Geweldig appartement, wij reizen met drie kinderen en voor ons was het perfect. Alles is schoon en netjes. Wasruimte beneden is ook super.

De hoofdkussens zijn erg zacht. Maar is persoonlijke smaak...

De kamer was fantastisch! Proper, ruim, rustig! Het ontbijt was lekker en het personeel altijd heel vriendelijk

The hotel offers a pampering, home-like atmosphere. The room is very spacious and includes a dining area and even a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are available for guests to use. The staff is very service-oriented and happy to assist with any questions. The breakfast is extensive (and a big thank you to the lady in the kitchen responsible for breakfast—her service was simply wonderful!).

One night, it was hot, and the lack of air conditioning in the room was keenly felt.

מלון באוירה ביתית, הצוות שירותי מאד ומסייע בכל שאלה או בקשה. ארוחת בוקר עשירה (תודה גדולה לעובדת המטבח שאחראית על ארוחת הבוקר שעשתה מעל ומעבר כדי להוציא אותנו מרוצים). החדרים חדשים ונקיים, המטבח מאובזר במלואו. במלון מכונת כביסה ומייבש לשימוש חופשי של האורחים.

החלפת מגבות מצריכה להביא את המגבות לעמדת הקבלה. ללא מזגן בחדרים.

استقبال سيئ ولا اعتذار ولارد فقط في الصباح قالو نريد اعطائكم ليله مجانيه ولكن حجزكم عن طريق البوكينق لانستطيع استرجاع المبلغ ل ليلة ، طبعاً عذر ليس منطقي ،، المشكله هي :الاستقبال اعطاني كرت ليوم واحد واقامتي 3 ايام وعند رجوعي في المساء اول يوم لم استطع الدخول الكرت ليس فعال واتصلت بهم ولكن لاحياه لمن تنادي ورقم الطوارئ لاحد يرد ولا رسائل البوكينق واستهتار وقله احترام لايوجد استقبال ولا رد حتى ان المقيمين بالفندق نصحوني ان اتصل بالشرطه ولكن لم افعل لكي لا يخافو اطفالي ، لقد جلسنا في الشارع لساعات طويله . وذهبا ندور في الشوارع القريبه ربما احد يعرف لهم رقم اخر او عنوان حتى الفنادق القريبه لايوجد فيها استقبال القريه هادئة وبعيده والطلوع لها عن طريق وعر لاتصلح خاصه في المساء مخيفه لانك لن تجد اي بشر وكأنهم اختفو منذ الساعه 6 عصر يختفونلن تجد في القريه نهارا الا مخبز صغير وبقاله ومطعم وفي المساء كل شي مظلم ،

Der Empfang war sehr nett, an der Rezeption erhält man alle Infos über den Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Lage ist zentral und ein Spar Lebensmittelmarkt und ein Bäcker gleich daneben. Zum Frühstück gab es auch alles was man sich wünscht, wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Parkplätze sind zu Stoßzeiten etwas knapp.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very spacious and has everything you need, including a sauna for the colder days. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and there was plenty of space to sit, enjoy a glass of wine or beer, and relax in the peaceful atmosphere and fresh mountain air. One of the things we appreciated most was the amount of storage space. There were plenty of wardrobes, making it easy to unpack our belongings instead of living out of our suitcases. The entrance was also very practical, with a coat rack, a mirror, and a small cabinet, making it convenient to come and go. The apartment even provides umbrellas for guests, which is a thoughtful touch. Please note that breakfast is available for an additional charge. However, there is a supermarket and a bakery just a few minutes away where you can buy fresh food and pastries. About a five-minute walk from the apartment, there is a public swimming pool with a waterslide, which we really enjoyed on a hot day. Guests also receive the regional guest card, which includes free access to the swimming pool, free use of several cable cars in the area, and many other activities, making it an excellent added value. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Please note that the apartment does not have air conditioning, so during hot weather it can become quite warm inside. There are also no insect screens on the doors, so if you open them to let in fresh air, insects may come inside. Other than that, we loved everything. It truly feels as though the hosts have thought of every detail to make their guests feel comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay.

Es war sehr geräumig und alles in der nähe man könnte super seine Wanderungen vom hotel starten. Es war der spar um die Ecke, Frühstück war super genug Auswahl. Der Bach am hotel war super und der Ausblick war richtig schön.

