Its very clean a well organized with all the small details that you would need in your day to day life. The owner is very friendly and dose not bother you with calls and visits unless you contacted her. The area is quite and in a close distance to the airport (10 min). It’s great not having to park in the street, there’s a 3 space parking slot inside.

The apartment was in the middle of hell. The taxi driver didnt even want to be there at night. I should have gotten a full refund. We arrived went inside to feel somewhat safe while we found somewhere else to stay! Then left ten minutes later. There is no way I would ever recommend staying here! It felt like the worst neighborhood in Greece!

Nikos the owner had me checked-in long before the standard check-in hours and he arranged for my accommodation whitin minutes. The appartement is very simple but it has everything you need for a nice a confortable stay. Loved it!

Logement très propre et bien équipé dans la cuisine. Charmant et agréable. Par contre, nous avons eu un tout petit filet d’eau pour la douche, et pratiquement pas d’eau chaude. Nous sommes arrivés tard la veille, et pour une nuit seulement donc nous n’avons pas voulu déranger les propriétaires. Mais dans l’ensemble, nous recommandons les gérants. D’ailleurs, pour la communication avec eux, c’était très bien également. Tout était très bien. Le problème de pression d’eau et du manque d’eau chaude était sûrement un soucis qui a dû être réglé depuis.

The place was amazing! Check in and out was so easy and the place was so nice and clean. Amenities were great as well. Only stayed one night for the airport but it exceeded expectations.

No aircon in the room so it was a bit warm

Property is perfect location for those looking for a convenient stay close to the airport. Most comfortable bed ever as well :)

Overall it was good. A newer property with new amenities. The main gate and apartment were both well secured. Compared to the city side apartments, there are no shops or restaurants that you could easily walk to. That’s a drawback. One thing that could help. 1. Host can turn on air conditioning beforehand. It was hot when we checked in and it took a while to cool down once the air conditioner was turned on.

Great overnight stay before flight. Nice accommodations, clean spacious. Looks brand new Great restaurant just a short walk away from the place with excellent food. Always nice to have a kitchenette with refrigerator. Highly recommend

Nice little ‘cabin’, meaning you have your own separate space.

No information provided regarding entrance codes, etc prior to arrival. Host did not meet upon arrival. In fact, didn’t see the host at all during the stay. Hot water switched off, so no warm shower in the morning.

Property was great. Hot water heater was small and water pressure wasn’t great but otherwise very clean.

Second time staying at this quiet hidden gem. The communication is very good from the host. Will be my go to when I return to Greece!!

Very well maintained for the price. The apartment was really close to the airport while being secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city. Definitely worth a visit and I’ll be back!!

Just one night in the small house, but it worked well for us. It was well set up and gave us good instructions. The mattress could be upgraded, but not bad for one night.

Super convenient and clean one bedroom apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, living space and seperate bedroom. Air condition worked really well, we were there on a very hot day/night.

The property was clean, private and well-maintained. The host had good communication. There are a couple of things needing improvement: the coffee maker did not work and the single air conditioner did not cool the bedroom.

We will return to this place. It is close to the ATH airport.

Ideal if you want to be close to the airport. I wish the owner would invest in good mattresses. Overall, tidy, efficient and good value for money.

Das Appartement ist klein aber fein. Es war sauber und es war gut ausgestattet. Lediglich ein Topf zum Kochen fehlte. In der Nähe gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei mit den notwendigsten Sachen. Ansonsten ist runter zum Wasser ein Mini Markt und ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg entfernt der My Market Supermarkt in dem man dann wirklich alles findet. Die Küste ist knapp 2km entfernt und gut erreichbar. Im großen und ganzen eine gute Unterkunft außerhalb Athens. Die fahrt in die Stadt dauert übrigens ca. 1,5 Stunden mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Apartment is small but has everything you need. We stayed for just one night on our way out of Greece since it was near the airport (15 min drive).

New house, nice and safe yard for car.

Bed sheets were missing for sofa bed, but this was fixed by quickly after request.

wir haben hier übernachtet, weil wir einen sehr frühen Flug aus Athen hatten. Kleine Anlage mit 3 Apartment Bungalows ohne Service. Sehr nett eingerichtet und super praktisch, da auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war. Die Küste mit netten Restaurants ist nicht weit und wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist eine gute und preiswerte Möglichkeit in Athen zu übernachten

The apartment was clean and every nice. Beds were a little stiff but nothing to throw a fit over.

Close proximity to markets. Inexpensive cab rides. Excellent waterfront restaurants with fresh food. Near the airport. Property was super clean, everything was like new. The communication from the owner was top notch as well. The perfect location for us to taxi into Athens to see the sights and then come back to this quiet seaside community to relax at the end of the day.

clean department, good beds, everything look great, close to the airport and vicinity, good area if you're looking for a relax and quite place, just take in mind is far away from the downtown which is not a big problem you can call a taxi or uber.

They could use upgrade on quality of mattress. Never stayed at a place where you had to turn on the hot water? Was no information on this in the emails. Was informed by them that it was on the laminated card in the room.

Ok here's the story:- promised a taxi waiting at the Airport---None. made our own way to the place. left on the street out. Had to phone for the password to get into the property. which was cold .no heating . shower was cold. Shops for milk and bread were about a mile walk away. only one cooking facility (frying pan )no saucepans. Totally unacceptable situation all round.

New, comfy, and spot clean. Perfect for an affordable overnight stay near to the airport - about at 15 min Uber ride.

The actual apartment was amazing. You can tell that tome and consideration was put into it. The bed, however, was just a box spring no mattress. The neighborhood around the apartment was very urban.

We only spent one night, as we needed to catch an early morning flight. The place was perfect for our needs. Very cute bungalow. Very clean and has all the necessities. They even arranged for transportation to the airport for us. There is a great family restaurant down the road, about 4 minute walk. Authentic greek food - was fantastic!!! Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. The phone call conversations I had with the apartment representatives were helpful. In addition, the representatives called for a cab so that I could get to the airport. The recommended cab driver was so polite and asked for a reasonable fee to get to the airport. Overall I would use Olympia apartments for my overnight stay again. It is the perfect place to stay and reasonably priced if you need some sleep before your next transfer flight! 15 minutes away from the airport.

This is the best place we stayed around Athens. The apartments are new, spotless, bedding is beautiful. Owners were accomodating and communicated well. Very close to airport and the beach. Lots of things to do around the area.

We just needed a place to rest while waiting for my in-laws 4:00am flight. Olympia apartments was very reasonably priced and near to the airport. Easy access instructions given. Little bungalow was clean and modern.

It was a bit challenging to find the place at first because of confusing Google map directions. But once you find it, it’s actually pretty easy to get to. Our property manager John, was very very helpful, accommodating, flexible and went above and beyond just renting out the apartment. He made special arrangements for a 4am taxi pick up to the airport. He made sure we have everything we needed. He recommended one of the best restaurants we have tried that’s just around the corner-Mitepan😋 Most of all,he went out of his way to find cables to jump start the dead car battery of our rental car…which we end up not needing after all, thank goodness 😅 I highly recommend this place and will definitely book it again when I come back to Greece. Thank you John for making our vacation pleasant. More power to you!!!

The owner had excellent communication skills and was very polite and waited for us the longest period of time. He had for us complimentary water and drinks at the refri. The place was spotless and the cleanest i have ever experienced with and extra couch/bed in case we needed it.
