Wir haben eine sehr gut gepflegte und saubere Anlage mit komfortablen Ferienhäusern vorgefunden. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer und das Bett waren außerordentlich groß. Da wir mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs waren, war die etwas ruhiger Lage sehr willkommen und die Wege zum Strand und in die Stadt gut zu bewältigen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Super friendly and helpful staff.

The location was great - close the the gym I went to each day. Easy to get gym meals delivered. Staff were incredibly professional and polite and willing to help with all my questions. Love all the cats they look after. They have a great little gym section with a treadmill, AND and a reallly massive hill close by for hill runs. The place is quiet and set up for convenience. It is close to the beach but I didn't go because I don't like sand.

There was nothing I didn't like. All of my expectations were met and the value was great! I am writing this as filler as there is a minimum character length.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Phuket with our family. We really enjoyed staying in the family villa with the kids. The cleanliness, the staff’s service, and the peaceful atmosphere were all excellent. The best thing I can say is that we will probably come back to this hotel next year.

It is located in Rawai, about 2–3 km from the beach. We had no problem getting there by taxi. However, if walking distance to the beach is important, it might not be the best choice.

We had an amazing stay at Lady Naya Villas. We came here right after a full-day boat trip, and it was the perfect "oasis" to just crash, relax, and recharge. The swimming pool is beautiful and was exactly what we needed. The staff were honestly incredible—so helpful with everything. They even managed to book a scooter for us and had it delivered straight to the hotel, which saved us so much time and effort. One of my favorite things about the place? The cats! They are all over the place and we loved it so much. It really adds to the cozy, homey vibe of the resort. As for the breakfast, it was okay—not the highlight of the stay, but totally fine to get the day started. Overall, it’s a stunning, peaceful place and the service is top-notch. If you want a bit of luxury and a friendly atmosphere, this is it!

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Villa! Schon bei der Ankunft hat alles reibungslos funktioniert – der Transfer war organisiert und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Egal wo man sich befindet – man wird überall freundlich begrüßt und fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Restaurant war ebenfalls hervorragend, wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir: • Der Swimmingpool war immer sauber und einfach traumhaft • Die Villen selbst waren top gepflegt und wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt • Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen – wirklich ein super Service Wir hatten die Villa B7 (ganz hinten in der Anlage) – das war perfekt für uns! Wir hatten sehr viel Platz auf der Terrasse, es war ruhig und privat, und niemand hat uns gestört. Genau das, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünscht. Ein weiteres Highlight: Man kann direkt vor Ort ein Motorbike mieten, was schnell und unkompliziert in wenigen Minuten erledigt ist. Auch das Thema Sicherheit war für uns sehr wichtig: Die Anlage ist videoüberwacht und durch eine Schranke gesichert, sodass man sich jederzeit sicher fühlt. Insgesamt war wirklich alles perfekt – Service, Sauberkeit, Lage und Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! ❤️

Es gab keinerlei Kritikpunkte – alles war bis ins Detail perfekt organisiert.

Отдыхали здесь в феврале-марте с мужем. Нам понравилось буквально все: 1) Идеальное расположение! Вдали от суеты, в очень тихом спокойном месте. Если вы пешком, то, конечно, далековато каждый раз ходить в кафе/магазины. Мы были на мопеде: до ближайших магазинов/кафе 2-3 минуты езды. До пляжа 10-15. В отеле есть парковка в нескольких местах-очень удобно 2) Здесь работают прекрасные люди! Очень добрые, приветливые, всегда помогают. Охранник на входе и ребята с ресепшена всегда нас приветствовали и провожали - это было очень приятно 3) В виллах всегда очень чисто. Девушки-горничные убираются прекрасно. Мы получали удовольствие каждый раз, когда приходили с пляжа 4) Хорошие соседи. Все очень уважительно друг к другу относятся, не шумят по ночам и нарушают покой друг друга.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen, selbst als wir nicht mehr Gäste in der Unterkunft waren , war das Personal bereit uns zu helfen. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, nicht im Getümmel sondern in einer ruhigen Lage , perfekt zum runterkommen. Mit dem Moped war es super bequem überall hin zu gelangen. Es wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt und extra Wünsche erfüllt. Die Anlage und der Pool waren gepflegt und gut erhalten. Alle Angestellten waren respektvoll und freundlich. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Uns ist aufgefallen, dass die Unterkünfte und Häuser in Thailand ohne Isolierung gebaut sind, das heißt die Wände , Türen und Fenster sind ziemlich Dünn. Somit können Geräusche leichter durchdringen und die Hitze auch. Die Klimaanlage war deswegen fast durchgehend am laufen. Man muss sich daran erstmal gewönnen.

Les logements sont situés entre Rawai et Kata, au calme, dans une végétation luxuriante. Les logements me font penser a Bali, spacieux, décoration apuré, piscine entretenue. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir été surclassé dans une villa pour 6. Magnifique ! L'accueil , le service et la gentillesse du personnel est remarquable. Merci a vous tous 🙏 Bye bye Gui

The villa itself was nice, contemporary and clean with a comfortable large bed. The pool was a good size. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. The tuk tuk service , small charge (although limited service).

