Reviewed Sep 1, 2026這次和家人一起住四人尊爵家庭房,是不錯的住宿體驗, 房間乾淨, 床也很大很好睡 , 廁所馬桶是TOTO, 有溫暖的坐墊, 上廁所很舒服, 浴室也夠大可以舒服泡湯 , 房間部分覺得還可改進的是四人房的沙發椅略小, 頂多坐兩人, 外加一張無靠背椅也只能坐3個人, 若再增加一張椅子就可以讓家人一起圍繞吃東西聊天 , 我也很喜歡頂樓的露天大眾湯池 , 剛好遇到颱風住客少, 5個池隨意泡 , 真是享受極了!! 旅館離火車站很近, 周邊方便又熱鬧 , 推薦給大家!!

等候區沒有對應顧客需求的座位，也無引導。 電視當機，修繕人員直接穿鞋入內踩在房內地墊上。早餐有很大的改善空間，不過服務的阿姨人都很好。

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026飯店櫃台人員很熱誠，看到我需要照顧老父親就幫了很多忙，很感謝，床和枕頭都很乾淨很舒服，浴室泡澡池也是，另外，隔音很棒。有送票券可以到葛瑪蘭風呂煮溫泉蛋和蔬菜，而且風呂也有溫泉魚咬腳皮，只是我們沒參與 飯店一樓旁邊有一家串燒居酒屋，好像不錯

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026早餐不錯雖然選項有點少，但是都蠻好吃的，吃素的家人也覺得不錯，泡湯也很舒服，這次的房間蠻大的，房間的泡湯池也不錯，房間也乾淨，頂樓的泡湯池雖然只有一只湯但是蠻舒服的，還有置物櫃可以放東西。
走廊的聲音蠻大聲的，設施開放時間很奇怪，像是頂樓是17:00-19:30，原本要逛夜市的行程只好取消，還有健身房早上也沒開，大部分的飯店都可以早上去運動泡湯

地毯四周跟角落可以打掃的更仔細一點，窗戶外面很多髒污很明顯！（如果不拉開窗簾也看不到，偏偏我就拉開了），其他都很滿意。

我們去check in，我們騎重機。3點以前的那位櫃檯小姐（臉超臭）。 我詢問那位櫃台小姐，安全帽能放哪裡？ 櫃台：放在地板上。 我：不好意思，再說一次好嗎？ 櫃台：把安全帽放在地板上。 把安全帽放在地板上。 算了算了…… 拜託，那是戴在頭上的，奇怪了，上次去葛瑪蘭風呂櫃台都很親切，請我們把帽子放在桌子上或沙發上，這家櫃台竟然叫我們安全帽放地上😓，讓人無言。 早餐多變，但……鹹的要死。
