The property was in a lovely location in Karavomylos, close to a few restaurants and the Melissani Cave. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped, great shower, and we had Netflix available on the TV. The cleaner did a great job every day and the staff were very lovely. There are also some of the best beaches inbetween Agia Efemia and Karavomylos!

Nothing major to report. It would have been great if the apartment came with a few kitchen things like washing up liquid, salt and pepper, sugar, and maybe a few other items as I’m sure all guests would appreciate the basics. It was easy enough to go to the shops but we didn’t use all the items so I’m sure it just goes to waste. The pool is a little smaller than I expected but you have great beaches so it doesn’t matter!

Honestly everything. I stayed 5 nights on my own here and felt very safe and as if I was at home. Very spacious apartment with a beautiful balcony that overlooked the sea. Host was very informative and responsive when I messaged asking questions. They went above and beyond to make my stay special. The staff were very friendly. Nice having the pool and the ocean as options to swim as was very hot. Room had aircon and even a washing machine which came in handy. The bed was also comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay. Loved the location being just outside of Sami. Was only about a 15-20min to Sami which I did every morning to grab a coffee.

Very well presented and was comfortable. Had everything we needed and was very clean. We felt very welcomed and we were very well looked after. The pool was lovely, views were great from our room too. A really good location if you want to travel around the island. I would highly recommend staying here 😊

Nothing, I cannot fault a thing.

The location in Sami is convenient. There is a Greek Taverna within very easy walking distance to the suites. The town of Sami is quaint with many shops and restaurants. There are some quick marts and moderate sized shopping for necessities, beer/wine. These suites are situated right on the water (Ionian sea, proper) without the heavy waves and crowds! Messalini (spelling) lake is also less than 5 mins away and you must see this! The little tour is awesome and the cave is also quite impressive.

Booking with Booking.com can be tricky sometimes. The description of the suites is for the most part accurate. However for instance if you book one with three rooms and king bed you may only get one bathroom. This happened to us, despite the appearance of different looking bathrooms on the description and the photos attached. So as a consumer, you must inquire about exactly how many bathrooms are in the reservation. Once we arrived we discovered we only had one bathroom and there were four of us... The simply would not work for the amount of days we are staying. Vaselili (the manager) was very kind and quickly rectified the situation for us. He went above and beyond and even carried our luggage to our different suite, once we inquired about the changes. When we moved into this different location it then appeared like what was on the reservation. Overall we would likely stay here again due to the good customer service that we received.

Koupelna byla trochu horší sprchový kout obsahoval závěs který nebyl až na zem a při sprchování i když si člověk dával pozor tak se velké množství vody dostalo na podlahu

This apartment is right on the beach front. Walking distance to some restaurants. It’s very well maintained, cleaned daily, very spacious, great views, well appointed. Looks new . I would 100% recommend these units. And will hopefully visit again soon. Thank you Meliti and Vasili the manager.

The view and location were fabulous. Being able to step out and have the sea within 29 seconds for my morning swim. A couple of local tavernas within a few mins walk or Sami for more by the harbour is 20 mins walk. The apartment was huge (thank you for the upgrade) and super clean. We were only there 3?nights but had our towels changed every day. Thank you Meliti and Vas.

מיקום מעולה, ממש במרכז בין העיירות סאמי ואגיה אפימיה, על החוף, הכל קרוב. המתחם עצמו מאוד מסודר, בריכה חמודה (מעט קטנה אבל מספקת). החדר עצמו מאוד מרווח, שתי קומות. סלון, מטבח, מרפסת וחדר שירותים ומקלחת בקומה הראשונה ו2 חדרי שינה מרווחים עם עוד מקלחת ושירותים בקומה מתחת. הסויטות מעט שונות אחת מהשניה. אנחנו שהינו בסויטה של 2 חדרי שינה שצופה לבריכה. החדרים מאוד נקיים ויש מנקה שמגיעה לנקות כל יום את החדר. המטבח מאובזר. סה״כ נהנינו מאוד

באחד הימים הייתה לנו הצפה שנוצרה מסתימה בצנרת אך ברגע שהודענו לבעלי המקום, הוא ישר הזמין איש מקצוע ותיקן את הבעיה. כדי להגיע לחוף יש לעבור כביש קטן, זה לא נורא וגם די מקובל ביוון אבל לא הבנו את זה עד הסוף לפני שהגענו.

