Reviewed Jun 29, 2025The breakfast was tasty although the portions could have been more generous. For example, they offer mushroom relish as one of the options for breakfast and it was quite tasty but the serving was meagre. The room was spacious, comfortable and we slept well.
Dinner options could have been more flexible. For example, the set menu included an option between grilled hake with and a traditional hard body chicken stew. Starch options were pap or mash and the veggies were either mixed vegetables or spinach. Would have been great to have the option of chips instead of just mash with the fish but the food was yum!

Reviewed Feb 17, 2024The stay was excellent from the time we check in to when we left. The staff where incredible friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we had questions. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable.
The restaurant closed early one evening when we wanted to have dinner and they didn't communicate this to guest prior to the early closure.

Besides the stench as we opened the door, there was no water, We couldn't bath on the day of arrival and the following day in the morning, I only bathed on the day I was checking out. First day of arrival I had to quickly go out check the event I was organising nearby, came back in the evening and there was no water, made a call and fell asleep while waiting for the water to get fixed, I still woke up early to no water in the morning. We were the ones to make calls, no apology nor assurance as we were enquiring about the water issue, even the person who received intercom calls seemed to not know what was going on.

I think they should have a different menu for breakfast because should it happen that you stay longer with then then you will be having the same breakfast other than that I love the place and I will definitely go back there.
