Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Zeer mooie locatie aan de rand van de stad. De keuken kon vrij gebruikt worden, waardoor we koffie konden zetten en water konden koelen. Onze wagen stond veilig op het terrein. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Om de hoek waren twee bakkers zodat we makkelijk konden ontbijten.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Ve velkých vedrech měl pokoj klimatizaci, z terasy byl přístupný hotelový bazén v příjemné zahradě. Koupelna v pořádku, chyběla mi alespoň malá lednička přímo na pokoji, ale dala se využít společná ve společné kuchyňce. Cca 2km od centra města, ale dostupné i pěšky. Celkově super, zůstávali jsme jen jednu noc, protože jsme odlétali domů.
Je mrzuté, když paní na recepci neumí anglicky ani slovo, zároveň ani slovo anglicky nerozumí. Nějak jsme se nicméně domluvily, naštěstí jsme neřešili žádný významný problém. Večerní recepční už angličtinu v základu ovládal.

Le gros point négatif c’est la piscine. Elle n’est pas du tout nettoyée, complètement laissé à l’abandon. Nous avons tenté de nous baigner une fois mais nous sommes ressortis au bout de 5mn. Très dommage car c’était le point qui nous a fait réserver dans cet hôtel

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Beautiful house with a lovely garden and a pool that’s deep enough to properly enjoy. The room is clean and spacious. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen available for guests. Great attention to detail, the room is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space to hang clothes and towels and to store your belongings (which is not always the case). Very friendly staff. We felt at home. Easy and safe parking available at the property.
The only downside is the bed, it’s quite uncomfortable and tends to shake when the other person turns over. Additionally, the bedsheets are made of some synthetic material, which can make you sweat. After dusk, the street on the way back from the city center is quite dark. On the plus side, the location is convenient for quickly leaving the city and reaching nearby attractions.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das nette und zuvorkommende Personal. Es gibt kostenlose Parklätze. Das Zentrum ist in etwa 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen 👍

The hotel is a little far from the city center (around 20–25 minutes away), and we were advised not to walk there after 22:30, when the shops are closed and the streets are quieter. However, this was not an issue at all if you have a car or take a taxi. On the plus side, being outside the center made the area much quieter.

Aprecié también la extrema amabilidad que me brindó todo el personal, especialmente Mario y Rosario me orientaron adecuadamente, me trataron con toda diligencia y comprensión, sin dejar de mencionar a Miguel. Estuve muy contenta de conocer Valladolid y estar hospedada en este lugar. Un apunte muy necesario: Hace falta mayor limpieza en las calles de esta bella e histórica ciudad. Urge que las autoridades y los prestadores de servicios, en general, lleven a cabo y promuevan campañas PERMANENTES de limpieza que detenga la invasión de basura, fue muy triste ver tanto tiradero de plástico de un solo uso en la carretera rumbo a Chichen Itzá. Además, se debe permitir que funcionen las plataformas como Uber o Didi, etc. Reciben muchísimos turistas extranjeros y nacionales. Pese a todo, volvería a ir con mucho gusto! Saludos desde TJ
La limpieza de la calle, sugiero una mayor atención y cuidado a las plantas del acceso principal a las instalaciones, sería muy adecuado que tuvieran mayores plantas y dieran mayor atención a la calle de esa parte de acceso a la casa.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Bardzo czysto, ładne pokoje i duże łazienki gustownie urządzone. Cały obiekt, łącznie z otoczeniem pięknie utrzymany. Dla gości dostępna jest również ogólnodostępna kuchnia. Przyjemna obsługa. Dobra lokalizacja jeśli ktoś jest autem i nie chce wjeżdżać do zatłoczonego centrum, można szybko wydostać się w kierunku Chichen Itza. Parking dostępny na terenie Hotelu, co jest bardzo przydatną rzadkością w miastach i miasteczkach na Jukatanie.
Okolica nie jest zbyt ciekawa, ale w sumie ma to też swój urok. Trochę daleko od centrum, ale to też w sumie plus minus w jednym.

La cuisine nous permettait de prendre notre petit déjeuner sur place L’accueil de Yafet et Mario était parfait, ils nous conseillés pour nous indiquer des restaurants très sympas. L’établissement est en dehors du tumulte de la ville, nous nous rendions facilement à pied.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Hôtel très mignon. Le personnel est absolument adorable et aux petits soins. La chambre est très confortable. Il y a un accès à une cuisine partagée et à un magnifique jardin avec piscine. On a été très bien accueillis.
L’appartement est un peu en retrait du centre ville mais reste accessible à pieds (20 min de marche jusqu’à la place principale)

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Ein kleines Paradies mit schönem Garten und Swimming Pool. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Es sind nur 5 Zimmer im Haus, es ist eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Ich bin viel in der Welt gereist und bin selten so gut untergekommen. Hab mich super wohl gefühlt.
Zum Ado Busbahnhof und zu den Kirchen und Plätzen muss man gut 15-20 Minuten laufen. Man kann im Casa auch Räder mieten. Mir machte es nichts aus zu laufen, dafür ist man raus aus dem Trubel und in einer schönen Ecke mit Bäckereien, Läden und Foot Stalls wo auch die Einheimischen einkaufen. Sehr angenehm.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Fantastischer Service, alle sind sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Anreise und schon da wurde uns freundlich weiter geholfen. Mario hat uns noch super Restaurant Tipps gegeben, einen Besuch der Lichtshow's in Valldolid empfohlen(war toll) und eine Chitzen Itza Tour vermittelt. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, in der auch kostenlos Wasser aufgefüllt werden kann. Sollten wir nochmal nach Valladolid kommen, dann gerne wieder zu Mario😄 Bleibt so wie ihr seit!
In die Innenstadt sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, sollte man wissen, ist aber voll in Ordnung zu laufen. WLAN Empfang im Zimmer war manchmal etwas schlecht, hat aber meistens gereicht.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025We only stayed in Casa Xaan for one night. We very much appreciated the fenced parking area. It is doable to walk to the city center. Also a big thank you to our host who gave us a lot of good recommendations to explore Valladolid. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend visiting during the Hanal Pixan festivities. Don't forget to go to the lightshows in the evening. Also a good starting point to visit the Chichen Itza.

Das es eine Möglichkeit gab die Gemeinschaftsküche zu nützen war super. Das der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstücks war, war für uns auch ein Plus.

One for those who have trouble sleeping: we stayed over the weekend and disco near by was on until 6 AM. The sleep quality because of that was rather poor for us. Everything else was great.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2025L'accueil était parfait! Nous nous sommes senties comme chez nous. L'endroit est très calme, la chambre est jolie et spacieuse et la salle de bain est très bien. Nous avons eu la piscine pour nous toutes seules.
Assez éloigné du centre, mais si vous êtes motivés à marcher 15 minutes en route droite, allez à cet hôtel qui est vraiment charmant

Always happy to help with advice, tips, anything... Somebody was available at any time of day. Even when we left for a day trip at 5:00 am. Could not recommend it more. ❤️

El servicio del personal excelente, coincidimos especialmente con Mario un par de noches, que al llegar nos recomendó cosas para hacer y lugares donde comer en Valladolid. Muy agradecido por todo

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025Lovely personal service. Mario was very hospitable! It’s in small things that you notice the high level of service and friendliness: for example when we left a package of cookies half open in our room, we found it wrapped in foil to keep it fresh when they had made our room.
