Chalet Primula Penthouse

We had a very comfortable stay in Wengen. The Chalet was a short walk from the train, gondola, shops and restaurants.

Everything. Brilliant stay. Excellent hosts. Great service.

Sehr netter Service von Wengen Appartments. Tiptop. Wohnung sehr schön, sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. In der Küche sind wirklich alle Geräte und Zubehör vorhanden. Super Lage mit tollem Ausblick über das Lauterbrunnental. Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort. Viel Platz und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wertige Betten und gute Matratzen. Gerne immer wieder.

Lagerschrank für Ski und Schuhe im Keller zu klein und kein Skischuhheizer bzw. Skischuhwärmer im Keller vorhanden. Skischuhe dürfen nicht mit in die Wohnung zum trocken genommen werden.

L'appartement dans sa globalité est accueillant et chaleureux, bien décoré et bien placé par rapport au centre du village et de la gare.

Comme déjà partagé, les ustensiles et couverts de la cuisine sont en mauvais état, assiettes, verres ébréchés et pas assez en quantité pour un groupe de 8 personnes. Il manque aussi des crochets pour suspendre les linges de bain dans les salles de bain, de nouveau pour un groupe de 8, c est insuffisant.

It felt like home

From start to finish, the communication from Wengen apartments was excellent and the app information a few days before travel was invaluable. The location of the chalet is superb with stunning views. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of living space for our family of 6 adults to enjoy. There is a huge range of cooking utensils and equipment which meant we were able to cook delicious meals - including a fondue - after busy days out in the mountains. Wengen itself is an excellent location for accessing the area and we would definitely stay here again. This was a special trip for a significant birthday and it was perfect.

Location within Wengen is great. Apartment has all utilities one family may need.

Booked this for 3 nights and 4 adults plus one child. Property is spacious with 2 full bathrooms. All amenities were great and balcony view was amazing. It next to the station so you can hear the train at night but that didnt bother us.

No instructions on how to start European style oven and cook top. Coming from outside Szerland this was a little time consuming to figure out.

Very nice accommodation, beautiful, clean, and equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. They pay attention to the smallest details, and the staff is wonderful when needed. Quick response and excellent treatment. I will visit again and highly recommend it.

We stayed here on a multigenerational trip. Avoiding uphill walk with bags was a main concern when booking. This unit is so close to the train station and no elevation. There are some stairs to the unit but it was manageable. The view from the balcony is stunning (can see trains, lauterbrunnen, cable car) and we could see glacier from the upstair bedroom Picking up keys was easy. Washing machine worked great. Kitchen was functional to cook. Beds were super comfortable , bedrooms were dark. Loved hearing the church bells Wengen is beautiful and a great home base

Unit can definitely use some love. The bathrooms are small and shared and it was painful to not have any shelves, hooks to hang things, looked like some of them were broken. Many plates were chipped. kitchen drawers had lot of clutter. No coffee pods were provided . We were able to buy locally. Throwing trash in 3 different places was tedious

Phenomenal location and views. Very spacious apartment. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need. I couldn’t imagine staying at a better place than this. Wow!

We were thoroughly impressed with the stunning valley and mountain views right from our window and the patio area. The comprehensive and impressive set of amenities/facilities provided catered to all our needs. The property was a 4 bedroom apartment located on the third floor of Chalet Primula with other apartments in the Chalet either vacant or very quiet. The convenience of Chalet Primula's location, just about ~5-7 minute walk from the train station, Coop grocery store, and the main street, was a significant plus and it made exploring and getting supplies very easy. The detailed instructions provided by the property management for check-in, property facilities, guidebook, and check-out also contributed to a smooth experience, making our stay in this beautiful and scenic town of Wengen truly memorable!

The apartment's ceiling height appeared lower than what we anticipated from the photographs on our first impression of the property. Maneuvering heavy luggage up the four flights of stairs (one down and three up to the third floor) proved to be a bit challenging. Additionally, during warmer days, the apartment, possibly due to the sunroof areas in the kitchen and living space, didn't cool down as quickly as we would have liked. However, these are minor points - overall, I will highly recommend anyone considering to choose this property for a memorable experience in Wengen.

The location was very convenient and easy to access. The beds were very comfortable and loved the privacy of the upstairs bedroom and its views. The view from the balcony was also excellent. The washer & dryer were very handy.

The sink in one bathroom is very small which made it challenging to use for some actions.

The view of the mountains and the valley are beautiful. The penthouse location is convenient, but quiet and peaceful. The listing and photos were very accurate. The penthouse is very well equipped.

The location of the apartment is the best. The apartment is nice and cozy. Has amazing views. Easily accessible and all amenities provided with.

Nothing to dislike.

It's a 3to5mins downhill walk from Wengen station when you turn left after exit. Very convenient location. Well equipped facilities and amenities. Would recommend.

Enough space, nice view of the mountain. Very clean and well-equipped

Cost wise, I find it still expensive. Good for big groups

Staff was amazing and was very attentive to issues that we had during checkin and during our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked, even with some spices and tea. View from the balcony was amazing.

The first few days of.our stay was during a heat wave and it got quite hot during the daytime.
