Дуже жарко влітку і прямо під вікнами вулиця, де їздять багато авто. Не змогли розібратись з кондиціонером, чи працює він взагалі, тому потерпали від спеки і шуму. Може, бракує зрозумілої інструкції до нього. Коли ми заїхали в квартиру, термометр в ній показував 33 градуси.

We had mixed feelings about this accommodation. The location is good, although not the most attractive part of the city. It is close to the city centre and public transport, with the tram around a 7–8-minute walk away and buses and trolleybuses nearby. The building is new, the keyless entry system worked perfectly, and the apartment itself is spacious, tasteful and decorated in a minimalist style. The materials, furnishings and appliances all appear to be of high quality. Unfortunately, this is where most of the positives end.

The apartment is managed by an agency, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. I had an issue with my reservation, probably partly due to my own mistake, but it should have been relatively easy to resolve. Instead, for several days I received generic responses from different agents, none of whom seemed to make a real effort to solve the problem. In the end, it was only resolved after I threatened to cancel the reservation. The apartment is, as mentioned, minimalist, but unfortunately to the point where basic functionality suffers. The large bathroom window has no curtain or blind, so there is very little privacy while showering. An apartment advertised for three or four people has only two clothes hangers and a rather impractical coat rack near the entrance. There were also not enough glasses and cutlery, so we had to run the dishwasher just to have something to drink our coffee from. We were unable to get the air conditioning to work, and the instructions proved useless. Since there were also two fans in the apartment, we started to wonder whether the air conditioning was actually functional at all — otherwise, why would two fans be needed? Finally, if you are planning for someone to sleep on the sofa in the living room, be aware that it is quite uncomfortable, and the bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom, meaning that anyone using it may disturb the people sleeping there.

L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito e l'arredamento è come nuovo. L'appartamento è costituito da soggiorno con angolo cottura, una stanza con letto matrimoniale, un bagno con il water e un altro bagno con lavandino e doccia. C'è una buona dotazione di elettrodomestici con le istruzioni facilmente accessibili (utile soprattutto per usare il piano cottura a induzione). Abbiamo trovato tutta la biancheria necessaria, comprensiva di lenzuola oltre che di asciugamani.

L'unica nota negativa è data dall'aria condizionata, che c'è e dovrebbe funzionare ma non si riesce a capire come fare a impostare la temperatura desiderata. Ho avuto il dubbio che non funzionasse perchè ho trovato un ventilatore nella stanza da pranzo e mi sono domandato a cosa servisse un ventilatore se in tutto l'appartamento c'è l'aria condizionata. Inoltre ci sono due pannelli per impostare l'aria condizionata e due cartelli che riportano le istruzioni d'uso, così da rendere ancora più complicato capire quale pannello deve essere usato. Ho provato a impostare la temperatura su entrambi i pannelli ma senza alcun risultato positivo. La temperatura all'interno dell'appartamento era superiore e 31° centigradi. Ho anche provato a chiamare il contact centre di Limehome ma la persona con cui ho parlato, una signorina gentilissima, non è riuscita ad aiutarmi nel far funzionare l'aria condizionata.

Small comfortable apartment with modern style.

During summer heat wave it's really uncomfortable without air conditioning, but even worse are the instructions on the wall on how to turn it on... Why it's there?? Felt like a rude joke. Especially that the same instruction has wrong Wi-Fi password as well. It's so hard to remove?? Also, both bads are too soft. Avoid this place if you have back issues.

Čistý a moderně vybavený apartmán hodně prostoru

Je citelná absence klimatizace, pokoj je situovaný na západ a celý den svítí do oken slunce takže je tady velké horko a bez klimatizace se to nedá dobře spát a ani instalovaný ventilátor to nezachrání . Když se otevře okno tak ruší velký hluk z Ulice od projíždějících aut. Také se zde nedá bezplatně zaparkovat

Pokoj moderní, vybavený, čistý, s výtahem. Prostorově docela veliké i koupelna obří. Hromada úložných prostor. Pohodlné matrace.

Chyběla klimatizace, v pokoji bylo opravdu vedro. Větrák sice byl k dispozici, ale 29 stupňů je k nevyspání. Fén jsme našli, bohužel nefungoval, smrděl spálením.

It was clean, secured, has a good location. It has a dishwashing machine.

It has no air conditioner, only a small ventilator, which has no capacity to make a comfortable temperature (it was 30 degrees C in the room with the fan on) in June. Pillows where too soft.

Da sie mir entgegen gekommen sind und mir eine Nacht kulanterweise Rückerstattung.

Ich war gar nicht dort da dass Zimmer fast 30 Grad hatte und keine Klimaanlage hatte nur eine Belüftung die absolut nichts brachte.Daher blieb mir nichts anderes übrig als wo anders einzutschecken.

Номер был просторным и безупречно чистым. Удобная кровать. На кухне было всё необходимое даже для длительного проживания. Все инструкции по заселению и выселению были высланы в электронном виде.

Были небольшие проблемы с использованием душа. Если долго принимать душ,вода вытекает за пределы душевой кабинки. А так в целом очень даже рекомендуем эти аппартаменты.

