Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Anfitrião simpático e boa comunicação. Localizado no centro histórico, perto das principais atrações. O apartamento é moderno, limpo e equipado com o essencial para cozinhar. Tem uma boa ventoinha.
Apesar dos vidros duplos, é um pouco barulhento para pessoas de sono leve, especialmente aos fins de semana. O duche tem pouca pressão.

En general estaba todo perfecto, aunque sí que quizá mejoraría la calidad de las toallas.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Die Buchung, die Planung, die Kommunikation war alles ohne Probleme. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Wenn man nicht gross selber kochen will ist die Wohnung ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, mitten im alten Stadtkern. Direkt daneben ist ein kleiner familiengeführter Supermarkt. Alle guten Restaurants sind fußläufig. Die Stadt liegt sehr zentral und man kann viele Dinge von dort sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichen und somit kann man die Umgebung toll erkunden
Wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, ist der nicht ganz einfach unterzubringen. Man muss entweder bezahlen oder relativ weit laufen. Wir haben an der Kirche geparkt, das waren nur 100 m, aber dafür haben wir am Tag 5€ bezahlt.

O “terraço” porque não é uma opção o acesso através de uma janela pequena e uns degraus para sair pela janela. Não é para todos. E uma vez lá fora estava tudo sujo e destruído (cadeiras e mesa). E chamar apartamento do terraço parece a gozar. Senti-me enganado.

Reviewed May 7, 2026I can highly recommend staying at Residenza Dutza! The apartment is perfectly located in the historic centre close to restaurants, shops, bars, the plaza and lovely walks along the river. Everything is easily reached by foot. The central coach station is walkable in 15 minutes. The apartment is in a lovely street where you can see local life from your window, I loved sitting by the big window in the morning with all sunlight having my coffee. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, if you want to cook the kitchen has all the amenities. Cecilia is a fantastic host and was always on hand to help with recommendations for places to visit and things to do. I arrived a little later than planned to check in and Cecilia came to meet me and ensured everything was ok for my first night. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I can't wait to return! :-)

You can wall to everything - groceries, cafes, bars/restaurants, the castle (although it is closed for repairs rn). Cecilia met me in her cute shop below the apartment and walked me through the building and showed me how to use the key codes. She is very friendly and helpful. The building is well maintained, stocked, and has all the Portuguese charm one could ask for.

The location is perfect .In a calm area for a perfect night sleep and only 5 minutes from the city center . The Host was very friendly and helpful. They were hesitant on getting back to us so we could leave our stuff there even though I know the room wasn’t ready. They could at least say yes leave your stuff there . We’ll put it to the room once it! Until further on they told us that which we lost half a day! I expect more Communication and understanding that people come for far away for them to act like this!

Reviewed Jun 7, 2025The upp floor apt unit is accessible by stairs which only light-up nearer the 1st level. A bit challenging with bringing our luggage up/down. The Cathedral paid carpk is within 3-5min walking distance (but note the access hours). Quiet as it is away from the town centre. It has an equipped kitchen and fridge so you can cook. Clean & well-maintained.
Noticed tt the shops/units opp. the lodging are not occupied & vacant. So quite isolated. It appears tt the units are rented on double-bed room basis. So it is important to specify if you want twin-sharing. The owner came down to reset the beds in a few hours. Good recovery. The pre-checkin instructions missed out on turning a knob so we hv to call to get into the apt.

It's also just a short walk to the castle. Cecilia was a wonderful host, always ready to help with any questions about the town.
