Amabilidad, cercanía y disposición del personal. Muy agradables y serviciales . Un 10. La limpieza también me gustaría destacarlo como punto muy positivo. Todos los días, tenían el detalle de dejar en la habitación productos alimenticios de cortesía, muy ricos.

The breakfast was relatively basic, but that was no surprise: it was pleasant enough, and the option obviously exists to upgrade for free (sort of) via the Privileges programme, but we doubt that we could justify a minimum of 3-4 nights' qualifying stay. Miroslava was friendly and really quite charming, as were her colleagues, and full of great tips for places to eat and drink. The location was perfect for visiting the heart of the town. Great to have off-street and relatively secure parking, too.

Some of the decor looked a little tired, but this is to be expected on the Cantabrian coast. No big deal.

We stayed here for three nights at the end of August. During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, fruit, juice, and pastries available for breakfast, even though our booking did not include it. We highly appreciate the professional service provided by the staff - Flavia and Daniel - who were always very helpful and caring with restaurant and taxi reservations and their useful recommendations. We consider their attitude a major asset to the hotel's quality. We would certainly choose this hotel again for our next visit to Santander.

Todo fue perfecto desde que llegamos hasta el final el personal inmejorable destacamos a Daniel que nos orientó en multitud de sitios que sin duda hicieron mucho más agradable nuestra estancia en Santander sin ninguna duda volveremos a este hotel por sus servicios pero sobre todo por el trato de su personal muchas gracias chicos!!!!

Amazing location and beautiful spacious and clean suite.

Air con was available though a little weak and kept turning itself off unfortunately. Also while our check in by the hotel manager was very detailed and thorough, I wished it was a little shorter as we just wanted to freshen up quickly and go out.

Helpfull and friendly staff and very good location. We did not use the pool, it was very small an decided to go to the beach. Tip : bikini beach. There was no real breakfast but also here a tip : goto ‘with love’, its not very far away. The cake and fruit which was in the room was nice after a day at the beach

The room was very small and not very clean. I did mention this at time of check-out. When taking a shower, the water was everywhere (wrong construction of the shower door). There was also a heavy perfumed smell in the room which dissapeared the next day. Overall the stay was ok but rating on booking is overrated . I would suggest to book the bigger rooms if your budget allows it

El baño estaba integrado en la habitación, sin ninguna privacidad, ya que solo había una puerta de vidrio que ni siquiera llegaba al techo. El desagüe de la ducha se atascaba y era necesario cerrar el grifo y esperar algunos minutos para poder continuar duchándose. La habitación también era muy pequeña, hasta el punto de tener que abrir la maleta debajo de la encimera porque era el único espacio disponible. En el suelo había también un trozo de madera despegado con el que mi amiga se enganchó y casi se cayó

Wir wurden sehr aufmerksam und herzlich empfangen, Daniel und sein Team sind außergewöhnliche Gastgeber, wie wir sie bisher selten gefunden haben. Die Suite war perfekt, schick und hochwertig eingerichtet mit Blick auf den Pool. Im Zimmer wurde ein regionaltypisches Frühstück vorbereitet. Zudem wurden uns gute Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Es hätte nicht besser sein können! Vielen Dank.

La zona es inmejorable, el personal es súper atento y te hacen sentir muy cómodo. La cama es comodísima y el desayuno estupendo. La zona de la piscina también funciona genial.

La tv no es smart tv, en la ducha está puesto gel/champú en vez de por separado. El gimnasio no tiene cinta de correr que para alguien que entrena es un básico. Para una experiencia más premium datos detalles marcan la diferencia y creo que se podrían mejorar.

Servizio Accoglienza all'arrivo Daniel è stato gentilissimo, premuroso. Ci ha fornito molte indicazioni su luoghi da visitare e dove cenare. All'arrivo in attesa del check-in ci ha offerto del vino. La ragazza è stata molto gentile durante il check-out. In camera abbiamo trovato a disposizione succhi, acqua, caffè, dolci e frutta. CI siamo sentiti ben accolti.

There was nothing I didn't like. If I was to make a suggestion a mini fridge in the room would be good as water in the taps gets warm over the summer.

Excellent location for city centre and the beach. Very clean and accessible. Lovely pool area. Felt private even though was communal. The staff were all exceptional from the welcome meeting with cava to daily calls to check we were ok and excellent restaurant suggestions. There were daily treats in our room for breakfast and on leaving. We were made to feel very welcome and no ask was too much. We were made to feel like family.

Está muy bien ubicado, en el centro de Santander pudiendo ir andando a casi cualquier sitio turístico de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Un detalle el desayuno, es básico pero muy suficiente y útil si quieres aprovechar al máximo el día.

