Anteriormente el desayuno incluía huevos al gusto. Ahora hay unos huevos en buffet y si quieres al gusto debes pagar un costo adicional. Por ser una cliente habitual percibo esto como una disminución en la calidad del desayuno 🥹

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Amazing big rooms right next to the river. We were lucky to have gotten the river facing room. Very nice and residential neighbourhood with Provenza just a 15 min walk away. The staff is always smiling and willing to help. We wanted to store our luggage for two nights while we went to Bahia Solano and they happily did that. We wanted to get a weight measure to weigh our bags and they sent that to the room too. The property has a small and functional gym on the terrace with amazing views of the city.

La ubicación , si bien estaba en una zona animada, el hotel está en un callejón oscuro que no invita a salir de noche.

Nothing about the hotel or the staff. But at night some other guest don't keep it quiet. They are loud and they bang there doors like there are no other guest in the hotel. That was on the floor my room was at.

Reviewed May 15, 2026The Lettera Hotel have a very complete breakfast with numerous options to suit all tastes. Friendly staff, attentive to every detail. The location is good, in a quiet, safe area surrounded by trees and vegetation. About a 10-minute walk to the Provenza area. The return trip is a bit more challenging due to the slope leading back to the hotel. However, Uber and taxis are easily available throughout the city.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Nos gustó mucho la zona del hotel, hay demasiada vegetación muy bien presentada y exótica. El personal siempre fue muy atento y amable. Alrededor del hotel se puede caminar tranquilamente, solamante que hay que tener en consideración muchas bajadas y subidas. Además la zona de Provenza está a menos de un kilometro.
El ascensor necesitaba una limpieza de alfombra, además la zona del jacuzzi es un poco complicada de encontrar. Lo que más nos costó fue que el jacuzzi estuviera en una temperatura óptima.

A single small thing: the fitness room is small and you're a bit limited. Can be used more for some cardio in the morning. But this thing does not have to change your mind when picking up this hotel. Honestly!

La ubicación para mi es bastante alejado de Provenza de noche tenía que tomar un Uber y el desayuno no me gustó nada era huevos y frutas para el precio pienso que el desayuno podría ser mejor solo el domingo hicieron unas sopas que si estaban buenas el resto lo mismo!!!!

La malinformación de recepción. Carlos nos dijo que el desayuno se servía a las 7 por ser festivo el viernes (hicimos la reserva en este hotel porque el desayuno era a las 6 am y teníamos excursiones a las 7am). Aceptamos que es festivo ya que no lo sabíamos y no es su culpa. Nos dijo que bajáramos sobre 6.30 o 6.45 para que nos prepararan un sándwich (decepción porque pagamos este hotel por su buffet, pero algo es algo y estábamos agradecidos). Nuestra sorpresa fue que al bajar habían abierto a las 6 am 😔 y tuvimos que comer corriendo en 5 minutos porque teníamos que irnos. Nadie nos informó de que finalmente abrían a las 6 am a pesar de ser festivo. No te informan de nada (traslados aeropuerto, restaurantes cercanos recomendables...) Puedes bajar andando a los restaurantes son 15 min. pero la vuelta es todo cuesta arriba, ténganlo en cuenta.
