Reviewed Jan 11, 2025깨끗하고 가성비가 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 특히 겨울도 좋지만 봄, 여를,가을에 숙박을 하면 바로 앞이 해수욕장이고 좋은 바다가 있어서 가족 또는 연인끼리의 여행숙박지로 강추합니다. 믿고 투숙하세요. 후회는 없으실겁니다. 조식 뷔페는 이번에 이용을 못 했지만, 호텔 인포 영상을 보니 훌륭할 것 같더군요. 다음엔 2박 일정으로 투숙을 하고 싶고, 그 땐 조식을 이용하고자 합니다.

Reviewed Oct 6, 20244성급 호텔에 비해 너무 가격이 비싸고, 해변 공사로 인해 시끄럽고 뷰도 좋지 않습니다. 타월이나 어메너티도 일반 모텔같은 퀄러티이고, 조식뷔페도 가격에 비해 먹을 게 별로 없고, 리필이 잘 되어 있지 않습니다. 아무래도 장소가 외지고, 호텔 게스트가 부족해서 그런지 호텔 관리상태가 좋지 못합니다. 고급호텔의 서비스는 기대하지 마시고, 모텔보다 나은 호텔 정도로 가시면 실망하시지 않을 것 같습니다. 높은 가격에 많은 기대를 해서 그런지 다음에는 다시 찾지는 않을 겁니다.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2024후기에서 공사 현장 소음이 많이 들렸다고 해서 고민했지만 전혀 문제 없었습니다 직원분들이 참 친절하고 룸이 카펫타입이 아니라 더 좋았습니다. 모든 방이 오션뷰고 바다까지 가까워 너무좋습니다. 다만 사우나나 수영장이 주변에 먹을데거 별로 아쉬웠습니다.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2024호텔 주변 해수욕장 공사 중이라하여 가능하면 공사 현장과 떨어진 곳으로 룸 배정을 요청을 유선으로 두번씩이나 요청 드렸으나 체크인 시 공사장 바로 앞 룸으로 배정을 받았습니다.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2024로비1층에 디퓨저향이 너무 강하고, 머리 아픈 향이라서, 첫인상이 좋지 않았습니다. 바다 바로 앞 자연에 있는 호텔이라는 점을 감안하더라도 곱등이같은 커다란 벌레가 투숙중에 2마리나 나왔습니다. 냉장고에서는 김치냄새가너무 심했구요... 가격대에 비해 호텔 내에 이용할 수 있는 시설이 너무 부족한 것 같습니다. 사우나, 수영장 등 보완되면 좋겠습니다.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2024샤워장 시설에서 수압이 너무 적어 사용하기가 불편하네요. 개선 부탁 드립니다. 또한 옆 공사현장이 3년동안 진행중이라서 빠른 시간 내에 끝내면 주변 경관이 너무 좋을 것 같네요.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2024송지호와 청정한 고성 앞바다를 바라보는 멋진 위치의 르네블루 호텔은 강원도에 많지 않은 4성급 호텔 중의 하나로서, 멋진 동해 바다 전망을 갖고 있어서 명성이 높습니다. 하지만, 가족들과 함께 그랜드 패밀리 스위트에서 3박을 한 제 경험에 비추어 볼 때, 르네블루는 <멋진 전망> 이외에는 별 장점이 없는 그저그런 호텔이라는 게 제 판단입니다. 첫째, 저는 가족과 함께 목요일 저녁 7시쯤 호텔 현관에 도착하였습니다만, 정문에는 아무도 없어서 가방도 스스로 내리고, 주차장도 찾아서 헤매었습니다. 호텔 직원에게서 마중 받지 못한 호텔은 제 인생에서 르네블루가 처음인 것 같습니다. 둘째, 저녁 7시인데도 호텔 1층의 멋진 홀과 체크인 카운터에는 직원이 아무도 없었고 넓디 넓은 1층 홀에는 저희 가족 외에는 아무도 없었습니다. 체크인 카운터에는 전화번호 안내만 있어서, 매우매우 황당했습니다. 몇분 후 직원이 오시긴 했지만, 미안하다는 말은 못 들었습니다. 세째, 멋진 바다가 호텔 앞에 있다는 것은 확실하지만, 안타깝게도 비치 관리가 안돼서, 해변이 제법 지저분합니다. 네째, 호텔에 하나 뿐인 식당의 음식은 저렴한 편이나 매우 평범합니다. 전체적으로 볼 때, 르네블루는 멋진 경관과 조용함은 갖고 있으나, 그 이외의 부분에서는 가격과 호텔 등급에 비해 부족한 부분이 많이 있고, 호텔의 전반적인 서비스 수준은 고객이 지불하는 금전에 많이 미치지 못한다는 게 제 개인적인 판단입니다.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2024여행유형: 초등학교 딸 둘과 네가족여행 장점: 번잡하지 않은 곳에서 힐링하고 싶을때 강추. 층고가 높아 방이 넓어보임. 오션뷰가 숙박비 다 함. 룸서비스/조식 괜츈. 단점: 샤워부스가 없어서 불편, 호텔 양옆이 모두 캠핑장이 있는게 좀... 의외로 층간소음이 있으니 12층을 추천.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2024호텔은 4~5성급은 아니지만 그래도 비교적 잘 관리되어있습니다. 다만 저희가족이 방문한 일자에 어떤회사 야유회를 했나본데 2층 강당에서 밤늦게까지 클럽음악소리 노래방 소리가 쿵쿵 들려 너무 힘들었어요.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2024워커힐 호텔 네임 밸류 답게... 호텔의 모든 것이 아주 훌륭합니다. 두번째 방문인데... 호텔룸에서 바라보는 송지호 해수욕장의 뷰는 정말 너무 아름다워요... 이번엔 강원도에 폭설이 내린후에 방문했어서.. 모래사장이 온통 하얀 눈으로 덮여있어서 특히 더 멋있었네요~~ 계속 쭈욱 방문하고 싶은 마음입니다... 룸서비스 및 호텔 식음료 가격도 적당해서 check in 후 호텔에서만 즐겨도 충분히 좋은 장소입니다!! 월풀욕조에서 목욕하면서 창밖 풍경을 바라보는것도 정말 좋아요!!

Reviewed Feb 10, 2024전체적으로 깨끗하고 안락합니다. 조식만 부페이고 나머지는 일반 단품인데, 아무래도 사람이 많은 곳이 아니니 이해가 가는 부분입니다. 모든 객실이 다 오션뷰 인것 같더라구요(아마도) 아무래도 고성에 혼자 덩그러니 있어서 인근 인프라는 좋은건 아니지만, 편안하게 쉬기에는 좋아보였습니다 :)

Reviewed Sep 25, 2023I stayed here for a week and ate at the 2nd fl. Restaurant everyday. There is this one young server lady that has horrible attitude. She really seemed like she didn’t want to work, and just wanted to go home ASAP. Last order was 2pm, she kicked us out when we when we try to order at 1:53pm. Shame on you!
