Blue Line Apartment Hotel - Be Line Group

La ubicación, teníamos la playa al lado y además pudimos disfrutar mucho ya que no estaba masificada. Lo limpio que estaba el alojamiento estaba impecable. Estaba bastante completo y sobre todo, las vistas.

El ruido constante de las sillas cuando las arrastraban, era demasiado molesto. El olor a moho de una de las habitaciones y también de la cesta de la ropa. Tienen que cambiarla. La escoba estaba muy sucia y vieja. También tienen ir cambiar el cuchillo y las tijeras y que estaban algo oxidadas. Tampoco hemos podido disfrutar de la piscina ya que estaba siempre llena de niños y era imposible disfrutar, aparte de que era muy pequeña. Menos mal, que teníamos la playa al lado.

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le confort, la décoration soignée et réalisée avec beaucoup de goût. Un grand bravo également pour la propreté irréprochable de l’appartement, qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Le seul point que j’ai moins apprécié lors de notre séjour est le manque de verdure et d’aménagements extérieurs autour de l’établissement. Avec deux enfants de 8 et 10 ans, il y avait malheureusement peu d’espaces ou d’activités pour qu’ils puissent jouer à l’extérieur. Une petite aire de jeux ou davantage d’aménagements pour les enfants aurait vraiment été un plus. J’ai également trouvé que la piscine était assez petite, notamment lorsque plusieurs personnes l’utilisent en même temps.

El apartamento está fenomenal. Todo nuevo y espacioso. Limpio y muy cómodo. El personal muy amable.

No me convenció la ubicación respecto a la playa de arena, tienes que andar aproximadamente 15 minutos y hace mucho calor. Sí está cerca de una cala de piedras. Y otra cosa a mejorar es la piscina. Para mí, agua muy caliente, mucha gente y poca sombra.

Las instalaciones son impecables, la ubicación muy buena y el personal muy amable.

Alojamiento acogedor, nuevo, muy limpio. Personal muy amable y atento a todo. Ubicación perfecta, alejado del bullicio pero cercano a todo. Tiene un barecito con tapas muy ricas y arroces buenos. Lo recomiendo y repetiría.

Ogromny apartament, czyściutki i jasny a wielkim tarasem dookoła na trzy strony. Cudowny widok na morze i skałki. Cisza i spokój. w apartamencie nowiutkie sprzęty (zmywarka, piekarnik, lodówka). My nie korzystaliśmy ale jeśli ktoś potrzebuje apartament wszystko zapewnia. Bardzo duże sypialnie i komfortowe łazienki. Nie korzystaliśmy ze śniadań, ale są dostępne. w pobliżu mała knajpka z pysznymi śniadaniami. !5 min piechotą, brzegiem morza i można dojść do plaży i restauracji, których jest tam mnóstwo. Szczególnie polecam restauracje prowadzoną przez polkę i jej męża francuza. (Nina Jo Playa) hotel oferuje podziemny parking ale dookoła hotelu jest dużo bezpłatnych miejsc do parkowania.

W niedalekiej odległości jest duże boisko i czasem było głośno. W dwa dni naszego pobytu większość hotelu była "opanowana" przez dużą grupę dzieci z rodzicami i trenerami. Było wtedy bardzo głośno na basenie. Dwa dni przez naszym wyjazdem hotel poinformował nas o tym, jak również o fakcie, że nie będziemy mogli korzystać ze śniadań. Otrzymaliśmy możliwość rezygnacji z hotelu. Było to niepoważne i nie przystoi tak traktować gości.

The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped.

Our stay was unfortunately very stressful and disappointing. From the moment we arrived, there were several issues that significantly affected our comfort. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, blowing extremely cold air continuously and refusing to turn off. Despite reporting the problem immediately, it took over 24 hours for someone to come and fix it, which made the room very uncomfortable. In addition, the safe in the room was not working, causing further inconvenience during our stay. We were also disappointed by the misleading description on Booking.com. The property was advertised as an "apartment with sea view," but in reality it only offered a partial sea view. This was not what we had booked or expected. Finally, we were particularly disappointed by the attitude of Jaime, who was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when we raised these concerns. Rather than trying to resolve the issues or show empathy, his behavior made an already frustrating experience even worse. Overall, the combination of unresolved maintenance problems, misleading advertising, and poor customer service made this a very unpleasant stay. We will not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on our experience..

- Amazing view enhanced by the panoramic windows - apartment well equipped - location is good - good combination of apartment and hotel, having all the apartment facilities and hotel facilities (bar by the pool, breakfast, etc)

- mold in the washing machine - reception said they would send somebody to clean it at 11 on our 2nd day. Nobody ever showed up by the end of our stay - no soap is provided at all and they are quite frugal with the other consumables (dishwasher tablets, shower gel, shampoo) - though to be fair we did get an extra kitchen set when we asked for another dishwasher tablet

Las calidades del apartamento son excepcionales, súper cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Mucho silencio para relajarte completamente con unas vistas maravillosas.

