My room 123 for me it was too small, I am not use to this. The kitchen is in the bedroom, the shower was broken. Also the cut off times were too early. We go on holidays to unwind and relax . Play games, swim and have a few drinks at the bar. We went with a group of our family members and there was planned events with the family as it was my husband’s family and it was his birthday. So we could not have much time alone with those that were younger and wanted to play a game of pool and then have some drinks. While the ladies were playing a game of pool which was incomplete we were told to go . We put money into the machine to play . I am not complaining, just some honest feedback so that you guys can look into this. I travel a lot to many places local and overseas. So I know it’s not the norm to close so early

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Everything you needed was in the vicinity of the resort. The walk to the beach was refreshing and felt safe. We loved the swimming pool the best time was at night after a long hot day swimming under the stars. The play area was everything for the little one. The hotel room had everything one needs for a weekend away. I'll definitely come back again.
The only thing we didn't like, the room gets so hot, not even the windows and fans made no difference. They should invest in aircons.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026I loved it all, what amazing time spent. I absolutely Love this place. Come here every chance I get.. so much to do. You drive there and don't need to leave. You have absolutely everything provided from kids play to adults play and the beach close by. Its amazing. Thank you for everytime we can enjoy under your massive umbrella of things to do. Never a dull moment. O have mad all my contacts come to you and they are so satisfied too 🤍

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. My daughter and I had a lovely break and we were very happy with the facilities. We spent our days in the pool and using your shop and restaurant. A lovely break!
I was happy with everything. I don't think I would have changed anything at all. I was impressed with the few little changes since I was last at ATKV Natalia, the blue pillows and blue runner

We were not given more time during checkout, it's like we were being chased away. Especially because I was with kids, so I needed more time, maybe 30 minutes after checkout time.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025I was looking for a typical resort vibe and it matched exactly that. The beach and its close proximity was a lot of fun for me and my kids.
I enjoy a long walk om the beach, but it seemed like safety was a concern when I wanted to walk in the one direction, but as long as you stay within the safety guards' suggested perimeter, you're fine.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025We enjoy every second in the resorts it's safe there is staff every where to assist, we will visit again. kids enjoy every moment, heating pool they swim till 21h30 we play lots of activities it's family oriented it's near the beach. I'm speechless with their service they exceed our expectations 🥰

The noise from other residents, the first night was bad, there were kids from King Edwards school who made noise till early hours of the morning, then went to the pool around 6am and continued to make noise.

Reviewed Dec 5, 2025It is as advertised, Security is tight, that is very much commendable Administration is perfect Their rooms are extra equipped with kitchen utensils, you get everything you have in your own kitchen There are guards and responsible employees around the pool, waterslide, even where children play. I also appreciated the pool for younger children.
I wouldn't see didn't like but I wish the help desk is 24/7 Dryers in the bathroom 2ply toilet paper Extra keys for rooms so that you don't have to inconvenience the person you are sharing a room with. Waterslide time is limited and restrictive, I know it might be costly in terms of electricity but a timetable may be the better option. Morning from 9 to 10, midday 2 to 3, evening 5 to 6 so that if you missed it Morning you can have other options

* unit had baby cockroaches in the fridge. * shower water pressure extremely low. * 4th time staying here but the racism hasnt changed. * couldn't accommodate for cleaning service so room was left uncleaned.
