Reviewed May 28, 2026從東港轉運站至民宿不到１０分鐘腳程，當日早上管家來電告知房間冷氣異常，協調轉住其他民宿，兩間都位在安靜的社區裏，離東港夜市也近。 管家熱心介紹週邊景點，騎著民宿提供腳踏車逛遍大街小巷至很晚回到安排的民宿，讓小管家久候我們的光臨，實在不好意思。
知道有些民宿有提供餅乾和飲料，當晚小管家有招待客廳桌上的餅乾，公共區也有提供即溶包沖泡；因有買需冷藏的食物，打開冰箱感到有點亂，看到像似管家準備的飲料與喝(開)過的飲料杯及其他食物放在一起，是否在冰箱上貼告示／提醒，旅客較易分辨與遵守。

房間燈光比較沒那麼明亮。浴室蓮蓬頭出水因為沒有冷熱水標示，要稍微研究一下。

停車場的環境稍微要注意, 因為下雨天+晚上, 停車場的地面比較不平整, 而且有路擋 要注意

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026房間的床鋪與被套質地舒適，床很大，軟硬適中，快2歲的小孩睡得很安穩。窗外還能看到滿月，非常幸運的夜晚。地理位置很棒，尤其對有小小孩家庭，鮪魚公園、王船文化館就在走路六七分鐘距離，東港轉運站也都在一區，很短腳程可到。 離全家很近，附近的日本料理「ㄧ敘食事」很精緻、「新東津鮪魚飯湯」超好吃，很台式料理，老闆與老闆娘都對小孩很熱情，大人可以好好吃頓飯。

Reviewed Jan 19, 20261.老闆人很好，主動分享美食資訊及路線 2.床鋪軟硬適中，很好睡，而且附有一個大靠枕 3.房間空間相當大 4.插座足夠，床頭都有，只是其中一側床頭的插座會被床墊擋住 5.附有停車位，自行開車來不用擔心(停車位是在鄰近的空地，而非民宿內)，因擔憂夜市不好停車，我們選擇步行去夜市，步行到夜市約15分鐘 6.老闆表示若要到夜市，民宿可以提供腳踏車(但我們選擇用走路的方式)
1.入住時，老闆說原本預定要給我們的房間因前一組客人臨時續住，因而改其他房間給我們，強調房型是一樣的，但進去之後發現原本訂的是有陽台，更改的房間卻沒有:( 2.廁所排水系統不佳，地墊距離淋浴位置有一小段距離，但洗完澡地墊卻全濕，細看才發現排水凹槽是從水龍頭延伸到門，水也一路流過去，地墊即便沒有直接被水噴到，最後還是會因為凹槽而全濕 3.房間通風不太好，1月中去仍需要開冷氣及電風扇讓空氣流通(原本是開窗戶但沒有用) 4.房間靠門的牆壁上有幾個長條形毛玻璃，隱私不會有問題，但晚上睡覺時，走廊的燈光會透射進來，因本次住2樓，樓上也還有其他住戶，不好意思也不確定是否能直接把樓梯的燈關掉

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026老闆娘熱心提供在地美食店家，房間寬敞乾淨舒適有陽台還有按摩浴缸(可惜沒有免治馬桶)，兩張雙人床直接放地面不怕摔下來，小孩玩得很開心，一樓公共空間也很舒適有飲水機，整體風格是工業風民宿。提供腳踏車免費借用。免費汽車位但要停放在附近的空地。
晚上一樓車庫大門旁邊有人在抽菸。斜對面疑似有私人宮廟，早上開窗要去陽台有拜拜的燒香味飄進來。走廊的燈會照進房間如果睡眠對光線敏感的人容易受影響。

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025東港転運站から徒歩圏内（10分以内）だったのが決め手でした。オーナーファミリーは皆さんフレンドリーで親切です。宿の自転車も借りられますが、私は最寄りのYoubikeStationから電動アシスト自転車を利用して、大鵬湾から華僑市場まで楽に快適に観光できました。客室は明るく清潔です。シャワーエリアとトイレを隔てる壁がないので使う際に少し気を使いますが、個人的には問題ありませんでした。
連泊でもバスタオルの交換がない点
