Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Excellent rapport qualité / prix Propre, confortable, très bien équipé , spacieux Bon accueil Accès à un charmant espace arboré pour se reposer, glander, lire… et profiter de la piscine
La seule gêne est la présence du restaurant Gramvoussa… et de la soufflerie de sa cuisine On entend rien dans le logement mais sur la courette extérieure… c’est un peu gênant Ceci dit n’oublions pas que quelques mètres plus loin vous avez accès à l’espace tranquillité (cf ci-dessus)

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Kalviani est un endroit idéal pour visiter les plages de Balos et de Falassarna, et avec 1h15 de route celle d’Elafonissi. L’hôtel est situé dans le centre du village, il y a des restaurants à proximité immédiate dont un qui est réputé et où l’on mange très bien. Notre appartement était très spacieux, sur deux étages avec deux salles de bain, et la literie confortable. C’était parfaitement propre et il y avait tout l’équipement nécessaire. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, il aurait pu être plus varié mais ce n’est pas un problème à mes yeux. La dame qui s’est occupée de nous était charmante et nous a servi le petit-déjeuner chaque jour à l’heure souhaitée. Celui-ci se prend d’ailleurs au bord d’une jolie piscine qui nous était accessible. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix était à mon sens bon.
Rien. J’ai lu certains commentaires où il était question d’odeurs émises par la cuisine du restaurant situé en face. Très sincèrement, ce n’est pas un souci et au pire il suffit de fermer la fenêtre. L’appartement est d’ailleurs très bien insonorisé.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026La struttura è bellissima ed elegante ed è in una posizione favolosa per vedere le spiagge dell’ovest (si trova letteralmente all’imbocco della strada per Balos e a 10/15 minuti da Falasarna) potendo soggiornare in un contesto piccolo e a misura d’uomo senza dover stare nella più caotica Kissamos. Sicuramente un contesto adatto a una famiglia, seppur non ci sia una grande passeggiata serale il contesto del paese è assolutamente vitale per la presenza di tre ristoranti di cui uno molto quotato. Bellissimo lo spazio esterno dove poter cenare e rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Infine Eleni è un’ottima padrona di casa, ci ha fatto trovare ogni giorno l’appartamento sempre pulito e ci ha permesso di utilizzare la piscina presente nella struttura adiacente.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Casa rustica ma bella, spazio esterno con tavolo e sedie. Piscina della struttura centrale utilizzabile (a sfioro super!) Il villaggio di Kaliviani e’ sperduto ma e’ il suo fascino, proprio di fronte ristorante super! Posizione ottima per kissamos (10 min di auto).

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Agarathos Homes sono in una posizione ideale per visitare Balos e Gramvousa. La casa è tra l'altro proprio di fronte a una delle taverne migliori della zona, veramente ottima. L'appartamento era carino, con cucina attrezzata e con un dehors.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025L’environnement est calme et apaisant. Le logement est magnifique, intérieur / extérieur et en plus le service hôtelier est au top avec remplacement de serviettes , lits refaits chaque jour.
Il n’y a plus beaucoup d’activités en novembre dans cette région de Crète : c’est dommage ! Un peu d’épicerie de base (sel, poivre, huile) et le lieu serait parfait 👍

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025Sejr nette Gastgeberin, schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft, perfekte Lage - neben sehr guten Tavernen in einem schönen kleinen Dorf. Das Haus ist schön und traditionell und gut eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet.
Die unteren Räume der Maisonette Wohnung sind leider eher finster.

Pas de fenêtre sur une des 2 chambres. Meuble de la salle de bain cassé. Douche sans porte ni rideau... l'emplacement pour le GPS n'est pas bon et on n'a pas pu prendre le petit-déjeuner réservé (la personne nous a très mal indiqué où c'était) ne pas prendre la douche avec les deux en meme temps (problème eau chaude et pression)

Vicino ci sono dei localini tipici e un piccolo market, dove si trova un po' di tutto (i proprietari sono persone squisite e gentilissime). La connessione wi.fi è super!

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025This is a true gem of Western Crete, a very special place where you can find peace, good food, hospitality and great views. The 2 bedroom house is a wonderful choice for families/friends as it has 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 terraces. The property also has a pool nearby and a majestic restaurant is just across the road. The owner is a lovely lady and she makes sure everything is perfect. The location is great for Balos, Falasarna and even Elafonisi, while still being very close to the Kissamos and 40 min away from Chania.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2025Perfekter Aufenthalt am Meer! Die Apartments waren einfach fantastisch! Wir sind schon zweites mal da. Sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders schön war der Terasse mit Meerblick – jeden Morgen dort zu frühstücken war ein Traum. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Gegend ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Auch der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Very beautiful stone house with two comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms. Very kind and helpful owners. Perfectly situated in the middle of the village. You can use the pool of their apartments, which is 2 minutes away.
There is nothing we didn't like, so this is only a suggestion: some coffee in the kitchen to start the day on your own terrace:-) However, its easy to step out to get a coffee at the restaurant next door, opens at 8 am!

Struttura priva di parcheggio dedicato. Parcheggio in strada un po' difficile nei momenti di affollamento. Assenza di ripiano dove poggiare cose utili in bagno.

Il bagno ha pochi posti per appoggiare accessori personali. Prese della corrente che sono ad incastro e facilmente apribili con in particolare una presa con fili scoperti molto pericolosa per i bambini.

Al centro del paesino con ottimi ristoranti davanti alla struttura e colazione servita nei pressi dell'hotel vicino del quale si può usufruire anche della piscina. Appartamento ben tenuto, spazioso e con tutti i servizi, bella terrazza. Super consigliato soprattutto per un soggiorno piu lungo.

Posibilidad de bañarse en la piscina. Pueblo muy tranquilo, pero con mucho ambiente por los restaurantes cercanos. La anfitriona muy amable y cercana.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2025Βολική η τοποθεσία για επίσκεψη στις διασημότερες παραλίες, Ελαφονησι, Φαλασαρνα, Μπαλο, καθαρός χώρος με παραδοσιακά στοιχεία, όμορφη θέα στην θάλασσα από τον πάνω όροφο.
Δυστυχώς απέναντι και δίπλα υπήρχαν ταβέρνες και η μυρωδιά από την κάπνα και την τσικνα ήταν αρκετά έντονη στον όμορφο εξωτερικό χώρο, οπότε δεν μπορέσαμε να τον απολαύσουμε.
