Lovely and clean villa, great for larger family wanting a stopover close to the airport. Quiet neighbourhood but very close to the airport. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful.

Airport transfer was an hour picking us up but other than that a very pleasant stay. The Kitchen in the villa could really use a microwave and/or toaster for families.

We were picked up promptly from the airport. The rooms are a good size with kitchen and bathroom. We were offered welcome cocktails. The lady at reception arrange for a complimentary pick up to take us to a seaside location restaurant

Le lieu est neuf. Les chambres très jolies sont propres. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner. A noter, présence d'un petit réfrigérateur, d'une petite plaque de cuisson, d'une bouilloire, d'une cafetière électrique et de vaisselle pour 3 personnes pour notre chambre. Très pratique la navette incluse dans le prix pour l'A/R vers / de l'aéroport.

I would highly recommend this airport hotel. There is a free shuttle to and from Athens airport. We were offered a welcome cocktail on arrival and they were delicious! The rooms were large, clean, well decorated and had a range of amenities including proper coffee machine, kitchenette, fridge with bottled water. The shower was really good!! The beds were really comfortable. There was also a free shuttle to a local restaurant on the beach, which had really good seafood. The rooms were also surprising quiet despite being so close to the airport with planes flying overhead at all hours. The guy at reception was also super friendly and helpful

The breakfast was very good. As we were leaving before the breakfast was scheduled to start, they brought it to us the previous evening to keep in the refrigerator overnight. The shuttle was great. The pizza from the local pizzeria was very good. Definitely take the shuttle to the seaside restaurant! Fabulous food and ambiance!

Lovely accommodation in a garden, very warm welcome by the receptionist. The hotel is situated under the run way, some nice from overflying airplanes. Free airport shuttle on demand 24 hours a day in collaboration with neighbor hotel Tina. Rooms are very clean, great shower, big flat screen TV. It was a good stay.

The wonderful lady Lucy, was lovely and so helpful with everything I needed.

A little difficult to find, had a terrible time trying to get there. My taxi driver got lost and charged me 3 times what the price of the ride should have been.

Very Comfortable at a good price. The beds and pillows were very good ! We had a very comfortable night. Staff was very friendly and nice. The shuttle service to and from airport was a God send and made it very easy and made it very convenient for the one night layover.

The advertisement says 4km from the airport. This is an absolute line. It is 9km as the crow flies but based on the way the roads go, it's a 15km drive. They offer an airport shuttle to trick people into thinking it's an airport hotel. We arrived late due to a flight delay - - which I advised to the hotel. They didn't reply to my message. We arrived and there was no open reception. No instructions to access the room. Nothing. We weren't even sure it was the right place as a result of the misleading advertisement. Finally, I called the number and they told us which room was ours.

Отель находится в частном секторе, такси сложно вызвать, отказываются ехать. Интернет был очень слабым. Очень сильный шум от самолетов.

למי שרגיש לרעש, כדאי לקחת בחשבון שזה ליד שדה התעופה ולכן שומעים מטוסים. ל-3/4 מאיתנו זה לא הפריע בכלל, אבל לאחד מאיתנו זה הפריע.

Great place to stay near airport. The shuttle service was great. The location is a bit isolated but a restaurant from the nearest village offers free ride from the place - we took it and had a great dinner on the beach. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was very good.

The room was clean and ample sized with small kitchen facilities. The receptionist Loukia was very nice and welcoming with constant smiles.

The breakfast was disappointing. Loukia gave a us a list of items that looked frankly appealing. She then informed us that the woman who serves breakfast was sick and delivered a simple breakfast from the night before. Also, it looked more of a motel/ air bnb than a hotel.

Transport was provided and Irene, the manager, couldn’t have been warmer or more helpful. She even arranged for transportation and reservations to a restaurant for dinner. She would be the reason I would choose to stay there again.

Very clean and close to the airport. We stayed there overnight for our flight the next morning. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant they recommended had free to and from transport which I HIGHLY recommend to go to! Honestly, they had the best fried sardines and Greek salad.

Muy buena ubicación al lado del aeropuerto con servicio de transfer incluido. Solo tienes que avisarles y te traen y llevan rápidamente. Nos dejaron el desayuno en la habitación y era bastante completo. La habitación era nueva y muy cómoda.

