparecieron. Comunicamos inmediatamente la situación al hotel y pedimos que revisaran las cámaras de seguridad para poder aclarar qué había ocurrido. Precisamente porque estábamos todavía en el hotel y acababa de suceder, consideramos que era el momento de revisar las cámaras y gestionar seriamente la situación. La respuesta y el seguimiento fueron, para nosotros, completamente insuficientes. En lugar de intentar aclararlo de inmediato mientras todavía estábamos allí, terminamos marchándonos sin ninguna solución. Aproximadamente una semana después recibimos un correo del hotel, cuando nuestro viaje ya había continuado y nos encontrábamos en otro país. Más allá del valor de los lentes, lo más grave fue la sensación de inseguridad y la forma en que se gestionó el incidente. Cuando desaparece una pertenencia de una habitación y el huésped lo comunica estando todavía en el establecimiento, esperamos que un hotel actúe de inmediato, revise los antecedentes disponibles y dé una respuesta seria y oportuna. Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia no fue así y por este motivo no volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Freundlicher Empfang, sauberes Zimmer, das sehr spartanisch eingerichtet ist. Aber nicht so teuer und liegt nah zum Bahnhof, Metro (zum Flughafen) und auch Busbahnhof. Frühstück war ok, aber leider gab es nichtmals das andalusische Tomatenmus auf dem Brot ;( Die Fenster waren gut schallisoliert und die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Für mich allein ging die Badsituation, aber der Toilettenbereich ist quasi im Zimmer. Das wär zu zweit schon unangenehm.

The hotel has a perfect location: it is near the train station and about 15 to 20 minute walk to the heart of the city. Great value for the price. I especially appreciated the staff who was always friendly and went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend it to anyone.

Bra läge nära Malagas största tåg och busstation. Nära till bra restauranger, mataffärer och köpcentrum. Cirka 15 minuter från stranden till fots. Relativt prisvärt för läget. Trevlig personal.

Vid ankomst hittade vi vägglöss i sängen. Går alltid igenom, kuddar, lakan, madrasser och dylikt. Vi erbjöds full återbetalning om vi ville hitta ett alternativt boende eller ett nytt rum. Vi valde att stanna och efter noga genomgång av det andra rummet kändes det helt okej. Vägglöss kan finnas överallt och det är en påminnelse att man alltid bör gå igenom sängar och hålla resväskor stängda. Hotellets och personalens bemötande var bra, och även uppföljningen att rummet var avspärrat och att de tagit hjälp av en saneringsfirma. Lösningen med en dörr som ska fungera för både duschen och toan är dålig och vatten forsade ut i rummet. Skumt att handfatet inte var i badrummet utan utanför ytterdörren.

Nada que destacar como positivo.

La habitación era demasiado pequeña. La puerta del baño era la misma que la de la ducha, quitando total privacidad e intimidad. La relación precio-calidad la encontré muy mala. En la recepción no tienen baño de acceso público luego de que cierra el restaurant.

Pésima gestión, habitaciones con graves deficiencias y cobro indebido. Pagué un suplemento por una cama grande y me asignaron dos pequeñas. El hotel y Booking se echaban la culpa mutuamente. Prometieron darme prioridad para cambiarme a la mañana siguiente a las 9:00, pero dijeron no tener disponibilidad. A las 12:00, tras la intervención de Booking, a quienes el hotel ni cogía el teléfono, de repente apareció la habitación, haciéndome perder el tiempo por un problema recurrente. La habitación de 1 estrella tiene una distribución pésima con el lavabo al entrar y el WC sin puerta. El agua de la ducha se sale e inunda el suelo, hay un olor a humedad insoportable y al encender el aire acondicionado la ropa se humedece. La única ventana no se puede abrir porque tiene un cable de acero bloqueándola y los ascensores tardan muchísimo. Cobran 160 € por noche en pleno agosto y no tienen el detalle de poner ni una botella de agua de cortesía, ni mini nevera, ni cafetera, obligándote a depender de unas máquinas expendedoras que a veces ni funcionan. Pésima atención al cliente y gestión nefastas. 160 € por noche en agosto. A ese precio, la falta de una triste nevera o un detalle mínimo con el agua sienta fatal, pero como estándar de 1 estrella, es lo normal.

Già conoscevo la struttura poiché già soggiornato qualche hanno fatto, quando si chiamava diversamente. Ha migliorato il fatto che ora ha un parcheggio e un ristorante dove fare colazione internamente.

There is no refrigerator in apartman but ok.

Fräscha snygga rum och sköna sängar, men madrassen låg inte stilla, utan gled runt, så jag fick rätta till den många gånger. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen! AC:n i lobbyn var väldigt skönt när vi kom in från 34-gradig värme!

