Great value for the money. The location is great, the spa was my favourite place after a hike 😀. The staff was also really nice.

하루가 든든한 아침식사 아주 훌륭했고, 위치는 호텔에서 지급하는 교통카드로 주요 목적지를 편안하게 다녀올수 있었어요. Passo pordoi 와 passo sella 등등. 이번이 남티롤 네번째 방문인데, 카나체이가 돌로미티 트래킹에 이렇게 중요한 장소인지 전에는 몰랐어요. 매일 깨끗한 방청소와 타월교체, 궁금한 질문에 항상 친절하게 답변해 주셔서 너무 감사합니다.

Large breakfast buffet with some variation from day to day, very nice spa included with sauna, whirlpool and relax room, possibility to play table tennis and piano. Very good location with nice view to the mountains and bus stop directly infront of the hotel. Short distance walk to the city center.

One of my best hotel stays so it was almost perfect. The walls are just a bit thin and the personnel start cleaning quite early (before 7 am) in the morning which sometimes woke us up.

Struttura pulita e in buona posizione; in 5 minuti a piedi siamo in paese. Dotata di una spa nuova, grande e molto accogliente. Colazione ricchissima, veramente abbondante e che soddisfa ogni tipo di gusto. PS un plus perché è davanti alla fermata degli autobus e, se si è di ritorno da lunghe passeggiate, avere l’albergo di là dalla strada che ti aspetta con la sua calda spa è un lusso senza prezzo.

The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The bathroom is a little outdated, but this wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our stay at all. We might have appreciated a small fridge and some cups in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Ideal location to explore the mountains around Canazei as well as for mountain biking, the lift is nearby and a bus stop is in front of the hotel.

Camera hotel con bella vista e ampio balcone. Ottima posizione della struttura. Colazione ampia e variegata. Deposito bici. Merenda. Spa gratuita.

Acqua della doccia fredda. Piscina non caldissima. La struttura in generale é un po’ datata, sarebbe un da ammodernare.

Très bon emplacement, petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très correct, et la gratuité pour l'accès au spa, très bien équipé, le pass pour les bus de la vallée, et le parking de l'hôtel. Également apprécié le box de petit déjeuner pour les départs très matinaux.

Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées ! On entend très bien parler nos voisins de chambre, et ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Pas le moyen de se reposer, ni de grasse matinée : les femmes de chambre commencent à 7h30 le ménage ( pas leur faute juste que vu que ce n' est pas insonorisé, on entend qu'elles font leur travail). Par contre plus de bruit à partir de 21h30-22h jusqu'à 7h30 ! Pas de réfrigérateur dans les chambres

Posizione vicino al centro, di fronte all'albergo c'e' la fermata degli autobus. Discretamente silenzioso. La colazione buona ma basica, con prodotti senza glutine e senza lattosio.

Manca la cena, che fanno solo in inverno. L'acqua calda della doccia finiva presto, se eri l'ultimo a fare la doccia la facevi fredda.

The hotel with private car parking is close to Canazei center with access to a cable car, nearby restaurants and bars. The location is very beautiful. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. We appreciated the free snack in the afternoon and the breakfast was good. I was also positively surprised by the Spa area. I can recommend to visit Canazei for hiking choosing this hotel.

The hotel is old, what is not really a problem, but for that it's still not inexpensive. The bathroom is tiny, but all good for a short stay. What I really disliked was the coffee for breakfast. In Italy I expect more.

Очень понравился отель спа, замечательное местоположение, вид из окна на горы дает такой заряд утром, рядом протекает речка и лес, в котором можно погулять утром. Вкуснейшие завтраки , очень приятные официанты, готовые исполнить любую вашу просьбу. Очень приятный персонал на ресептион помогали нам во всем, в любом вопросе, в планировании маршрута, ужинов, развлечений, огромное спасибо. Помогли нам со стиркой вещей , комната была большая и удобная . А спа и подогреваемый бассейн были так кстати после походом. Место Каназеи очень красивое , мечтаем вернуться снова в гостиницу. Спасибо большое за замечательный отдых

Solo la posizione in prossimità autobus

Struttura decisamente triste, accomodata alla bene in meglio. Area spa musica altissima, chaise longue scomodissime, piscina piccolina e non nuotabile, saune accettabili, bagno turco usato una volta non commento. Zona bar e soggiorni comuni brutti: alle 22,00 cacciati in camera perché chiudevano!!! Colazione, forse la parte migliore, ma solo un tipo di frutto al giorno e marmellate in gelatina monodose, però nel complesso la colazione era accettabile. È un park hotel perché ha il parcheggio ma non ha parco né zona esterna utilizzabile. Ma la cosa peggiore era il personale che parlava e fumava e il fumo e le voci ci entravano in camera anche la notte. La direzione ha cercato provvedere dopo segnalazione, ma con scarsi risultati. Prezzo altissimo (oltre 1400 per 8 notti in camera mignon) per qualità servizi. Ho fatto diverse recensioni a vari hotel sempre positive, questa volta un disastro.

Todo. Desde el primer día me sentí muy cómodo y bien recibido. El desayuno, la habitación, el spa y, sobre todo, la atención del personal fueron excelentes.

Sinceramente, no tengo nada negativo que destacar. Me habría gustado poder quedarme más días y disfrutar aún más del hotel y de la zona🙌🏼

Skvělá poloha. Hotel byl čistý,personál příjemný. Mile nás překvapila možnost welnes v podobě bazénu,páry a sauny. Snídaně byly famózní - velký výběr všeho,od slaného po sladké. Vse chuťově výborné a čerstvé.