Algunas de las toallas estaban manchadas y el servicio de limpieza no pasó por la habitación en los 4 días que estuvimos a pesar de poner el cartel dos de los días.

El apartamento está nuevo, es muy cómodo, muy limpio. Está situado en una zona muy tranquila con vistas al mar. La terraza es enorme, había dos tumbonas Mesa, con cuatro sillas y en otra zona dos sillones con una mesita A unos cuatro minutos caminando está la playa. Y a unos cinco minutos hay un supermercado. La piscina es ideal para relajarse. Me gustó mucho el detalle de que nos dieran toallas para piscina y las amenidades de la cocina.

Beautiful modern appartment, very comfy bed, lovely friendly helpful staff. Location perfect, a short walk from town and Mercadona supermarket. Hotel has a calm, relaxing atmosphere which was perfect for our short stay.

No hot water when we arrived but once reported at reception was soon fixed. Buffet breakfast average quality, could have been improved with prepared fresh fruit displayed nicely. There some brown bananas and a few apples put there as an after thought it seemed. At the beach there were no beds to hire with shade so we had to buy an umbrella which we gave to a young family on our last day. Suggest hotel has a stock for guests to borrow/hire to avoid wasted purchases.

The property was first class, there was everything you needed for a comfortable stay! We rented more than one apartment as there were eleven of us staying for the week for a special birthday celebration! Grandparents, parents and grandchildren and we had such a wonderful time. It was a lovely walk to the beach and the old town of Vila Josiosa. It took about 15 mins. There were plenty of restaurants and the beach was amazing!

The bar at the hotel closed at 5.00pm and the food they served was not good but pricey! We did give feedback to the management team which they appreciated! They did say that the bar would be open until 9.00pm in the high season starting from June!

The apartment was lovely, very modern, light and extremely spacious with 2 beds/baths - I am sure we only booked and paid for a 1 so that was great! Also a very big balcony with lovely views in a quiet area. Only 15-20 mins walk into the old town and main beach and there is a beautiful coastal area to walk around 2 minutes away.

Very minor thing but they only supply 2 coffee pods (and no tea, milk, sugar etc) for the whole stay, saying it is an aparthotel not a hotel. Not important in the grand scheme of things, just seems a shame when it would cost them such a tiny amount relatively but can cause people quite a lot of inconvenience - I am sure anyone would be happy to pay an extra couple of euros a night to have their cuppa!

Es la segunda vez que voy y es que todo es perfecto. La ubicación, los apartamentos, la piscina…

Nada, todo es perfecto

Het ontbijt hebben we niet genuttigd. De appartementen waren heel geriefelijk, comfortabel en proper. Het zei geen zicht op zee, maar we konden toch genieten van een streepje zicht op zee. De bedden sliepen zeer goed en het appartement was heel rustig gelegen, waarschijnlijk ook omdat het met zicht op de bergen was. 's Avonds warmde het lekker op door de zon die dan aan de kant van de ruime keuken- en livingruimte binnen kwam. Een heel ruim terras en zachte handdoeken voor zowel de badkamers als aan het zwembad. De master slaapkamer zowel als de aanpalende badkamer waren ongelooflijk ruim. Er waren genoeg zeepjes, douchegel, shampoo en zelfs tandenborstels met tandpasta voor de kinderen aanwezig.

Er waren geen keukenhanddoeken om de eventuele afwas af te drogen.

Que no hubiera microondas, ya que íbamos con bebé y necesitábamos calentar la comida y el agua para los biberones. La piscina tenía el agua fría y el personal nos indicó que era climatizada y el agua estaba caliente, pues no pudimos hacer uso de la piscina con nuestro bebé. El apartamento estaba limpio, pero podría estar mejor, mi bebé iba gateando por el suelo e iba cogiendo pelos y pelusas.

Friendliest Staff ever : Especially Anna on reception. Location perfect to beach and quick access to the local promenade via coastal path / walkway / cycle way . First right out of hotel blue line, first right down - Amazing walk follow the path sea on you’re right. 👌☕️☕️

Bed mattress - so so HARD , very uncomfortable sleep. Need to invest in a soft comfortable mattress from ikea. Lounge sofa also very firm . Made our stay uncomfortable . If Blue line could improve this it would be perfect.

The aparthotel was fantastic. The apartment itself was modern, stylish, and very comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable. The view was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the whole experience. The pool was perfect for relaxation and a great bonus after a long day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