Att toaletten inte hade en riktig dörr utan samma som till duschen. Man vill kunna stänga om sig när man gör sina behov.

I would NEVER recommend this hotel. The toilet in the bedroom has no proper door to separate it from the room itself. Every smell will go into the room. Every sound. Every movement. No intimacy. Unless you're OK with your partner hearing and smelling everything you do inside, and unless you fancy the room smelling like a toilet for hours, stay away. All rooms have this system (I've asked). Besides that, the room has too many lights you can't turn off: the A/C LED is like a green torch. The LED on the TV is softer but still annoying, and then the door itself has an evacuation light that you can't turn off. If you're like my wife, who needs total darkness to sleep, this room is your nightmare.

La limpieza, sin comentarios, en la llegada ducha y baño pegajosos. Suelo durante la estancia también pegajoso y plaga de hormigas que se comunicó y algo hicieron pero seguía habiendo muchas hormigas. Supuestamente cambiaban las toallas si las dejabas en el suelo y la verdad todos los días que las dejamos pensamos que lo habían hecho hasta que un día nos encontramos las toallas mojadas dobladas como si hubieran sido cambiadas. Además, espero que vayas con gente de confianza pq si estás en el baño de ve desde la habitación y la puerta del baño es la misma que la ducha, eso hace que el suelo esté húmedo continuamente.

-Cena trochę za wysoka (2k PLN za 3 noce, sypiam w podobnych standardem hotelach w Europie i bardziej adekwatną ceną było by 1.3k/1.5k PLN max) -Bardzo często w nocy wybudzał nas dźwięk dudnienia rur, pewnie na skutek korzystania z łazienek w pokojach obok, to było dość frustrujące bo nie przespaliśmy ani jednej całej nocy -Po każdym użyciu kranu woda z kolanka kapała na podłogę

La habitación que no tenga armario, y el lavabo del baño esté nada más entrar a la habitación, resulta un poco extraño verlo así, fuera del aseo.. y que la puerta del aseo sea la misma que la del plato de ducha, si cierras el plato de ducha mientras te estás duchando, dejas abierto el baño y hay olores que lógicamente salen del baño, y si dejas el plato du ducha sin cerrar te estás duchando abiertamente y te puede ver la otra persona. Eso no nos a gustado la verdad.

La ubicación es perfecta. Tienes la estación de Sants en 200m. La calle Larios que es el centro histórico de Málaga que también está la catedral y el parque de la Alameda etcétera a 14 minutos caminando por el puerto.

Yo no diría que no me gustó sino que sugiero poner algun armario... cajón.... pará colocar ropa...con 4 perchas no tienes para colocar toda la ropa que llevas.. y en el lavabo poner alguna estantería por debajo.... pará poder poner las cosas cuando te lavas los dientes ..te maquillas o los hombres se afeitan.

El baño, no me gusto la poca o nula intimidad que tiene para hacer tus necesidades, en general la habitación no nos gustó a mi y a mis amigos. Tampoco tenía armario para guardar la ropa, una simple estantería con 3 perchas a cada lado. Y nada mas abrir la puerta a la izquierda te encuentras con el lavabo. Muy mal distribuido la habitación.

Ants were coming out from behind the headboard on the bed and also found some in the bathroom, we told the staff at the desk every time we saw them but they weren’t overly bothered about them and just got housekeeping to change the sheets, but it isn’t really on when you see ants crawling over your bed

Don’t like the reception area , there is no room and when people are stood waiting to check in the electric doors keep opening and it ends up with people moving and others pushing in especially Spanish people . Some ( not all ) staff don’t look to see who is next and immediately let the Spanish push in . Also we were sent to our room after 3 pm and it wasn’t made up so we had to go downstairs and request another room , we weren’t the only people this happened to and it is not good service . All rooms should be ready for 3 pm otherwise reduce the 12 .00 check out to 11.00 Or get more staff . But the main thing is the pushing in at reception .

Ladies at the reception are nice and always ready to help you. Location is excellent. You have supermarkets, train station, bus station available around your hotel within 5 min walk.

I’m not sure how it can be described as disabled friendly Lifts are small, rooms even smaller. The adapted room does have a decent shower facility but I can not remember having seen a smaller “double“ bed in any hotel in Europe and the room itself was small meaning limited space for wheelchair, luggage etc Think twice before booking here if you are travelling with a person who is wheelchair dependent. Explore different options.

Bien ubicado en relación a la terminal de tren. Con un auto llegas a cualquiera de los puntos de interes.

Lo único que no me gusto, fue el baño. Era como tener un cubiculo de un baño público adentro de la habitación... Se escuchaba a la otra persona ca*gar o cualquier cosa ya que no contaba con paredes y era una mampara como de ducha con un inodoro.
