El Hostel es impecable. Todo el lugar es muy lindo, las vistas son hermosas, el desayuno muy rico y es super limpio! Lo mejor de todo es la atención, las chicas del hostel son muy copadas, y te dan tips o recomendaciones de planes para hacer en el día. Tremendo alojamiento, estaré volviendo!

El hospedaje es muy cálido, comodo y seguro. Nos sentimos muy tranquilos, siempre fueron todos muy amables. Todo funcionaba OK! Las vistas hermosas y mágicas. La ubicación es buena, está en subida pero a unas cuadras a las izquierda encuentras una calle principal con lugares para comer y caminando unas cuadras más te conectas al centro. Recomendado

Si te gusta viajar y sentirte como en tu casa es el lugar, la atención de todas la chicas increíble, el desayuno fantástico, las habitaciones cómodas e impecables, con muy buena calefacción y acolchado de plumitas para el frío invierno, el baño en la misma habitación lo cual es muy funcional, y con ducha bien calentita, y los mates en la sala de estar con esa tremenda vista del lago!! Muyy recomendable!! Y pronto volvere!!!

Nada, todo perfectooo

Hostal oralmente diferente a lo publicado, cobran con 9 días anticipados . Al revisar la habitación se encontraba desaseada con muy mal olor , baños sin mayor limpieza. Al ingreso del hostal las personas consumiendo sustancia ilìcitas , al momento de reclamar no nos dieron ninguna repuesta ni menos devolución. No lo recomiendo para nada , es más estos hostales así de despreocupados no debieran estar en la aplicación

La ubicación, es complicado llegar sola con una valija ya que es todo cuesta y escaleras

Un sitio acogedor, ubicado en una loma, el personal presto a colaborar y con habitaciones con buena calefacción para apaciguar el frio de la ciudad. Desde ciertas habitaciones hay una linda vista al lago y a pocos minutos a pie de sitios relevantes del centro.

El servicio de desayuno es bueno, aunque se podría mejorar un poco más con más variedad.

La atención del personal fue excelente, las chicas muy atentas, siempre predispuestas a que la estadía fuese muy linda. El desayuno increible, la gente hospedada con muy buena onda!!

El calor en las habitaciones era muy elevado. Desayuno rico pero poco variado. Sugiero agregar huevo Jamón y queso al menos.

The view was nice but not sure it was worth it. The included breakfast was good.

The beds, especially the upper bunks, are a death trap. The ladder isn’t bolted down properly and often almost fell. No plugs. The cheap wood frame is a bit fragile and I was concerned it would break. The staff were a little cold and unfriendly. The facilities like the bathroom was a little crummy and dirty. The toilet was hard to flush properly.

Buen desayuno y ubicación

Fue mi primera vez en este hostel. Muy linda experiencia y el lugar es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. El staff es amable, atento y súper dispuesto para ayudarte en cualquier cosa que necesites. El área común tiene una vista hermosa y, si tienes un día soleado, podés estar en la terraza disfrutando. Pagué por un cuarto privado y me tocó justo con vista al lago. Hermosísimo, simple y con todo lo que necesitas.

El único percance fue que mi ventana estaba averiada y se abría cada 5 minutos. Tenía unos parches para intentar que no se abra, lo que significa que el staff ya sabía de ello. Como mi estadía era muy cortita, resolví caseramente, pero me parece importante arreglar a tiempo esos detalles, sobre todo en esta época donde ya comienza el frío y la nieve.

The fresh bread for breakfast was amazing! The staff were so friendly and the room was cosy and spacious. Oh and the towels were so soft and clean! I adored the view and would stay there again <3

The kitchen is small. If you expect to cook, it might be difficult.

Just on the edge of the centre, it’s easy to walk into the city, but also easy to get out by car towards the nearby sights and hiking routes. Very friendly staff and good breakfast

Die Mitarbeiter (alles Volunteers) sind nett und hilfsbereit. Man erreicht Bushaltestellen und das Zentrum unkompliziert und schnell zu Fuß

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Vierbettzimmer hat mehr Betten als bei Booking angegeben. Nachdem der Eigentümer mir nach der ersten Nacht bestätigte, dass mein Zimmer nicht dem gebuchten entspricht und ich entsprechend wechseln konnte, ging es nach 2 Nächten dort wieder in das erste. Mit dem Kommentar: Na ja, passiert manchmal. Die Heizung funktionierte auch nicht wirklich, weswegen es schon sehr kalt in dem Zimmer war.

The staff was flexible and welcoming. When the lights didn’t work quickly brought a lamp as a temporary solution. When the toilet got clogged, they contacted their plumber right away. Something fell out of the window, they helped me get it back. The room was spacious.

The toilet would get clogged a lot, and throwing paper wasn’t the issue. It was because the pipes are so small and the pressure is so low. Plumber came once and only fixed the issue temporarily, I felt like the plumber after when it got clogged again and again (paper was not thrown in toilet and at another nearby hostel I had no issue). A better solution is to update the toilet. Although breakfast was included, it was not adequate and especially since I couldn’t eat most things due to my vegan diet. The issue was that I wasn’t allowed to use the kitchen until 1030am. If breakfast was adequate then no problem but it wasn’t. Check ins after midnight (2-3am) was noisy and woke up most of the room. I understand this happens sometimes due to delayed flight or transportation. My advice would be suggest to the guest checking in at that time to do the unpacking and most of the noisy stuff outside the rooms to minimize disruption. I did this when I had to wake up early. It would be nice if it was enforced better the cleaning dishes, plates, etc and drying them as soon as they’re used. Multiple times the sinks were occupied with dirty or drying dishes/cookware. Friendly reminders could help. I also recommend to create a WhatsApps group where guests can join as soon as they check into the Hostel and includes all the guests already in the Hostel. This is a general way you or guest can send messages to everyone like cleaning dishes, making less noise etc. Also it’s an inclusive way for a guest to connect and communicate activities they are doing.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dir Heizung lässt sich nicht abschalten was bei warmen Tagen etwas warm werden kann…

Nice, welcoming place and very helpful staff. The room was quite small, and there was an issue with the heating — it got really hot at night, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Cleaning could be better. Overall, it’s a decent stay with some room for improvement. Thank you.

O banheiro tinha algumas avarias. A porta precisaba ser fechada com chave ou não fechava bem. Acho que faltava algum tipo de cômoda ou lugar para por as coisas.

Estuve en la habitacion con baño privado y nada que envidiarle a un hotel, camas comodas, los servicios funcionan excelente, y el desayuno esta muy bien. La vista al lago le da un plus. Gran lugar.