The location - it was a long way from any beach. Some shops and eateries were within a reasonable walking distance but the road to the shops was busy and without pavements. Certainly wouldn't attempt walking it at night. We didn't want to hire a bike or rent a car so we were dependent on the tuk tuk service or cabs. The tuk tuk service runs, subject to availability, until 7pm at night (although if coming back from Rawai, only until 5 pm). The tuk tuk will take you to the nearest 7/11 or Lotus Fresh, Nai Harn beach and Rawai. Although breakfast was good, other available snacks/meals weren't so good. Mediocre. The pool is very nice. Note - there are approx 8 sun loungers around the pool. Fortunately, the pool was never busy when we used it, and there were always loungers free to use. Note : there is ongoing construction work directly behind 3 or 4 of the pool access villas. We were initially allocated one of these villas, but moved to another when we expressed our reservations. We appreciate the staff's help with this. You need to sign a breakage policy on arrival . Unfortunately we accidentally broke 2 drinking glasses, cost us approx £10 ! Essentially, we should have taken more note of previous reviews regarding the location. If you are happy to rent a bike, or hire a car, it's probably not an issue.

Мы прожили в отеле почти месяц. Все это время чувствовали заботу и уважение. Персонал отеля просто великолепен и дружелюбен, улыбчив и всегда готов помочь. Хотя Тайланд и так страна улыбок, здесь команда особенно заботливая. Территория отеля ухожена и красива. Завтраки вкусные- спасибо поварам. Мы были на байке, поэтому расположение отеля для нас было плюсом -на удалении от суеты и шума. Обязательно вернемся в следующем году.

Il faut prévoir un moyen de transport ou utiliser les applications de réservations de taxi pour se déplacer.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Service von Tuk tuk war sehr bequem für uns. Es fährt nicht überall hin sondern maximal bis zum Naihar oder Rawai Strand. Ansonsten fährt es zum nächsten 7/11 oder zur einer Straße wo es viele Restaurants gibt. Die Kommunikation läuft über WhatsApp und ist blitzschnell und sehr höflich. Die Katzen gehören zum Hotel. Sie sind gepflegt, sehr zahm und lassen sich sehr gerne streicheln. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht gehabt- deswegen können nichts darüber sagen. Hotelbar abends läuft bis 20:30 und die Preise sind etwa ähnlich wie in den Bars in der Stadt. Fitnessstudio ist sehr rudimentär und wenn einer sich dem Training widmen möchte und an europäische Fitnessstudio gewöhnt ist sollte eigene Erwartungshaltung masigen. Jeder der Ahnung wird trotzdem ein Fullbody workout machen können. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Die Klimaanlage im Bungalow 3B hat vom Kondenswasser-Ablaufrohr ins Zimmer getopft. Wir haben es gemeldet und hoffen dass es bis zum nächsten Gast repariert worden ist.

Très bon accueil par la réception. Personnel très agréable ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Les lieux sont propres et agréables. La piscine n'est pas en plein soleil mais justement c’est agréable au vu de la chaleur. L’eau est très propre et bonne!

Przepiękne wille. Cisza, spokój. Obiekt położony na uboczu. Najwygodniej mieć samochód lub skuter żeby móc się swobodnie przemieszczać. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, zadbane baseny i ogród.

Mi è piaciuto molto l’ambiente della struttura e l’organizzazione degli spazi: il luogo era tranquillo e silenzioso, ideale per rilassarsi. La posizione è ottima: si è vicini al centro di Rawai e, avendo noleggiato un motorino, in meno di cinque minuti si arriva comodamente in zona centrale. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile, pronto ad aiutarci in caso di necessità. La nostra stanza era spaziosa e pulita, e abbiamo apprezzato la comodità di poter parcheggiare il motorino noleggiato a pochi metri dall’ingresso. Anche la colazione ci ha soddisfatto molto: buona, fresca e varia. In particolare, il ragazzo che preparava pancake e uova al momento è sempre stato sorridente e molto gentile nei nostri confronti, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti negativi, non ho nulla da segnalare: il soggiorno è stato pienamente soddisfacente sotto ogni punto di vista.

The service was a 5 star experience, I would like to thank Lin and Brandon once more for all the help and a pleasant visit. Rooms were clean and matched the pictures.

They location is a bit off but we knew that before hand. The beds were too firm for our liking but we managed to get a good night sleep nevertheless.

Świetna lokalizacja - z dala od zgiełku, a jednocześnie wszędzie blisko. Bardzo miła, sympatyczna i fachowa obsługa. Pomogli załatwić skuterki. Kuchnia bardzo smaczna. Willa bardzo przestronna, dziennie sprzątana. Basen duży, bardzo czysty. Polecam

małe przeoczenie - mieliśmy bardzo wczesne wymeldowanie i dzień wcześniej zgłosiliśmy ten fakt - rano miały czekać na nas boxy ze śniadaniem - niestety ktoś tego nie dopilnował i pojechaliśmy bez śniadania :(

Kameralny, oddalony spory kawałek od starego miasta czy lotniska. Nie mniej jednak urokliwy hotel. Pokój naprawdę spory i posiadający wszystko co potrzeba. Na plus bardzo pomocna obsługa. Nie robili problemów np. z tym żeby zostawić walizki na 2 dni na czas wycieczki do Bangkoku. Na plus również dodatkowe udogodnienia jak tuk tuk, który za bardzo symboliczną opłatą podwozi do najbliższego sklepu czy na plażę.

