مكان نظيف وهادي تعامل الاستقبال فوق الممتاز خاصه الاستاذ محمد البناء والاستاذ محمد الخميسي لهم مني اجمل تحيه وتقدير

المسبح لم يكن يعمل

نظيف جدا ومريح كل شي متوفر بالغرفه حتى الكواية والاستشوار والموظفين بشوشين والكوفي خيال خاصتن القهوه التركيه

ضيق الحمام فقط

تم حجز السكن وعند الوصول الى الموقع تبين ان الموقع صيانة بالكامل الخدمة سيئة من الفندق بعدم ابلاغي وقت الحجز

التعامل جيد لاكن الغرف تحتاج عنايه

لابد من وجود خدمات حول الفندق وتغيير التلفزيون إلى الأجهزة الإلكترونية الذكية لمشاهدة أفضل

الاثاث قديم والتلفاز أيضا

دورة المياه سيئه كرسي الحمام غير ثابت ويهتز بمجرد الجلوس عليه مع ان دورة المياه نظيفه

فندق جميل وموقعه ممتاز والشباب المصرين الي في الاستقبال استقبالهم طيب واسلوبهم في التعامل طيب شباب بشوشين ماقصرو صراحة

الراحة وبشاشة الموظفين

العزل سيئ جدا بخصوص الجيران يمكن سماع اصواتهم وازعاجهم والمسبح والصالة الرياضية تحت الصيانة

Behavior of staff, cleanness, Comfort

Water, tea and toilitory were provided very less. Wash Basin was out of bathroom and small size, resulting in splitting water in the room, so it was not good option.

لكن المرافق جميعا شكلية ولا تعمل فعلا المسبح معطل للصيانة صالة الجيم لا يوجد الا جهاز واحد وعطلان حسب كلام الموظف المصعد واحد فقط ودائم يتم قفله من قبل العماله الموجوده في الفندق لغرض استخدامه في الخدمات مساحة الغرفة جدا صغيرة ولا يوجد خدمات ركن قهوة وشاي والثلاجة صغيرة جدا وموقعها سيء

الخدمات متوفره والمكان كان قريب من الموقع اللي عندي شغل فيه

مواقف السيارات صغيره

الموظفين متعاونين جدا جدا واسلوبهم فوق الرائع شديد -طارق

1. Breakfast was not available in the hotel, nor it's cost can be included in the hotel cost. 2. Most of the staffs couldn't speak English It was really hard to communicate 3. Deposit which supposed to be canceled I'm the card was not possible. I couldn't help receiving deposit in Saudi cash which I don't needbat all. 4. Attitude of the staff answering inquiry was really bad and wasn't enthusiastic. 5. Overall hotel condition and service was too bad to deserve the high hotel cost. I couldn't believe this hotel deserves 3 stars.

I liked only junior staff of the hotel.

Absolutely all I didn't like. At first, the booking indicated that the hotel had a swimming pool. It turned out that it was not work. This is a lie from the hotel. We were not given a key to the parking lot. At the very beginning, none of the managers informed that the minibar was paid. Terrible service. Broken shower room. Water from the bathroom was flowing onto the floor. In 3 days the room was not cleaned once. The woman at the reception was rude and answered impudently. Terrible hotel!

Nothing

When I landed in Riyadh, I got a message from the La Perla Hotel, that they had no available rooms for me and asked me to cancel the booking. That situation made me to book new hotel.

The bathroom , specially the banyo was unconfortable and when i take shawer the water stuk in the banyo ,

Politeness of staff, but lack of English was a big communication problem

Room without window!! never seen before, totally unacceptable. No one speaking English made the communication problematic.