La habitación es bastante más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos. Yo había reservado una habitación de categoría superior porque había visto en los comentarios que las habitaciones eran pequeñas, y aún así, me pareció pequeña. Para una pareja es suficiente pero no son grandes y si vas a estar mucho tiempo igual es un inconveniente. Entra bastante luz a pesar de las cortinas y el aire acondicionado hace algo de ruido. Son pequeños detalles pero la experiencia sería genial si se pudieran modificar. A pesar de ello, la estancia fue buena.

The reception by the team was excellent. The team has given great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The room is comfortable and a good bathroom. There was a lot of storage space in the room. The pool is cute and a nice spot to relax. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

The downstairs rooms were a bit small, the bathroom could do with a bit of attention for maintenance and could use a few more facilities for storage & hooks to hang things around the washbasin.

El baño estaba sucio a nuestra llegada. El retrete no está completamente aislado/separado de la habitación, por lo que no tienes ninguna privacidad en el baño. La ducha no tragaba bien el agua y se inundaba. Uno de los días volvimos al hotel por la mañana durante media hora y coincidió que pasó la chica de la limpieza, al estar nosotros esos 30 minutos, no limpiaron la habitación en todo el día. Desde la habitación se escuchaban a otras habitaciones y a la gente pasar por las zonas comunes. El hotel está bien, pero las habitaciones son poca calidad, reformado todo con pladur y acabados económicos. No se justifica el precio de la habitación.

Se dejaron la puerta abierta el personal de limpieza y no hay parking por los alrededores, por tanto aparcas a casi 1km del hotel

El personal es super amable y siguen un protocolo de bienvenida y despedida que marcan la diferencia. La localización es excelente.

La habitación es muy pequeña. La cama doble tenía dos colchones individuales. No tener espacio en la habitación no nos gustó. No dar servicio de desayuno, para quien disfruta de los desayunos completos en hotel, es otro aspecto que no nos gustó. Fuimos al NH al final de la calle y disfrutamos de un generoso y excelente desayuno.

Didn't have breakfast there, but there were plenty of various goodies such as yogurts, pastries, orange juice, water and fruit etc left in the room every day in case we did feel hungry. The room was comfortable and the lighting and ventilation was excellent. Reception staff were extremely helpful, and it was handy that there were umbrellas on loan when it was raining! The location was ideal for strolling to the beaches or down to the city which was always full of people socialising on the streets every night. Santander is an extremely friendly city and very safe to walk around at all times!

Está bien ubicado. El hotel en general es bonito y huele muy bien con los ambientadores que tienen. El personal de recepción muy amable. Nos explicaron todo con detalle. La piscina bonita , no hay ruido apenas contando con dónde está ubicada.

La habitación demasiado pequeña. Dejamos toallas en el suelo para que nos cambiasen (al tercer día para contribuir con el medioambiente) pero no se nos cambiaron, lo sé porque tenía una mancha y seguía igual. El último día teníamos la salida a las 12 , la persona encargada de la limpieza nos llamó a la puerta dos veces. Una a las 11:20h y otra a las 11:40 llamando fuerte. No me parece que tenga que estar molestando sabiendo que nuestra salida es a las 12.

Booked a secure parking space as travelling with expensive items that were on show and too large to take to the room, only to find our parking space was out on the road. We were advised it was a safe area, but it still felt uncomfortable. The room was very small and a little claustrophobic, we didn't like the shower, sink & toilet being in the same room as the bed. The air conditioning went off during the night and would not re start, this meant we had to sleep with the balcony door open, but this was connected to the neighbouring room.

We had the friendliest check-in with Daniel, a welcoming glass of Cava and a tour of facilities. The hotel has a spa-like atmosphere and we had a perfect stay.

Perhaps the rooms could have two bottles of water rather than just one.

A great hotel within a short walk of a beautiful downtown. Flavia was excellent welcoming us and providing all the information we needed along with dinner suggestions.

We were offered access to the private lounge, it was underwhelming and not staffed. Seemed a strange thing to highlight.

Le prix était exagéré, la tarification dynamique nous a fait payer 280€ pour une nuit en chambre simple - mois d’août oblige. C’est bien trop par rapport aux prestations proposées. Dommage car cela ternit le tableau d’un hôtel confortable et bien géré.

Situato a 10 min a piedi dal Paseo Maritmo di Santander l’hotel è un’oasi di pace e tranquillità. L’accoglienza è stata superlativa. Sia al check-in che al check-out abbiamo trovate persone fantastiche che ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni utili e tutti i consigli necessari. Possibilità di parcheggiare la moto nel cortile di fianco alle abitazioni. Camera non molto grande ma con tutto il necessario per godere di un ottimo soggiorno. Ci hanno omaggiato anche la colazione con prodotti del territorio. Complimenti. Sicuramente un punto di riferimento per Santander.