The location was ideal, and the entire property was quiet, very clean, well-maintained, and perfectly sized to keep things seamless. Special thanks to the wonderful staff—Lucia and Dora were excellent, and the shuttle driver was very kind in taking us to and from the restaurant. Having food delivered directly to our room was also a great touch!

The room, bathroom, and shower were all on the smaller side. We noticed there were larger room options available on-site that looked very nice, which we would definitely request next time.

Overnight stay to catch early flight home. We’ll set up staff were helpful. Even though there were no close restaurants there were free shuttles to the beach side restaurants. They picked you up and returned to the hotel. Thank you to Irini at the front desk a delight to deal with.

The lady at the front desk was so nice and super helpful The restaurant on the beach that they sent us to was absolutely wonderful. They take you to & from. Once you got into the room visually it was nice and clean and really cute!

When you first walk in, it does look pretty scary. You don’t expect it to look like the images they have online, but it does inside the room. What we did not like was the bed was so hard that we did not sleep for five minutes, if you happen to like extremely hard beds, though this is your place.

Owner didn't answer phone when we arrived from airport, so we had to get a Taxi, not sure if we were ripped off as meter said 20 Euros, but driver said minimum fee of 40 Euros, this is besides the fact that although we gave him the paperwork, he couldn't find the place. It is miles from nowhere, nowhere to eat, although delivery organized by owner is good. She was apologetic about missing the phone, but adds to the stress when you don't speak Greek and need a transfer.

Rooms were very clean, spacious and beautiful! Staff was so kind and helpful, just great experience overall!

You definitely have to take a cab or (what we did) uber to restaurants, etc. It is not walkable. However, the setting is lovely. A beautiful courtyard and fresh, clean rooms. Also, we arrived super early and we rested in the beautiful courtyard while waiting for our room which didn't take long at all (and we arrived in mid-morning).

Be prepared that toilet paper cannot be flushed. They ask you to put all paper in the trashcan. My family was not prepared for this but I know it's a fact of life in many destinations. FYI, it didn't bother us at all but they are doing quite a bit of constructions...they appear to be adding a few rooms to this cute boutique hotel.

Excellent shuttle service to/from airport. Also provided free taxi to/from beach area for dinner on the beach. Perfect location for airport with added extras to make a last night fun!

It was very expensive for what it was - we stayed in better, much cheaper hotels on the Greek mainland. But there are not many hotels near to the airport, so I guess they capitalise on this.

We had a 1 night stopover due to connecting flights, so for us the stay was perfect. Close to the airport with a Shuttle bus for convenience We were greeted so beautifully by Lucy who was so helpful, she organised dinner at a local restaurant with transport included.

We were greeted when we checked in around 8pm. The staff arranged transportation for the 10 of us to a near by restaurant on the water. Then the restaurant arranged transportation back to the hotel. We had to depart at 6:30am and there was a large van there to take all 10 of us to the airport. So even though the stay was short it was lovely. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

This is a superb little oasis of a place , quite far out of Athens but we knew this as we were using it as an overnight stay close to the airport and it is ideal for this. They offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport which is excellent and so smoothly run. The rooms were amazing and the staff absolutely fantastic. Marina and her colleague were superb. They gave us a lovely pre packed breakfast as our morning flight was very early. A perfect place if you’re flying in and out of Athens. They even organise transport to a local restaurant and beach.

The property accommodated us with our late flight into Athens and early flight out next morning. They called and confirmed arrival time and had breakfast waiting in our room for us which was perfect. The free shuttle was really nice to have and not worry about transportation. They were very punctual. We didn’t get to stay very long but overall was happy with our stay for the night. The place was clean and had ample linens and food.

Loved! We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel near the airport and found this great property. It’s a small and cozy place with newer rooms that were both modern and comfortable. The airport shuttle was a huge plus, they pick you upon arrival and take you back at departure, it was quick and on time. It simply worked for us! What sets this place apart, a very high level of hospitality & service. It was simply amazing, it was 5 Star. They helped with everything, including accommodating our larger family in 1 room! They arranged for a local restaurant at the beach to pick us up for a lovely dinner and bring us back, they made great recommendations and ensured our stay was top notch. It’s the little things, like brining my wife and I wine to celebrate our anniversary or brining my family a breakfast picnic basket with toast, crackers, fruit, cereals, yogurt and other items for our early morning breakfast, since we were leaving before their breakfast service started… the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing… we highly recommend this little gem in a neighborhood near the airport and beach.. we will be back!