Die Lage

Wir hatten für drei Personen gebucht, aber es waren nur für zwei Personen Betten gemacht. Für das Sofa war kein Bettzeug vorhanden und das Sofa war auch sehr schmutzig. Zudem ließ sich die Klimaanlage nicht regulieren und hat kontinuierlich auf 28° geheizt. Bei offenen Fenster ist es in der Wohnung jedoch sehr laut. Wir haben um 18:00 Uhr Bescheid gesagt, Bettzeug für die dritte Person fehlt, es wurde jedoch keine Abhilfe geleistet. So haben wir eine schlaflose Nacht verbracht.

トイレのドアノブが外れた。トイレ、シャワー室の換気扇のスイッチを入れると、そのほかの部屋がうるさくなる。シャワー室にタオル掛けが無く困った。Wifiのパスワードが二種類あり、/アリバージョンとなしバージョンがある。

The apartment is big with a lot of daylight, high ceiling, new and modern interiors. The sun is in the room most of the day - this makes it a really cool and beautiful place. Good access system - open doors either with a code or with a mobile. 10min walk to the city center. I find the value to be good and it is a nice modern place but it has quite a few things to work on to improve. Overall, nice place if you just stay over a weekend.

I really wanted to like the place but it is hard to do when you realize it was build for rent and those who rent it never bothered with the practicalities. - cleanness was ok, until we opened up a bed side table - there were pack of condoms and other items. The cleaner probably didn’t even know you could open these side tables;) - the apartment is facing the road yet the sound isolation is not great - take earplugs with you. On weekends it is pretty chill but on weekday there is a lot of traffic. - the top cabinets in the kitchen, where all the glasses are is on 2m hight. If you are short you can’t even reach it. - the shower has no shelve or holder for the shower gel - the bottle just stands on the floor - the shower gel is a cheap 3in1 kind. No separate conditioner or body lotion - no trash can in the bathroom - no towel dry track - no bathrobe or slippers. - cheap toilet paper - feels like a sandpaper. Overall - lots of small details that are missing to make it a great place, because the host never tried to live this rental unit themselves.

Pyyhkeille ei ollut kuivatustilaa. Kolmannen aikuisen vuode sohvalla epämukava, sopii paremmin ehkä lapselle tai pienikokoiselle aikuiselle.

Apartment was very clean and modern, well-lit, bed was comfortable, kitchenette well equipped, table for working/eating on, shower gel provided in bathroom, and the check-in instructions were simple to follow. Do not be surprised when it looks like you are entering a vitamin/nutrition store. They are in the same building! It is located facing the main road, but the traffic and noise outside was fairly light at the end of February - I was not disturbed. And it was warm enough. The location is a short walk to the Südbahnhofmarkt, which I strongly recommend for tasty breakfast options with a local flair. Also, there is a hotel a few doors down that serves beer on tap. A great place for a nightcap.

There could have been more space provided for hanging jackets. An iron would have also been useful to get my shirt crisp for the meeting.

Teilweise schon viele Gebrauchsspuren Schlafcouch war etwas instabil

Auf der Schlafcouch liegt man schief, bitte austauschen.

Plusem dla mnie był fakt, że idąc na piechotę jest 1,4 km do Hauptplatz i mniej więcej tyle samo idąc główną ulicą Dinghoferstraße do Dunaju przy Lentos muzeum. Przestrzeń w apartamencie, a także łazienka. Wejście bezproblemowe. Pracownicy firmy pomocni (brak języka polskiego). Na Hauptplatz można podjechać dowolnym tramwajem trzy przystanki, ale na tramwaj trzeba dojść Schillerstraße na zachód dobre pięć minut. Za rogiem na Dinghoferstraße jest przystanek trolejbusu 41 i 43. Do końca obu linii są dwa przystanki. To połowa drogi do Hauptplatz. Obok są linie tramwajowe.

Okna są od Dinghoferstraße. Gdy się je otworzy to jest hałas z ulicy. Było zdecydowanie ciepło na dworze, a obsługa ustawiła dmuchawę na 28,6 stopnia. Jedyne co udało nam się zrobić to wyłączyć dmuchawę. Na szczęście był wiatrak. Z parkowaniem mieliśmy dużo szczęścia, bo przyjechaliśmy tuż przed Bożym Ciałem, które także było dniem wolnym od pracy i od parkowania. Niebieskie linie w centrum oznaczają parkowanie przez maksimum godzinę. Obok jest hotel z własnym parkingiem. Może by oni pomogli??? Generalnie kiepska sprawa. W centrum są parkingi piętrowe, ale trzeba zapłacić około 1,6 EUR za pół godziny parkowania.

Keine Klimaanlage. Mit der Hauslüftung hatten wir 30° in der Nacht. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war nicht ausreichend um zu duschen. Bei einer Suite zu dem Preis gehe ich schon davon aus, dass diese Dinge vorhanden sind / funktionieren. Aber ja...laut Zimmerbeschreibung ist keine Klima enthalten. Das hätte ich überlesen. Aber es sind alle Kontrolleinrichtungen für Klima im Zimmer vorhanden, sogar mit Beschreibung wie man es einschalten kann. Das war etwas verwirrend, wenn man danach die Info erhält, dass es nur eine Lüftung OHNE Kühlung gibt.

