Reviewed Jan 8, 2026L'hôtel est très beau et décoré avec goût. Le service est très aimable. L'hôtel est situé en plein centre et dispose d'un parking.
L'eau de la douche ne s'évacuait pas correctement. Plusieurs bruits ont été dérangeants: les bruits de douche et de toilette des autres chambres étaient incroyablement forts (ça nous a réveillés), de plus étant logés à côté du parking, le bruit des voitures était également dérangeant.

The staff tried to cancel my reservation, and they were rude, and they said they couldn't solve my issue until the manager got there, but the manager got there late even though I made the reservation online.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2024Its location, right in the center of the city. The hotel is in a converted old hacienda that once, before 1945 when they converted it into the hotel, was a soft drink factory. Beautifully managed and upkept gardens inside the inner patio provide calm feeling of safety and peace as well as guard you against the street noise. I will return.
No glasses in the rooms. I don’t like drinking water from plastic bottles. I’d recommend changing these bottles into glass decanters with drinking water.

A mi me aparece el cargo en la tarjeta el día que reserve pero cuando llegue pague la noche y ahora no se si me la cobrarán dos veces. El hotel me dice que es probable tenga que verlo con expedía y eso será complicado.

La habitación súper limpia, ropa de cama y toallas de primera, limpieza mucho mejor que hoteles de franquicia. Cerca hay algunos restaurantes del mismo estilo a precios accesibles.

La construcción es antigua y, me parece, bien cuidada, sin embargo, me asignaron una habitación cerca de la bomba de agua o control de energía eléctrica (no sé qué era) pero fue muy ruidoso. Buena parte de mi estancia tuve que tolerar ese ruido, para colmo el colchón muy viejo e incomodo. Sugiero atender ese aspecto porque entre el ruido y el colchón fue imposible descansar.

This hotel is out of my comfort but have so much appreciation of it's beauty, every Walking place was perfect for a photo session. The service was great, loved how we were greeted by the entire staff. Honestly one of my all time favorite places to stay. Can't wait to stay here again
