Breakfast could have been better with adequate food.. came to the restaurant at 09.30am and food was almost gone. Shower was lacking hot water and my room light was not bright.

This could have been a 9 or 10 for a hotel in the interior highland of Sabah.

I scored only a 6 because my stay was a work trip. I need the receipt of payment for the claim. I chose to pay at the property upon checking in and they were not able to issue a receipt immediately after payment. Unfortunately and shockingly, the receipt issued during check-out is labelled 'Invoice', not 'Receipt', which caused problems when I submitted my claim to my Finance Dept. Referred to the hotel at the counter and via Booking, WhatsApp, and email, and the replies were the same. Sento Hotel only issues "Invoice". The hotel should use the correct terms to prevent problems to those who stay for work purposes.

Good food, located in pekan, close to 7e, clean and tidy

Facilities like the iron and ironing board should be better. Burnt my shirt using it the first time.

1. Bilik kurang kelengkapan. Kerusi 1 sahaja. Dalam gambar ada 3 kerusi. Meja letak makanan macam nak roboh. 2. Bilik banyak semut dan ada anak lipas. Setakat stay 1 malam dah 5 anak lipas dibunuh.

The food for breakfast package is great.

with the price that i am paying its much better for me to stay at Queens Hotel which rate 2 star. The pillow case, bed sheet, and towel look shabby, even the mattress does not feel comfortable.

Bad customer service, I called the reception after I checked in and asked them to change my bedsheets because I found hair, it's not clean, the reception guy sent a security guard with the bedsheets for me to change by myself. When I call the reception, the guy sit at the counter said that security guard will help to change, when I ask that old poor security guard he said he don't know to change the bedsheets. Next the carpet flour is not clean at all. The next day an useless breakfast, I think streets food better taste than this hotel, With a small portion of rice one piece of cucumber tasteless sambal, waste of money to pay with breakfast when I ask for boiled egg I was charged. It's truly a frustrating stay at this hotel, I was deceived by their false image in booking.com.

The linen could've been much cleaner. We had a very good night sleep however my father and younger brother who stayed in a room in the opposite wing couldn't sleep well due to the noise. The tap water was murky.

this hotel is located in middle of town. there is 7-11 on the ground floor. parking is in the public. room is clean but is minimal in fasiliti wa. bring your own tooth paste and the laundry bag. breakfast included on top floor.

Too noisy coz the hotel is next to a pub …loud music till 2.30 am..after that the noise continued with the ramming of motorbike. Bed was not comfy…it was bouncy everytime got movement

The room is comfortable and the cafe is located at the roof top and you can see the view of Keningau city. The location very strategic...near restaurants and seven Eleven..easy to get necessities

Maybe can improve on the free breakfast menu/services.

It does not have any likeable features. No let me be generous, the guy on reception was smiling. We left after our first night.

Smoke smell in room. Breakfast was choice of 4 set plates and stewed tea or coffee, the room was apparently being cleared from an event the night before and set up for a lunch event with nowhere to sit. Loud music from a bar till 1:15, no wifi in room only in corridor, rooms tired with wallpaper was hanging off in room. I changed rooms on arrival because of a,strong smell of cigarette smoke, the new room smelt of air freshener but but the morning it just smelt like a fusty old ash ashtray. It needs a refurbishment.
