Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Everything is clean. Quiet location close to everything I needed to do. Helpful, attentive and positive staff. Good breakfast with eggs, pancakes, tortillas and smoked ham made to order if asked.
I enjoyed everything about my stay so much i extended it and extra day and plan on staying again in the future when I return to Nuevo Casas Grande

Reviewed Feb 3, 2025The staff was really courteous and helpful. They truly made us feel welcomed. The rooms are nice and clean and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff from the kitchen were very nice people and offered us everything available with a smile. I really enjoyed my stay. The parking was good, we didn’t really have any issues but it does get full for the night. So I’m only really taking from my experience. Definitely would stay there again.

Lo que no me gustó es que la alberca que era una de las razones para elegir el hotel, no estaba en funcionamiento. Así como solicitan llamar 24hr al hotel para confirmar reservación, deberían avisar que no tendrán disponible todo lo que ofrecen.

Wasn't notified at check in of charges for light stains on towels (I have semi permanent hair color) after the first night I was told 3 towels had to be paid for at rate of 26 per large towel and 13 per small towel, I find a sticker on the bathroom mirror ATF with prices listed at 10 dlls (65 dlls total), she shows me the towels which she picked up from the floor, I agree to pay (exhausted after my dad's funeral) I ask why they were not washed and I get a rude attitude, I ask if they can wash them so I can use them and I am told I need to wait until the next day (it was 3 pm) I tell her what am I supposed to use and she says well the other towels... I know they will be stained.. her solution buy another one that is clean... it was such a disrespectful, bad service with no effort to make my stay comfortable, I ended up having an acquaintance drop off towels from her home. Will not choose this hotel as a first choice ever. BTW I did mention I just needed to shower since it had been a long stressful mourning day after my dad's funeral not even a forced I am sorry was uttered.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2023El inn en si está bonito y pintoresco, la comida del desayunador está deliciosa y la gente es muy amable, el problema principal fue la falta de agua caliente, nosotros nos hospedamos en el inn por qué íbamos a un evento y pensamos arreglarnos ahí, pues no hubo agua caliente ningún día y el personal aunque se disculpó diciendo que la caldera no funcionaba no solucionaron el problema. En resumen muy bonito el lugar pero como me baño sin agua caliente en tiempo de frío???

Reviewed Aug 2, 2023Durazno Inn superó mis expectativas!!!! Desde que llegas, el trato del personal es súper profesional y amable. Las habitaciones hermosas y muy limpias, muebles de muy buen gusto y los colchones, wow, hacía mucho que no dormía tan placenteramente.Tiene una piscina techada y climatizada preciosa, el agua está muy rica. También tiene un gimnasio muy completo, aunque confieso que no lo utilicé. Hay una terraza muy bonita con vista a la avenida principal donde puedes llevar tus propias bebidas y botanas y pasar un rato agradable. Y el desayuno delicioso, buffet con fruta, guisos, café, naranjada, chilaquiles, puedes pedir huevos estrellados, hot cakes... está completísimo. Me faltó mucho por conocer del hermoso Casas Grandes, seguro volveré y por supuesto me hospedaré en Durazno Inn. PD: En esta temporada tienen duraznos de cortesía en recepción, los más ricos que he probado. Gracias Durazno Inn!

The room was spotless, the beds were comfy, the water was hot. we got a quiet room away from the street and the parking was inside so very safe. the breakfast was amazing and the breakfast people were really nice.
