It was not clean at all. Black mold was visible in the room, toilet was not fully clean, there was no hand soap, and it was a very difficult stay

Not too pricey

No lifts, so, quite inconvenient for older people. Sound proofing is poor, so, you can hear people talking quite loudly. Corridors are too dimly lit.

Friendly & helpful staffs, few restaurants, laundry service & 24 hrs Servay Express nearby, easy to get car parking.

Guests with baby should consider other hotel as there will be noise disruption due the 24 hrs Servay Express & laundry service nearby. No lift provided & the suitable room for family located at second floor. However, the staffs were helpful & will bring your luggage for you. The bed was not comfortable for people with back pain (might be the problem with the spring). The aircond did not cool the room that effective.

Very disappointing stay. The moment we entered the family room, there was already a strong cigarette smell, like someone had been smoking inside. For a family room, this is completely unacceptable and honestly quite ridiculous. There was also no clear “no smoking” signage, which may be why this issue is not being controlled properly. Throughout the night, the smell became even stronger, as if someone nearby was actively smoking. On top of that, it was very noisy at night, making it difficult to rest. Overall, a very uncomfortable experience. The hotel seriously needs to enforce non-smoking rules and improve noise control.

Got a no window room but i book with window but still pay in same price🙂

This is my third time staying. The first two times, the bed was comfortable. Just that the noise when other people checked in - the rooms are not sound proof. This time round, the bed is not as comfortable as last time although I am staying in the same room.

Zharul at the reception was very helpful and welcoming with our early check in. He showed us a choice of rooms and asked us whether climbing the stairs would be a challenge for us as the hotel does not have a lift. After viewing the rooms, we settled on the one with balcony view to the shops on the 3rd floor. Hotel porter took all our luggage to our room.

The sound proofing is very poor as we could heard neighbours talking, coughing and snoring, with loud music playing at 2 in the morning, so we did not have good night sleeps. The height of the steps of the staircase are not equal on the last step, which could lead to a fall . The lighting of the month rooms and the corridors are generally too dim. Although filtered water was refilled daily, we noticed the seal of the bottle was not clean, so we avoided drinking from it.

Obwohl kein Frühstück inkludiert ist, wird ein einfaches Frühstück ohne Zusatzkosten angeboten. Es ist möglich, seine Wasserflasche bei den im Hotel aufgestellten Wasserspendern, aufzufüllen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, sauber und das Gepäck wurde von einem Angestellten in den 2. Stock gebracht. Für eine Übernachtung ist es gut.

Das Hotel liegt gefühlt im Nirgendwo, ca. 20 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wie weit das Stadtzentrum von Tawau entfernt ist, weiss ich nicht.

The location is good and they have a market in the facilities. The area have a lot of restaurants and pubs.

The breakfast is so poor.

Great for staying while vacation, good accommodation and toiletries accessories. The sheet and beds were clean. Iron board are available upon request. Water pressure hot/cold was good even though East Sabah region has electricity shortage. Good management in overcome electricity issue by using generator, will cut off for some time but still in acceptable condition. Have balcony for smoking but only birds will come. Has lite breakfast bread, coffee/tea, biscuit and half boiled eggs.

The cons of staying is toilet bowl was not clean, water drain outlet was slow and stuck causing water to stagnate, no extra trash cans provided only in toilet available. For muslim there’s no place for prayer need to move the bed aside and found condom waste under the bed. Need to clean by our self. Not sufficient lighting system will always in the dark spot.

The minimalist design of the room. Easy check-in and check-out process. There's a convenience store right within the lobby where you can purchase snacks and drinks.

Per prima cosa ci hanno detto che dovevamo pagare in contanti perché la macchinetta della carta di credito non funzionava. Quando ho risposto che potevo pagare solo con la carta perché non avevamo contanti e perché attraverso Booking era previsto il pagamento con la carta, come per miracolo la macchinetta funzionava... Poi il baccano sul corridoio: gente che urlava fino all'una di notte e porte sbattute tutta la notte. A cui si aggiunge il rumore del condizionatore. Impossibile dormire.

Overall, its a clean & tidy hotel. Bit overwhelm and they put the water dispenser there.

Service staff was prompt and efficient. Room was decently clean. TV in our room was not working, they came to change it immediately. Hotel is nearby to eateries, cafe and local massage spa.

Toilet bowl not clean. Bed head light 1 of it no light bulb and another Light bulb not in good condition.

La habitacion estaba bien decorada y ofrecen cafe te y algo de pan por la mañana.

Esta en medio de un poligono, no esta pensado para ser un hotel. Las paredes son de papel y se escucha todo y las sabanas estaban sucias. El hotel no es que este mal pero no vale lo que pague. La mitad hubiera sido suficiente