De ligging van het hotel is redelijk goed, in een aangename straat met mooie huizen. Vanuit onze kamer hadden we uitzicht op het zwembad van het hotel. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar wel perfect om bij warmer weer even een verfrissende plons te nemen. In de verte heb je bovendien zicht op de zee. Ook de ligging ten opzichte van de stad is een pluspunt. De belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van Santander zijn gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar, waardoor je het grootste deel van de stad zonder problemen wandelend kunt ontdekken. Het personeel was bijzonder behulpzaam en gaf ons veel informatie over de faciliteiten van het hotel en over wat er in de omgeving te doen is. Ook de kleine attentie bij het ontbijt vonden we erg fijn. Hoewel we geen ontbijt hadden geboekt, kregen we 's morgens een bordje met enkele lokale koekjes en stukjes fruit, samen met twee fruitsapjes en een flesje water. Omdat mijn vriendin glutenintolerant is, hadden ze voor haar zelfs glutenvrije koekjes voorzien. Een heel attent gebaar!

Il Sercotel El Balcón de Santander appartiene decisamente alla seconda categoria. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un’impressione eccellente: struttura curata, moderna, pulitissima e soprattutto organizzata con grande attenzione. Si percepisce immediatamente che dietro ogni servizio c’è un lavoro preciso e che nulla viene lasciato al caso. Una menzione speciale, anzi specialissima, va al direttore Daniel. È raro trovare una persona che riesca a coniugare professionalità, disponibilità e una gentilezza così spontanea. Daniel non si limita a dirigere l’hotel: è presente, attento agli ospiti, pronto a trovare una soluzione e a fare in modo che tutto funzioni al meglio. Ci ha fatto sentire accolti fin dal primo momento e questa è probabilmente una delle cose che ricorderemo maggiormente del nostro soggiorno. Complimenti davvero, perché la qualità di una struttura passa certamente dalle camere e dai servizi, ma soprattutto dalle persone che la rappresentano. Lo stesso vale per tutto lo staff: sempre sorridente, disponibile, educato e pronto ad aiutare. Non abbiamo mai avuto la sensazione di fare una richiesta “di troppo”; al contrario, ogni necessità è stata gestita con grande cortesia ed efficienza. Ed è proprio questo tipo di attenzione che, soprattutto quando si viaggia, fa una differenza enorme. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, curate nei dettagli e perfettamente pulite. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati, i letti comodi e l’ambiente permette di riposare davvero bene dopo una giornata trascorsa a visitare Santander e i dintorni. Anche gli spazi comuni rispecchiano la stessa sensazione di ordine e cura. Altro punto decisamente positivo è l’insieme dei servizi offerti: tutto è pensato per rendere il soggiorno semplice, comodo e senza inutili complicazioni.

Personeel supervriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Iedereen spreekt perfect Engels. Kleine maar mooie kamer, alles goed onderhouden. Hele efficiente (stille) airco maakt het mogelijk de kamer fris te houden ondanks hittegolf omstandigheden buiten. Parkingplaats beschikbaar mits reservatie.

Hotel heeft geen ontbijtruimte, er wordt een aantal snacks voorzien op de kamer maar voor een normaal ontbijt wordt doorverwezen naar een van de pubs verderop in de straat.

Las habitaciones y las instalaciones son geniales, por no hablar del trato que nos han dado a la llegada, a la salida y durante la estancia, preocupándose en todo momento de que estuviéramos bien, aconsejándonos sobre visitas, donde comer o cenar, incluso sitios fuera de Santander. Mi agradecimiento a Daniel, Flavia y Miroslava por su trato exquisito.

All’arrivo siamo stati intrattenuti diversi minuti per ricevere istruzioni un po’ pedanti su dove mettere i bagagli, come parcheggiare l’auto, come usare la stanza. Molto tempo è stato dedicato a promuovere l’iscrizione a un club premium, e al checkout siamo stati invitati a valutare la struttura con il massimo dei voti. La camera è piccola, la doccia e gli arredi di scarsa qualità, l’aria condizionata si disattiva automaticamente alle tre di notte. Anche se il costo della camera doppia supera i 250€ a notte, la colazione non è compresa né ci sono state fornite informazioni esaurienti su eventuali locali nelle vicinanze.

La climatisation se coupe dès que l’on quitte la chambre, pas forcément idéal quand la chambre est sous les toits et qu’il fait très chaud dehors. Parking indisponible dans un quartier où il est compliqué de se garer sans aller dans un parking souterrain payant. Tarif un peu élevé pour la taille de la chambre.