I enjoyed the courtyard with the small sitting areas and the beach vibe. The room was small but very comfortable. It was quiet, and what I needed for a one night stay to get some rest.

Gli aerei passano sopra la tua testa tutta la notte…. Impossibile dormire anche se non hai il sonno leggero , sembra di averli in camera Non abbiamo chiuso occhio , un vero incubo! La colazione più triste che abbia mai avuto, portata in camera ma con prodotti di scarsissima qualità… tipo campeggio dell’Oratorio (senza offendere i campeggi degli Oratori) E sinceramente più di 200 euro per un posto così mi sembra assurdo

We stayed at the Comfort Stay Athens Airport Hotel in a Family Villa. The truths...yes they have free airport shuttle and the Villa fit all four of us together. The rest...is well is the reason one should and give credit to Trip Advisor reviews. It was not worth the money saved by having a free airport shuttle. This property is in a rural - residential area. We never seen the actual hotel, as the Villa property was on the back side of the property. The restaurant is via a free shuttle 7 to 10 minutes away...so don't think you are going to walk anywhere to get something to eat or drink. They did have a bottle of water in the mini fridge for us. The restaurant was lovely but the wait of 20 minutes to catch the shuttle back to the property was not nice. As we would using this as a stop over hotel, we all were looking forward to a shower. This was not possible as the shower was not working and instantly flooded the bathroom. The person that checked us in called me at 10:30pm to let me know she had over collected the $2 euro tax in cash, as that amount had been changed to my credit card. I said that doesn't matter but we would like a shower. She said there is nothing that can be done as they can't get a plumber at that time of night. Despite seemingly clean, there was ants in the kitchen/bathroom area and we hoped they would not find us in the bedroom but come morning the bug bites were there to reveal that ants were also in the bedroom as well. I emailed the hotel directly the day we checked out with our feed back and no responds. Upon returning home they emailed me an how was your stay email, to which I again replied back to them via email and no responds or acknowledgement. SO Overall I would say don't be tempted by the free shuttle, just pick a hotel in a better location, with better reviews and have a nicer stay.

It had boutique feel. The property did provide transportation to and from airport. The driver was very nice. The young girl at the reception desk was very helpful and courteous.

Too close airport flight path. Very busy airport. There was no walking for anything. We bought breakfast but the lady was sick. They did buy us some yogurt & cereal but coffee was terrible. The manager with the back brace was bitchy on the phone. Our internet at the airport was not working properly when we called and thus, we had to call back several times to find out where he was picking us up. She was rude & hateful.

This property was not a hotel. It is located in residential/rural area. It is close to the airport and we did take advantage of the free shuttle but not really close to anything for walking. When we arrived our room floor was not cleaned. Spider webs, spider poop, battery, hair, crumbs. Because the door goes straight to outdoors we were constantly killing insects. First receptionist didn’t help after I told her about it. The Italian receptionist was very sweet that I spoke with the following day. Although they said they would clean the next day we were already unpacked and settled and then leaving in the middle of the night the following day so we declined. It would have been done before we arrived or when I complained immediately. If you are expecting a hotel this isn’t the place.

For breakfast it would have been nice to be able to select beforehand what we wanted to avoid food spoilage. Also would like a choice of hot options. Ants were coming into the room from the front door. No one's fault just wanted the property to be aware.

Great place to stay for a night between flights! We stayed in between our return to Athens from the islands before heading back to the states. The reception staff was very kind. We were given a great breakfast in our room the night before since our flight was early in the morning.

The free transfers is why we decided to book this one for the convenience aspect. When we arrived we waited an hour to be picked up standing along the road in the heat, then had to wait longer while other guests were picked up. The location is very close to the airport but far away from restaurants and stores so if you are wanting to visit any during your stay you will need to get a taxi.

This is my third overnight before a flight. The communication at airport with the hotel was great!! Pick up and return to airport efficient. The receptionist who greeted me was friendly, helpful and warm. The room was spotless. Love the atmosphere of being in a village in the middle of an olive grove. Authentic! Also, The receptionist helped me order dinner from a restaurant. It was delivered to my room and was delicious.

The wifi was weak and inconsistent. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.

Bathroom is small and the Airport shuttle is not dedicated for this hotel so, one should plan an earlier transfer otherwise you may be delayed