Uzasne, krasne, ciste a vonave. Krasna velka terasa do dvora. Byt vzdusny, hodne prostoru. Majitele komunikovali a venovali se nam, kdyz bylo treba. Vse fungovalo. PARKING INFO: ulici kolem plno, modre cary, takze za penize, automat jen na mince!, 1€ 30min, ale MAX 1,5h coz je blbe. Po-pa 8-18:30 a so 8-12 za penize, pak free. My parklvali u blizkeho hrbitova za Yet pumpou, kde neni modra na chodniku, nebo kousek dal je SPAR bez zavory. Byt na rusne ulici, takze spani se zavrenymi okny, ktere ovsem hodne těsní. Ventilator co fouka studeny vzduch super, jen s termostatem na teplotu jsme si nevedeli rady.

Gute Lage. WC getrennt von Bad. Bei Fragen gab es sofort Reaktion. Aufzug.

Die Matratzen waren zu weich - aber das ist Geschmacksache. Beim ersten Betreten der Wohnung lag ein leicht muffeliger Geruch in der Luft. Wir nehmen an, es kam vom Badezimmer. Das Sofa ist sehr unbequem, weil man darin sofort versinkt, dass man nicht gut wieder aufstehen kann. (Sehr dünne Polsterung) Ein Haken im WC für das Handtuch wäre eine Verbesserung. Wir haben das Handtuch an der Türklinke aufgehängt. Das Kurzprogramm der Spülmaschine (30 min Programm) funktionierte nicht.

1. Kitchen not well equipped: no microwave, no coffee mugs, no soup bowls etc. 2. Heating system wasn't working properly, we couldn't tune the ventilator temperature above 20 degrees in one of the rooms. In the other room, we could tune it to a desired temperature of 23 degrees but it was showing an overheating warning and the irritating alarm was buzzing throughout. 3. Out of the two rooms, one had a smart TV but the other didn't. That's disappointing. 4. The showers leaked water terribly. In one of the rooms, the handheld shower wasn't working at all. We have stayed in other limehouse properties before, and compared to the excellent quality of the rest, this was quite disappointing.

Check-in is horrible: you have to take photos of id and a selfie. This didn't work twice and no errors were shown. When we finally arrived at the apt we couldn't enter the building because check in was not completed. So after calling support I was basically told to do it there while standing outside on a busy street on a cold evening. In all other places you just have to fill in a text form, on top of it not working well I also don't like sending photos of my id and face just for a check in. The apartment was ok, but a bit too cold and we couldn't adjust the temperature. The tv remote barely works. Shower is weird, i.e. the stream from the normal shower head was very weak. Room 204 I think. The call support people were nice. All in all the check in experience ruined the impression.

Großes und funktional eingerichtetes Apartement, SEHR sauber, für uns ideal gelegen; gut organisierter Check-in und sehr gutes Helpdesk im Fall von Problemen. Im Treppenhaus eine Erinnerung an vergangenes Material- und Gestaltungsbewusstsein, hinter der Wohnungstür dominiert Nüchternheit (zumindest bis man selbst von einer anregenden Linzer Abendunterhaltung zurückkommt).

Ein Heizkörper / Handtuchtrockner im Bad wäre ideal, die Dusche ist großzügigst dimensioniert und eigenwillig, mit 2 Metern vom Brausekopf entferntem Temperaturregler - "Power-Walking" ist out, "Shower-Walking" ist in... ;-)

Ubytování bylo stylové, skvěle vybavené a lokalita byla také dobrá.

Ubytování je u velmi rušné ulice, tedy nějaký hluk se dostane do ubytování. Uklizeno bylo pouze “na oko”, ve skříni jsme našli staré jídlo, u postele balení od prezervativů a prach se už také neutíral dlouho.

Keine Mülltrennung Unterkunft ist in einem Gebiet mit vielen Ausländern, laute Streitereien in der Nacht

Die Unterkunft war sehr groß und auch gut erreichbar. Das Bett war gemütlich, das Bad groß und geräumig. Man hörte keinen Verkehrslärm oder dergleichen und auch der Balkon ging in den Innenhof/Parkplatz rein.

Die Couch zum Ausziehen war sehr unbequem, man hatte Angst dass man zusammenbricht. Es war laut und sehr instabil. Die Tür bei der Toilette war defekt, man konnte sie nicht schließen oder hatte Angst, dass man nicht mehr raus kommt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr steril eingerichtet, nicht unangenehm aber auch nicht zum Wohlfühlen. Es gab nicht genügend Geschirr für 4 Personen und auch am Balkon war nur Platz für 2... Man könnte deutlich mehr aus der Unterkunft machen! Für die Anfrage eines "Early Check-In" haben wir nie eine Antwort erhalten... Das war schade, zumindest die Rückmeldung, dass es nicht möglich sein wird, wäre nett gewesen.