Super comfortable and well equipped place. Staff were really helpful and the daily cleaning was great. Great location. We lived being so close to the sea - and took some loungers over to be in the shade or the trees many times The taverna thar was less than a minute away was the best location - nice a breezy at all times. The walk into Sami was easy and nice - and a good selection of restaurants and shops when there.

The appartement was very big, comfortable and clean. The staff was super nice and helpful whenever we needed anything or had a question.

just small things - our appartement was located where we had to exit the complex area to get there, which was not convenient. also, the pool is deep so less suitable for younger children

The location right across a quiet beautifully natural beach with crystal clear blue water was fantastic. Local restaurants and a short walk into the hustle and bustle of Sami.

Not much to dislike. The space and layout suited our party perfectly any slight concerns we had were remedied almost immediately.

The king size bed we had was very uncomfortable so we swapped rooms with our boys and took the double twin beds which were very comfortable.

Lovely man at reception, very helpful. Managed to get into the apartment a little early which was appreciated. The pool is great and location across from a (pebble) beach is lovely.

It would have been really useful to have a simple welcome pack - water, tea etc. Especially as there's no shop in the village.

The unit was spacious and well equipped, however if you have any plans to cook anything, there are no basic supplies - oil, salt, etc… or any coffee, tea, sugar

Only one bathroom in a big unit, a bit tricky for 5 people

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Minden nap takarítottak, és rendbe tették a szobákat. Az apartman erkélye a tengerre nézett. Tiszta, rendezett volt a környezet is. Megfelelő volt a konyha felszereltsége is.

A rendeléskor 3db fürdőszoba volt megjelölve, ezzel szemben csak 1db volt az apartmanban, a 3 hálószobához. Abban is a wc és a zuhanyzó egyben volt. A 8 főnek ez kevés.

Csodás helyen, 3 méterre a tengertől, medencés, különböző méretű ÚJ apartmanok. Klíma minden szobában, mosógép, teljesen felszerelt konyha, kedves személyzet, tisztaság. Pékség, kávézó, 2 étterem 100 méteren belül. Gyönyörű strandok bármely irányba, Sami település 3 perc autóval, 20 perc séta. Igazán nagyszerű hely! Szívből ajánlom.😇🌞🏖🍹

The location was great, Vasilis was very communicative and helpful.

The price was not validated for this apartment. The decor and furniture were inexpensive and inauthentic. There was a strange smell in the apartment when we arrived, and it took a while to get rid off. We were missing an oven. Our apartment only got serviced at 15:00 in the afternoon, which meant we returned from the beach for lunchtime and still had unmade beds and dishes piled from dinner and breakfast.

La struttura nuovissima, appartamenti dotati di tutti i confort, pulizia, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. La vista su una baia stupenda.

La posizione un pò lontana da quasi tutte le spiagge più belle o famose (almeno 40 minuti di auto per raggiungerle). Ma l'isola è grande, quindi ci sta.

The apartment is exceptional for a holiday let - excellent appliances, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture etc. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with all the facilities you need. The swimming pool is lovely, clean, and has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The location is excellent — the hotel is right by the sea, a 5-minute drive from the center of Sami and a 10-minute drive from Agia Efimia. There are restaurants and cafés within walking distance of the hotel. I would especially like to mention Vassili, who welcomed us with a smile and was very kind, helpful, and available. This is definitely the best choice for anyone who wants to stay in the area.