Me tuve que ir a las dos de la madrugada de la habitación sin posibilidad de alojarme en otro hotel porque la habitación estaba llena de cucarachas, estropeando el fin de semana de desconexión fuera de mi comunidad autónoma. La gerencia de este hotel no tiene vergüenza ni empatía, se niegan a devolverme el importe de la habitación no disfrutada y después de reconocer haber encontrado cucarachas """pequeñas""" (para quitarle hierro al asunto) en nuestra habitación , lo niegan en las respuestas de las reseñas. Por supuesto denunciaré ante sanidad y consumo. Para colmo, reservé habitación con vista al mar y me dieron una con vista a un patio de luces. Me siento más que estafada. No reservéis si no queréis arruinarnos las vacaciones y pasar un mal rato. Te insisten y presionan para que no reserves a través de Booking y lo hagas directamente con ellos, menos mal que no caí, porque te dejan completamente desprotegida. Saben por qué lo hacen. Están más que acostumbrados a este tipo de situaciones porque son conocedores de que no cumplen los mínimos de sanidad, sino no tendrían plagas. Centro de Santander, inadmisible.

Todo, desde que haces el checking ya el trato es sorprendente, la chica de recepción fue de lo más amable. La habitación no es muy grande pero no te da una sensación mala ya que tiene un pequeño balcón que es muy coqueto. Buena distribución en general. Tienen una pequeña piscina que aunque es bastante pequeña disfrutamos de un baño a la tarde que nos relajó mucho

The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The hosts were accommodating and provided us with glasses at request which was nice. The pool is beautiful and was lovely spending afternoons and evening out there relaxing in the sun. The rooms were also cleaned daily and provided a mini breakfast buffet and coffee daily. Each day we had something different but still local cantabrian produce. The hosts also explained what each breakfast item was which was a nice touch. Very quiet and peaceful as you'd expect from a hotel like this one. The hosts were a real addition to the hotel and listed recommendations in every corner of the city based off what you're feeling. Food, museums and hidden gems.

刚抵达酒店，前台工作人员十分热情，主动细致给我们讲解桑坦德各大景点分布、公共交通路线以及海边游玩路线，还贴心推荐当地特色小店，方方面面都为我们出行提供了极大便利。酒店位置绝佳，步行可抵达海滩，到其他景点也非常方便。阳台能看到海湾，景色非常美丽。全屋打扫得一尘不染，床品毛巾齐全，还每天附送水果和小点心。整体体验无可挑剔，为我们在桑坦德的行程增色不少，下次再来仍会选择这里。

Me gustó mucho la piscina que tiene el hotel, la habitación estuvo bien elegida por ser una sola persona y la limpieza en general estuvo muy bien.

Al ser tan butique, recién el check in se puede realizar posterior a las 15hs por lo que si llegas antes podés dejar el equipaje y salir a recorrer hasta esa hora pero no te da lugar a instalarte en el caso de asi quererlo. Te reciben con una copa de alcohol y te explican mapa y sugerencias para comer. Lo coloco en este lado, no por el detalle de la atención sino porque debes esperar a que terminen los huespedes anteriores y que hagan un recorrido con el recepcionista (se hace largo).

En recepción muy atentos. Detalle de bienvenida, explicando opciones de gastronomía y turismo. La habitación pequeña pero muy confortable. La ubicación tambien muy buena y silencioso.

Mooi hotel met sfeervolle, schone kamer en heel behulpzaam personeel dat veel informatie gaf over restaurants, musea, etc. De locatie is heel fijn, zo dichtbij het centrum en lekker dat er een zwembad is. (Niet groot genoeg om te zwemmen, maar wel om af te koelen.)

Er waren weinig parasols aanwezig bij het zwembad en een kapotte parasol werd niet weggehaald, wat er een beetje troosteloos uitzag. Wij hadden een kamer met balkon, maar dat bleek geen open balkon te zijn, maar omsloten door glas, waardoor het geen optie was om daar te zitten vanwege de hitte.

Nettes Personal, etwas übertrieben

Befremdlich dass man angerufen wurde um gute Bewertung zu schreiben. Das mache ich weil es stimmt aber trotzdem komische Art. Sehr lange Einweisung und Begrüßung

Le personnel est adorable et très gentil. La literie est très confortable, la douche fonctionne très bien avec un jet puissant. L'air conditionné fonctionne très bien et est indispensable. Les petites attentions avec de la nourriture à grignoter.

La chambre est petite. Pas de petit déjeuner possible. Pas de pièce de transition, où on peut faire un jeu, lire ou boire un verre. Nous sommes en pleine saison, mais trouvons que c'est très cher pour 3 nuits ( + de 200 euros la nuit, sans petit déjeuner...) Mais cela reste dans les prix de Santander... Une ville qui n' est pas bon marché.
