Reviewed Feb 24, 2026A very well build lodge. The building and the grounds were very well maintained. The common room/breakfast area were great with huge floor to ceiling windows. We also liked the outdoor terrace. There is a hot tub and a sauna that can be used for an extra fee. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. We could not finish the homemade cake, but the staff was happy to pack it for us to eat later in the day. All staff were super friendly and gave very helpful recommendations.
The rooms are small. A real downer in the otherwise perfect stay happened when we asked for help with opening a bottle of wine we had brought before arrival: they were happy to help, but asked for CLP 4,000 (about USD 4.50) to do so. We politely declined.

Mauvaise insonorisation avec les autres chambres donc si vous tombez avec des voisins égoïstes qui mettent la musique à 7h c'est tant pis pour vous... La propreté pourrait être mieux, les draps avaient quelques auréoles et de longs cheveux traînaient dans la chambre et salle de bain... pour le prix c'est dommage. Chambre petite mais c'était annoncé

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Le lodge est vraiment bien placé au centre de Ensaneda.. Les parties communes sont magnifiques. L'intérieur est très lumineux et les extérieurs sont parfaitement entretenus.
Les chambres sont trop petites et il y a qu'une fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre qu'à moitié. Il est dommage de ne pas avoir une terrasse privée ou un balcon dans chaque chambre.

Nicht direkt für dieses Quartier relevant, aber wichtig zu wissen: In Ensenada gibt es am Sonntag Abend zumindest in der Nebensaison wirklich kaum offene Restaurants. Wir wollten es nicht glauben, wurden eines Besseren belehrt.

Small rooms which get very hot in afternoon but no AC, no fans, and no insect screens. So Mosquitoes enter at night as room cools and very thin walls so we listened to snoring throughout the night from the room next door. No hot water at 0800 or 0900 but owner told me I must be wrong. Tedious check in with strange ideas about tax avoidance that we never heard in any other hotel in 3 weeks in Chile. Male owner got upset when I asked about walking to the beach. Overall, the young owners are still finding their way.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025Die Betreiber sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, so hat uns der Besitzer abends zu einem Restaurant gefahren und auch nach dem Essen wieder abgeholt. Alles wird mit sehr viel Liebe präsentiert, so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlt.
Die Wände waren recht dünn.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025A warm welcome with generous hearts. Our room was warm and cosy with a comfortable bed. We loved sitting in the lounge during our evenings to enjoy a glass of our own wine bought at a local supermarket. It was indeed a home away from home. We had fabulous advice for the must see/dos in the area and assistance with bookings as needed. Breakfast was too good not to eat, with homebaked treats.
The only thing we didn't enjoy was the poor Wifi in our room. All three options failed us and we had to resort to using our own data.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2025Entre Volcanes Lodge was a good choice for our stay in Ensenada. Depending on which side of the property you are, you can see one of the three volcanoes. It is amazing to see this giants emerge from the fog! There are also cozy tables and chairs where you can enjoy your coffee or tea in the garden. You can book a sauna or a massage at the property but we didn't try these. The staff was really friendly and helped us choose where to go and what to see around Osorno Volcano.
There isn't a variety of things you can order at the Lodge's restaurant, but at least there's something to eat without leaving the property. It was a bit difficult for us to find the place, especially when you're arriving late. We received detailed instructions, however, you need to pay attention while driving since the sign for the place is not easily recognisable and Google maps is not leading to the right place.

You get homemade jam and cakes for breakfast. The room was big, so was the bathroom. Everything is spotless clean. The lodge is new and we felt like home immediately.

It’s owned by a lovely young couple and you can tell they take pride in their property and making sure their guests are happy. Breakfast was delicious and included homemade cake, homemade jam and fresh baked rolls. Great location with close proximity to the National Park, right across the street from the lake and fabulous views of Osorno volcano just steps outside the door.

The breakfast is lovely and the attention to detail in the property to a high standard. My only regret is I could not stay longer to make use of the property. Well done!

The staff were great, with one lady speaking good English and offered very good advice on our travels. Delightful breakfast, with different fresh fruit and kuchen each day. V peaceful. I would stay here again. V close to big attractions.
There are bollards in middle of road which make it difficult to turn in and out from certain directions. The main road markings make life rather confusing. I would liked a glass/cup.

Bedroom was minimal, bed only and a very small table and two stools. Eating or drinking was not permitted in the bedroom. Never came across this instruction before. Bedroom extremely hot due to the weather and no facility to cool it.