The mattresses in the bedroom were not the most comfortable, but this is a minor issue compared to the hotel’s advantages.

1) We really loved the hotel, the owner Vassilis is very helpful for everything. Our room was upgraded as a two floor luxury suit with an excellent sea view just near the front side of the pool. It was a very large room for us, thanks for that...🙏 2) Our room was cleaned every day, so was changed all the sheets and towels, and the whole hotel areas were very clean and comfy. We had everything in our room what we all needed, so in the kitchen and the bathroom 3) The location of the hotel is perfect, as just a walking distance to Melissani Lake and Sami, and also you may go easily by car to the other centers and the beaches of Kefalonia

התמונות בבוקינג ממש מטעות, הדירה לא יותר מסבירה, מאוד מינימלית בציוד שלה, לא החליפות מצעים כל ששת ימי השהות והנקיון היה חלקי,לא שאלו לשלומו ולדביעות רצון בכל ימי השהות, שהמחיר יקר מאוד ביחס לתמורה.

All rooms were lovely and clean. The location was perfect for us. Lots of parking nearby. Couldn't get closer to the sea. Everything we needed.

There was some road noise which some people might be bothered by bt it was only in the morning mostly. There weren't any hooks to hang towels in any of the rooms. This would be useful. Sofa was slightly hard.

Posizione ottima, strategica per visitare tutta Cefalonia essendo al centro dell’isola,appartamento accogliente ben pulito, servizio camera ottimo,cadeau di benvenuto con set saponi e Creme molto gradito ,il nostro appartamento (corali) veramente spettacolare con la vista mare . Veramente ottimo posto per il mare affacciato che permette di fare il bagno in queste acque stupende gelide per le sorgenti della montagna e pulitissime ,posizione strategica anche perché vicinissimo alla grotta di Melissani e a pochi minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia di antisamos .Staff gentile e super disponibile

Unica pecca per un appartamento da 5 letti un solo bagno e la piscina non proprio un granché

Friendly staff, room was impeccably cleaned every day, Vassili greeted us on our arrival and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. We had a pleasant one week stay on Kefalonia.

Beautiful apartment with a lovely sea view and a large balcony. Very well equipped and nice contemporary design, making it feel light and spacious. Pool is excellent with sun beds around and the apartments are surrounded by well tended gardens. Nice position with a pleasant walk into Sami and an excellent taverna very close by. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, literally 2 minutes walk to the little beach. Extremely clean. Good sized rooms. Very good communication and friendly staff.

Przepiękne miejsce z widokiem na Itakę. Panuje tu cisza i spokój, co pozwala w pełni wypocząć. Pokoje (codziennie sprzątane, wymieniane ręczniki) oraz całe otoczenie były wyjątkowo czyste. Personel zawsze uśmiechnięty i bardzo pomocny na czele z menedżerem Vasilisem dbającym o komfort każdego gościa z niezwykłą serdecznością i troską.

Generalnie podobało mi się wszystko, natomiast pakiet startowy w kuchni zapewne byłby dodatkowym bonusem. Np. kapsułki lub filtry do ekspresu, sól, pieprz, cukier czy kapsułki do zmywarki ;-)

Very clean, nice staff and great location.

We loved the location of the suites, so close to the sea , allowing us to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The suite was spotlessly clean and well equipped, however we had no plans to do any cooking for our stay . The bed so so comfortable, made it difficult to get out of it ! The manager was very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Wohnen ist sehr gross für zwei Personen und jeden Tag kommt das Servicepersonal sauber machen. Der Standort ist super zentral um an verschiedene Orte reisen zu können. Würde ich absolut weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful seafront location. The very kind owner allowed us early check in meaning we could get in as soon as we were ready. Apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. Pool was lovely with comfortable loungers. Lovely taverna just 2 minutes walk with tables on the seafront. 10 minute walk to Sami along the beach with shops and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend.
