Reviewed Mar 5, 2020The hotel overall was nice. The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast except for the fact that they made you scrambled eggs. I didn’t see any coffee at breakfast though. The hotel is being expanded (looked like a hot tub and pool are being added) so that will be a nice addition. It’s a little out of town and there are some old cars and things right next to the hotel. We booked it thinking it was near the bus terminal but the hotels.com map was wrong. It also comes up twice on google maps so make sure you check street view first!

Reviewed Jan 29, 2020The staff at the Doble E were very nice and attentive. The room was clean and well appointed. The hotel is a good choice for those with a car; for those without it would be an excessively long walk into the heart of town.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2020We stayed one night in this beautiful hotel. We had an amazing experience after our long and exhausting trekking in Torres Del Paine. We were warmly welcomed and felt confortable at this place. In particular, we would like to highlight the kindness of the staff. We ran out of cash (our mistake) and Jimena, who works there, helped us to get a ride to the city center in a time of emergency. This touched us a lot. We highly recommend this hotel to all guests. This is by far our best stay in Puerto Natales. All the best !