Nie rozumiem trochę zamysłu dodawania w nazwie, że pokoje są z dostępem do basenu. Basen po prostu jest na obiekcie i jest wspólny dla kilkunastu pokoi otaczających go, a nie prywatny jak w przypadku willi. Mimo to był prawie cały czas pusty, więc to na plus.

The Superior 3 bedroom Villa with pool was divine! It was very clean with a beautiful layout! Kitchen, family room, bedrooms and bathrooms were all very spacious and the high vaulted ceiling was a big bonus! Felt like you were home right when you walked in! Beds were large- long and wide. They even had NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, and PRIME VIDEO available which my brother thoroughly enjoyed! Pool was clean and sparkly! Great place for family & large groups. AC was excellent. The location was quiet and we felt very safe due to security guard at front gate at all times and the lock to our villa worked well. Staff was super sweet, especially the girl that worked in the front! We had a late check in and she was there outside the lobby to welcome us with water on a humid evening while other staff members immediately loaded our luggages onto a cart to drive it to our villa! Staff always had smiles on their faces! Housekeeping was superb! Left the rooms immaculate everyday! The room service was excellent with great food and OMG, the list of cocktails and spirits was endless! And of course, all the cute cats was a BIG BONUS! There is a total of 22 and they were all so SWEET... just like the staff!

The towels were a bit thin- would be nice if they were soft and luscious to match the aura of the villa. Bed was a bit firm for my mom and I and the pillows were ok. Breakfast was a bit lackluster, not much variety and was almost the same every day. Lastly, sorry to say but the coffee was not great... very watered down.

Beds were very uncomfortable and ac was only in the bedroom. Not the rest of the room as it was two deep spaces. Location is terrible for walking. Hotel has a Tuk tuk that they charge a fee.

Beau jardin et personnel très sympathique. Logement assez spacieux. Ménage tous les jours. Navette pratique et pas chère pour aller en ville où à la plage. Propriété très sécurisée.

Manque de charme. Petit déjeuner très quelconque, servi dans une espèce de réfectoire, et facturé très cher le matin de l'arrivée. Un inventaire signé à l'aveugle alors qu'il manquait certains articles dans le logement.

Resort bardzo ładny składający się z wiellu Villi w takim samym stylu. Villa bardzo ładna w której mieszkaliśmy i bardzo przestrona. Taras z basenem bardzo miłym dodatkiem, wieczorem można posiedzieć na leżakach przy basenie i słychać nocne zwierzęta. Personel bardzo uprzejmy. Villa codziennie sprzątana przez obsługę.

Chyba tylko można się przyczepić do lokalizacji pod względem logistyki. Do plaż trzeba dojechać i jest się zdanym na taxi które nie zawsze chcą podjąć kurs z resortu do pobliskich plaż.

Besonders gefallen hat mir die tadellose Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre am Pool.

It was okay to stay for few days. Staff is friendly.

There were few points that affected our experience. The breakfast is a way below expectations; the selection was quite limited, although the omelette option was good. It is 5/10. Do not include breakfast in your room rate. Additionally, the pool did not seem properly maintained. It did not look like it was cleaned daily, which was disappointing given the importance of cleanliness in selecting the hotel for its pool for your 5 year old daughter. Our stay also ended on a unpleasant note when we were charged 100 THB for a missing water glass at checkout. While we understood hotel policies, charging guest for a such a small amount of money for a minor item felt unnecessary and not very guest-oriented. It is not about the amount, but about the final impression. You may find any other more flexible approaches rather than this.

Staff was amazing and welcoming, super pleasant and kind. Service was always top notch! the room was exactly as described, super comfy.

I kept waking up to what it seemed like loud construction

La struttura é in posizione tranquilla, la villa assegnataci era una bella soluzione. Siamo stati benissimo. Staff eccezionale. L’uomo che sta alla sbarra di ingresso durante il giorno é stata bravissima e sempre sorridente! In più se amate i gatti, negli spazi pubblici, ne troverete molti !

L’unica pecca è che la villa ha tre camere matrimoniali per 6 persone ma a bordo piscina avevamo solo due sedie da sole. Eravamo in tre e ne abbiamo chiesta una più ma non é stato possibile. Dovrebbero acquistare qualche sedia da sole in più per le ville private.

Le lieu était légèrement à l’écart, peu fréquenté, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir totalement dépaysés dans un cadre idyllique. Le personnel était attentif, bienveillant et à l’écoute. Le tuk-tuk peut nous déposer à la plage pour 100 baht et venir nous récupérer une fois notre moment terminé, ce qui est très pratique. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la possibilité d’échanger via WhatsApp, surtout lorsque l’on n’est pas totalement à l’aise avec la langue.
