Ottima posizione. Molto comodo il parcheggio a pagamento (caro) sotto l'hotel.

La prima camera interna, poi cambiata con una esterna dal gentilissimo direttore

L’hôtel est très bien situé et j’avais une belle vue sur le musée ARoS depuis ma chambre. Je n’ai malheureusement pas pu profiter du balcon en raison de la pluie et du vent pendant mon séjour, mais c’est un vrai plus et j’imagine qu’il doit être très agréable par beau temps. Autre point très pratique : il y a un supermarché juste en bas de l’hôtel, ce qui est vraiment appréciable pendant le séjour.

Concernant la salle de bains, la paroi de la douche à l’italienne est un peu trop courte et il faut être vigilant pour éviter de mettre de l’eau sur le sol. Par ailleurs, il n’y avait pas de produits d’accueil (« amenities ») à disposition dans la salle de bains, ce qui est un peu dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Très bien situé et belle vue sur le musée!

Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Hotel hat eine fantastische Lage für alle Aktivitäten.

The balcony is a nice touch when the weather is warm. Breakfast was the nearest your going to get in the area to a full English. The hotel was clean. Friendly staff.

Staff were not able to convert DKK to GBP when asked. Would rather them say I don’t know rather than say ‘ a late check out will be £50 ‘ and then get charged £100. Now got to wait days for a refund. Prices for water were extortionate when you can get one next door at the shop for 2DK. Breakfast finishing at 10am is early for people on holiday. 10.30/11am would be better. Air con in room wasn’t cold at all. Needed to call for a fan. Housekeeping knocking on the door at 8am when we are on holiday wasn’t ideal.. too early to be woken up. No spare pillows in the room and was only given 2 so had to call for more. Restaurant menu is sparse.. so have to eat out everyday. We could hear the room next door TV all night… in London for what we paid we would have had 5*. Expected more overall for a 3 night stay at £200+ a night.

Personalet gav os en fantastisk velkomst og hjalp os med forskellige ting. Beliggenheden var perfekt ud fra det vi ville opleve i Aarhus, og mest af alt havde vi et helt fantastisk værelse og den flotteste udsigt over byen.

Vi oplevede at det trak en del fra aircondition, vi prøvede at slukke den uden held, dynerne var for varme så vi vågnede op med tætte næser. Vi ved heller ikke hvorfor men vi kunne ikke caste til tv’et selvom vi fulgte anvisningerne.

Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist schwierig zu erreichen, da sehr, sehr enge Zufahrt. Besser mit kleinem Fahrzeug oder ohne Auto anreisen.

De kamer was erg ruim. Net als de badkamer. Heel plezierig dus.

De temperatuur in de kamer was erg hoog. Ook in de nacht. Niet erg fijn om in te slapen.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 3 nights in a junior suite. The room was very large with plenty of space to spread out. The king bed was very comfortable. There was a very small refrigerator and a coffee machine. The bathroom was also pretty large. I give the property an 80/100 for cleanliness. The hallways, elevator, and portions of the room needed attention. The hotel is also expensive, but this is due to the location right in the center of old town next to Aros Museum and City Hall. We had a car and used the (pretty expensive) parking under the hotel. We did not include the breakfast in our reservation, however we did purchase the breakfast on one morning. Although there could have been more varied foods such as hot items and fruits, we had plenty to eat for breakfast. The evening desk clerk was wonderful and the morning breakfast hostess was very friendly. The property is very close to most Aarhus sites - canal, Aros Museum, University, Cathedral, Occupation Museum, restaurants. We recommend this property if you want to be in the middle of the action.

The hotel is in a very good location between train station, Aros museum, Den Gamle By museum and the shopping mile. Getting to the harbor area is also very quickly possible. You have two super markets next to the hotel to get some food&drinks. There are plenty restaurants and bars close by, the food market is in a short walking distance. As mentioned you can walk to very great sites such as the harbor area, Aros museum or Den Gamle By museum. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. Not sure what to add else :D Will book again when I visit Aarhus again.

The breakfast options were a bit disappointing considering the price. I would have had expected regular things like pancakes, salmon and few more options in general. Besides that nothing comes to my mind.

One of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in.

Entrance of the street is a bit hard to see at first. And the lobby is one floor up.

The room was spacious and fitted well for our dogs and todler. The crib the hotel provided was great and eased our travel a lot.

Die Lage des Hotels ist genial. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und groß und auch das Personal ist ungewöhnlich freundlich. Trotz des ungewöhnlich schlechten Frühstücks buchen wir immer wieder.

Das Frühstück ist in diesem Preissegment nicht akzeptabel. Beispiele: Das Wasser in den Thermoskannen ist lauwarm, ebenso lauwarm die Spiegeleier. An mehreren Tagen gab es dieselben hart gewordenen Kuchenstücke.

Das Hotel fällt mit seiner besonderen Innenarchitektur aus dem gewöhnlichen Rahmen. Die Lage ist perfekt für eine Stadtbesichtigung. Nachts ist es ruhig, so dass wir gut schlafen konnten. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist alles sauber. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet für alle Bedürfnisse etwas an. Im Parkhaus war Platz genug. Bei der Ein-und Ausfahrt muss man in den Kurven etwas aufpassen.

The breakfast was great, the gym was good and the rooms were nice.

My room was a little noisey from the outside road. Also I was pleased to have an eye mask with me as im quite sensitive to light, and the light from the window that looked into the foyer was noticeable when trying to sleep.

Perfect location next to ARoS (we could see it from our rooms). Walking distance from local bars and restaurants, and when having to travel further there are bikes available for rent (or use the donkeybikes). The hotel itself was nicely curated and had a great artistic vibe to it, and very kind + helpful staff giving more insights in where to go for food and other places to consider visiting to get the local experience.

A comfortable stay in a well located hotel.

The hotel took out a full payment pending upon arrival and also on departure so for a day or so our available funds were limited in our bank account. They should revise their payment process.

- La localisation entre le centre ville historique et le quartier des musées. - l'architecture spectaculaire du Hall d'entrée.

- Etre logé dans une chambre équipées spécifiquement pour les personnes handicapées. La salle de bain est très peu pratique sans étagères de rangement. - Le bruit la nuit avec une benne à ordure en face qui se remplissait bruyamment surtout la nuit. - Le manque de personnel la matin au service du petit déjeuner. - Une logistique de présentation des produits du petit déjeuner un peu pauvre et pas toujours bien placée.

Doppelzimmer mit genug Platz für offenen Schrank, Kofferbank, Kühlschrank, Safe, Sitzecke und Schreibtisch sowie extra breitem französischem Doppelbett. Extrem leise Klimaanlage.
