L’accueil du personnel, la propreté des lieux. La chambre était spacieuse.

L'emplacement près de l'embarcadère. Enfin une vraie 🚿douche fermée sans inonder la salle de bains. Au calme tout en étant dans la ville. La propreté de la ville et une circulation beaucoup moins dense et bruyante qu'à Ho Chi Minh. Les gens plus cools. Bonne literie.

Le breakfast très très léger. Obligé de réclamer un petit morceau de beurre. Plus mauvais breakfast depuis 2 mois. Le manque professionnalisme des jeunes à l'accueil. Une formation serait utile pour progresser.

Good Staff Good location

The towels provided were old and had holes on both days, and there were spider webs in the toilets. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. The main door being made of glass allowed the bright corridor lights to illuminate the room throughout the night. The rooms were not soundproof, as noise from neighboring rooms, including music and videos, was clearly audible. Additionally, the rooms had an unpleasant odor.

What an excellent hotel! The 4-person room was spacious and relatively quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was also good for the price.

The only minor downside was the scent, but I think that’s just a personal preference. I would definitely return if I have the chance.

No window in room and the breakfast was a bit poor especially as far as western standards go

Die Lage ist absolut top, das Zimmer hatte leider kein Fenster. Nachdem wir aber nur eine Nacht da waren und sowieso nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer waren, war das für uns kein Kritikpunkt. Die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem und das Bad sauber und groß. Das Frühstück vielleicht etwas klein und weniger Auswahl, aber es war auch nicht so viel los, was dann natürlich verständlich ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Abzug gibt es eben für das Frühstück und das fensterlose Zimmer

Le personnel était super agréable et très serviable, nous avions prévu d'aller à l'île de Con dào depuis Can to cependant la saison n'était pas adapté pour le départ depuis cette ville. Nous avons demandé de l'aide au personnel, qui s'est occupé de réserver l'intégralité des billets pour le voyage(taxis+ferry), ce qui nous a permis de finalement pouvoir aller à Con dào. Malgré notre Anglais approximatif, le personnel a fait l'effort de nous comprendre afin de nous aider au mieux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Location is good, staffs are nice and helpful.

No instructions for setting the security box password.

For me, the location was perfect It`s near the water, boat launching and especially close to the excellent night activities. But not too close. Room was very comfortable and breakfast offering provided a wide diversity of foods.

Les chambres propres et modernes Le personnel charmant. Le petit déjeuner est servi jusqu’à 9h , nous sommes rentrés d’une balade sur le Mékong à 9h 30 et on nous a proposé de prendre quand même le petit déjeuner. Merci encore.

Water van de douche liep niet weg. Daardoor heel de dag grote plas water in die douche. En op dag 2 was men vergeten de kamer te doen, moest zelf om handdoeken vragen.

My family enjoyed our stay here, location was great to walk around. Staff were great and friendly. Rooms we rented had alot of space for the kids. Would definitely rebook!

The room was very well equipped, very clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.

Einheimische und Gäste benutzen ihre Mortorräder , die Verkaufsstände des Marktes abzufahren....ohne auch nur ihr Transportgerät zu verlassen . Crazy und ignorant .

Phòng đẹp như ảnh. Nhân viên dọn phòng - Lễ Tân rất dễ thương và lịch sự. Ăn sáng ổn. Riêng khâu đỗ xe & Bảo quản xe khách thì rất đáng lo ngại.

Mâm Bánh xe + Thân xe bị trầy xước quá nhiều. Mong khách sạn hãy lưu ý Nhân viên đỗ xe cần đủ kỹ năng lái xe & bảo quản tài sản khách hợp lý. Tôi đã phải tốn 1 khoảng tiền không ít để chi trả tổn thất này và cũng rất khó giải bày với bên chi trả. Ảnh này chỉ để lưu ý Chủ sở hữu xe nên thận trọng.

It is not easy to write a review for this hotel. The location within the city is great, the staff is very polite. The standard double room was absolutely fine. No window. But other than that a great deal. However, I initially booked a single room to save some money. I would not recommend you to do so. I changed the room after one night and I am normally not picky. The room was tiny, without a window, a loud air condition, the tiniest bathroom and old furniture. Just sad, uncomfortable and also a bit dirty.