The hotel is located close to center. But still peaceful location. Apartment was big enough for 4 people. Only issue was that there was no fridge in the room. Breakfast Buffet was good. Staff was friendly.

Three issues we faced - 1. There was almost no soundproofing for rooms. We heard voices easily from neighboring rooms or passageway 2. Bathroom drainage was clogged and was not cleaned in time 3. Spa was disappointing as there was one small pool plus jacuzzi and saunas were small and not hot enough

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal für das Erkunden der Sella-Runde mit seinen schönen Alpenpässen. Lokale Gastromomie kann man gut fußläufig erreichen. Besonders schön fand ich das Spa, dass ab 16.30 Uhr geöffnet hatte. Hier gab es einen Pool mit Massagedüsen, verschiedene Saunaangebote, Dampfbad und Ruheraum. - Sehr gut war auch das sehr vielfältige Frühstücksangebot.

Mein Einzelzimmer hatte seinen Zugang über eine enge Tür dem ein ebenso enger Flur folgte.

Colazione ottima. C'era anche la scelta per intolleranti al lattosio.

Het personeel, de hygiëne, de locatie van het hotel, het ontbijt, balkonnetje en de wellnes. Je zit vlak bij de kabelbaan, restaurants, supermarkt, wandel- en fietspaden en bushalte waarmee je gratis vervoer hebt. De wellnes verraste me zeer. Super vriendeljjk personeel!

2 zaken die ik handig gevonden (staan niet in de beschrijving: dus ik kon ook weten dat het er niet was) zijn een ventilator en mini koelkastje. Het was best warm bij ons bezoek en dat zou super zijn als aanvulling op.ons heerlijke verblijf. Bedden zijn voor vrij lange mensen iets aan de korte kant.

Hotel bardzo czysty że świetnym stosunkiem ceny do jakości. Śniadania smaczne z dużym wyborem. W hotelu znajduje się również kompleks Wellness z basenem, trzema sauna i i pokojem relaksu.

Jedyny problem to lokalizacja poza centrum.

abbiamo scelto questo quasi esclusivamente per la SPA.. ma la SPA era veramente deludente.. acqua piscina fredda.. Sauna bassa temperatura.. camera strettissima, senza un armadio una panca, qualcosa dove appoggiare.. la finestra è adiacente l'altra camera e non puoi tenere aperto

Très bel hôtel bien situé des accès aux ballades dans les Dolomites. Le personnel est agréable et donne de bons conseils pour les activités ou remises possibles. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’essayer les activités du spa, c’est dommage. Le petit déjeuner est à la fois copieux, varié et excellent ! 👍

Victime de son succès les places de parking (gratuit) sont limitées, il faut alors se garer en face, toujours gratuitement

Petit déjeuner trop tardif pour ceux qui veulent partir tôt en randonnée. Pas de souplesse. Manque de fruits frais. Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits, les serviettes n’ont pas été changées et nous avons du réclamer savon et shampooing dont les mini dosettes n’étaient pas renouvelées.

das ganze Haus ist ein dringend sanierungsbedürftig, laut, hellhörig und ungepflegt - auch die Außenanlagen. Die Dusche mit 50 x 50 cm extrem klein, das Bad ebenso, die Toilette hatte einen Spülkasten aus den 70er Jahren, Türen und Fliesen ausgebrochen, überall blättert die Farbe ab. Noch besser, das Haus abreißen und neu bauen.

The room was miniature. Basically 2.5/3.5m. I was expecting a single room but I barely got my motorcycle top box fit through the tight corridor.

Le ragazze al reception sono state molto gentili. Ho ordinato una stanza standard ma mi hanno dato una stanza con un balcone molto grande. Il bagno non risulta come quello delle foto, ma al contrario è nuovo e molto molto bello anche se piccolo. la doccia è fantastica. La spa apre alle 16 e chiude alle 20 in estate. Ma è inclusa nel prezzo è molto grande per essere un hotel a tre stelle. Inoltre, nella sala relax abbiamo trovato anche tisane succhi di frutta e biscottini Il che è molto apprezzato. Posizione ottima

Purtroppo, al nostro arrivo non c’è stato ribadito che metà del pagamento al gas è fatto in struttura. La ragazza non parlava benissimo in italiano e quindi probabilmente ci siamo un attimo dimenticati. Abbiamo lasciato la struttura la mattina molto presto e c’è arrivato un messaggio che ci avvisava che dovevamo fare il check out e pagare. C’è stato questo piccolo disguido ma nulla di negativo perché per fortuna la receptionist ha risolto tutto da remoto, accreditandoci la parte restante che noi pensavamo di aver già pagato. Quindi ribadisco che lo staff è davvero stato molto gentile in tutti i contesti.

I liked the balcony with the view and abundant breakfast.

We were struggling with hot water - not really hot and very moderate stream. The bathroom was not to our expectations at all.

Sehr gute Lage zu den umliegenden Pässen. Wenn man rechtzeitig kommt, erhält man auch einen Parkplatz. Sehr vielseitiges Frühstück.

Man sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnen, dass die Einzelzimmer dirket neben dem Fahrstuhl liegen und das Bett dirket an der Wand vom Fahrstuhlschacht steht. Dadurch wird man regelmäßig nachts wach, wenn jemand den Fahrstuhl nutzt. Keine deutschen Fernsehsender vorhanden.
