The staff were polite and the room was big and the bathroom was clean.

This hotel Treebo genuinely feels like a home away from home. The ambiance is peaceful and relaxing and the entire property is sparkling clean. What made our stay memorable was the sheer kindness of all the staff members, they greet us with a genuine smile every single day. Paresh Deka and the rest of the team treated us like family, providing maps and highlighting the safest, most scenic walking routes around town. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary perks like premium coffee and plush robes were the perfect touch. A solid 10/10 stay...👍😊

Overall Location of hotel is very well connected and easily accessible to famous places in Guwahati like gateway of guwahati, Fancy market, Etc. I highly appreciated the professional behaviour & great gestures of the Resturant Staff at Treebo Arna Residency. They were always smiling, welcoming and quick responsive. Overall very nice experience.

No bucket or mug was provided in the bathroom. Complimentary bottled water was given only upon request. Breakfast timing was from 7:30 AM onwards, but even after requesting in advance to keep it ready at 7:30 AM on our checkout day, it was not arranged. Very poor service by the staff — they seemed least bothered about guests’ requirements. Overall, not happy with the hotel experience.

However we expected fruits or fruit juice but only pepsi was there and raw mango juice on 2 days.. rest of the days there were no fruits or fruit juic

The breakfast was amazing, specially considering the fact that it was included in the room payment. The staff were amazing. So warm and welcoming. The location is literally perfect. It is close to almost every important location and the fact that it is located slightly inside maybe 300m or so from the busy area gives you a perfect place to rest away from the noisy area.

Honestly everything was great. We didn't use the wardrobe space so it was not an issue for us but it had a little bit of an odd smell. Maybe if that is properly cleaned, it would be good.

The room were very clean and comfortable. The location was also very good.

Its location. Located on frontside of Guwahati station as well under construction bridge work made it worse to get any cab.

The food quality is good and the reception Mr Sarfaraz Rahman is a very nice person and very helpful and humble person and all the staff is very good. Paresh Deka is a very good and nice person.

Breakfast was good but there is scope for improvement with inclusion of boiled vegetables and fruit items. Location was good but with the ongoing flyover construction work, transportation to the place has become difficult with lot of traffic jam

Cleanliness and ambience can be improved for better appealing.

Only the breakfast was something I liked about the hotel.

The price for the hotel was higher than it should be. Dirty bedsheets, cramped room and not so great bathroom and amenities. Below average experience.