Meget pæn og hyggelig lejlighed. Vi havde 2 værelser og 2 badeværelser. Alt var skinnende rent da vi ankom. Nem late check-in.

מיקום מעולה, שירות מדהים, אפילו היה לנו בעייתיות קטנה בתחילת השהות, והם ישר נענו לפיתרון ואפילו פיצו אותנו בארוחת בוקר לכל השהות. מקסימים, חדרים יפים ונוחים, נוף מדהים.

Eigentlich alles gut. Schuhanzieher hätte im Appartement sein können. Meckern auf hohen Niveau 😀

Trotz Personalmangel war alles sehr gut organisiert, wir wurden sehr herzlich und individuell empfangen, das Frühstück war persönlich, liebevoll und reichhaltig. Das Hotel bietet einen hervorragenden Blick auf das Hochkönigmassiv und kann ganz toll als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten genutzt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel liegt leider direkt an der Hauptverkehrsader Bischofshofen - Saalfelden und dadurch ist zumindest bis in die Abendstunden mit Verkehrslärm zu rechnen.

AlpenParks hotel in Muhlbach am Hochkonig is a new and beautiful hotel in the magical countryside of the Austrian mountains. The hotel is located directly under the majestic mountains, with the highest peak of the HochKonig mountain with a height of 2941 m.n.m. The hotel has everything for your wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay. We booked an apartment and spent here 3 nights - the apartments offer all the comfort you could wish for - large rooms, modern and great to luxurious facilities with full equipments as if you were at home. The reception staff is always ready to fulfill your wishes or give you good advice. Not far from the hotel there is a great bakery with lots of very tasty treats, as well as a SPAR, where you can find everything you need. We travel around Europe regularly, but our stay at Alpenparks was one of our best stays - try it too and be pleasantly surprised, whether by the hotel services or the surrounding amamzing nature. We are definitely looking forward to coming back.

Super nett, großartiges Frühstück, bestmöglicher Service

Die Kissen sind nicht zum Schlafen geeignet. 1,2 Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine wären schön gewesen. Wer hat schon die passenden Kapseln dabei (oder kauft eine Packung, von der er dann 70% nie verwenden kann?)

Das Personal war für uns ein echtes Highlight. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde durchweg immer äußerst freundlich mit den Gästen umgegangen. Elisabeth von der Rezeption hat uns in wenigen Minuten eingecheckt und uns direkt ein paar Parkmöglichkeiten genannt. Danach hat sie uns zu unserem wunderschönen und wirklich sehr sauberen Appartement geführt und uns dort auch noch einiges zu den Räumlichkeiten gezeigt und erklärt (was ich wirklich ausgesprochen engagiert finde). Lizzy, die Hoteldirektion, hat uns ebenfalls immer herzlich gegrüßt und nach uns gefragt, auch sie konnte uns zu jeder Zeit weiterhelfen. Außerdem war Sabine vom Bristo nicht zu toppen. Ein so hohes Maß an Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Kompetenz haben wir selten erlebt. Beim Frühstück mangelte es an nichts, es gab eine große Auswahl, es ist für jeden was dabei. Bis hin zu unserem Check Out, den die wirklich sehr liebe Azubine Nathalie mit uns gemacht hat, war alles wunderbar und wir konnten eine stressfreie Zeit genießen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Skvěle vybavený apartmán s dvěma ložnicemi a koupelnami. Velká a perfektně vybavená kuchyně, bylo tam vše co člověk potřebuje. Výborná a přitom klidná lokalita s blízkým Sparem, pekařstvím, pizzerii a restaurací.

Comfortable, nicely designed aparthotel with parking. Central but quiet location, very close to a supermarket, a bakery, a bus stop, and several restaurants. Helpful staff. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious, and we slept very well - the mattresses were great.

Kompetentes Personal, top Apartmentausstattung und super Lage (Bäcker, Supermarkt und Pizzeria). Auch ein super Skikeller mit Heizung für die Schischuhe.

Staff was perfect, we got a lot of informations. Rooms are spacy, it is quiet place near the brook, breakfast is very good. Free parking is next the hotel. Hochkönig card is included - it is very useful to travel by bus or train and cable cars (all is free).

Paying $100 cleaning fee but they expect you to clean everything. I understand a $100 cleaning fee if you don’t clean but not sure why they charge that rate then also expect you to clean.
