Les points positifs sont nombreux : Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et servi directement en chambre en basse saison, avec la possibilité de sélectionner ses choix la veille. Les villas sur pilotis sont exceptionnelles, en particulier la villa exécutive, dont les équipements sont excellents. La magnifique piscine à débordement de 65 mètres, avec jacuzzis et jets d’eau, constitue un véritable atout. Les activités de Yoga, kayak sur place chaque jour. Enfin, le menu à la carte proposé au dîner est excellent.

Le personnel manque de flexibilité face aux situations particulières non prévues dans les procédures. Toute demande nécessite de solliciter la hiérarchie, dont la réponse reste ensuite strictement limitée aux règles établies, sans véritable recherche de solution adaptée au client. Nous avions réservé, par l’intermédiaire de Voyage Privé, une villa exécutive triple avec petits-déjeuners inclus. À notre arrivée, nous avons souhaité ajouter une seconde villa pour notre fille. Le tarif proposé directement par l’hôtel étant plus élevé que celui affiché sur Booking, nous avons demandé un geste commercial, une réduction tenant compte de notre première réservation ou toute autre forme de compensation. L’agent d’accueil nous a indiqué qu’il ne pouvait rien faire sans l’accord de son responsable. J’ai donc réservé cette seconde villa sur Booking, mais le tarif incluait obligatoirement un petit-déjeuner supplémentaire, alors que notre réservation initiale comprenait déjà trois petits-déjeuners. Malgré cette double facturation de prestations dont nous n’avions pas pleinement besoin, la seule réponse du manager et de la réception a été qu’aucun geste ni aucune compensation n’était possible. Nous regrettons cette absence totale de souplesse et de considération commerciale. Pour un établissement de ce niveau, nous attendions une approche davantage orientée vers la satisfaction du client et la recherche d’une solution équitable.

De magnifique chambre, extrêmement bien décoré et équipé. L’ensemble du resort est exceptionnelle. La piscine est si longue cela est un bonheur car chacun a. sa place. Tout le mieux en lui même est un vrai dépaysement. Clairement il a été notre COUP DE COEUR de tout notre voyage, l’un des plus beaux que j’ai fait dans me vie.

Allez s’il faut vraiment trouver un point négatif, les moustique peut être à cause de l’eau mais cela reste raisonnable pour un pays tropical.

Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff è insuperabile, dal momento del check-in e per ogni piccola necessità! Posto incredibile in mezzo alla natura e agli animali, servizio navetta per le spiagge puntuale e comodo. Nonostante la distanza dalla città, con GRAB ci siamo spostate comodamente ovunque !

Un perit coin de paradis, calme reposant vert et toute l'équipe est aux petits soins partout ou nous passons. Buffet du petit déjeuner délicieux, service impeccable. Quelques touristes manquent de respect à ce lieu magique en allant au restaurant en pyjama, il faudrait mettre un panneau pour leur indiquer tenue correcte exigée. Piscine fantastique entourée de forêt, baignade nocturne tres agréable.

The hotel is in the middle of the mangroves, very calm and relaxing. The pool is really good. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a really nice balcony for enjoying the evenings just chilling outside.

The place is very big and the distance walking from the room to the breakfast area could be too much. The hotel has buggys for helping with that, but sometimes the waiting time is too long.

La colazione è eccellente, varia e di qualità, ma ciò che la rende davvero indimenticabile è il modo in cui ci si arriva: dalla villa si attraversa la laguna con una caratteristica barchetta a remi messa a disposizione dal resort. Un dettaglio semplice ma capace di regalare un momento unico ogni mattina. Noi ci siamo trovati così bene che abbiamo deciso di prolungare il soggiorno. È uno di quei luoghi che ti fanno rallentare, respirare e goderti ogni istante. Quando arriva il momento di partire, l’unico desiderio è quello di restare ancora. Se cercate la vera essenza della Thailandia, lontano dal caos ma con tutti i servizi e i comfort di un resort di alto livello, questo è un posto che consiglio senza la minima esitazione. Big thanks to Favik and David. They made our stay smoothly. Loved every minute of our stay. Nevertheless, the check in procedure was horrible. We booked on their own website but the prices at the front desk were differently and expected us to pay the difference. Weird….

The rooms were clean and spotless. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Its the general nature of Thai people to treat their guests with warmth. The resort is surrounded by nature and most of their rooms are built on a lake. You can see mangroves from your room if you stay in rooms which are on 1st floor..The pool is massive. Naam Mi Chay restaurant is wonderful.. its open during the day time until 1730 hours. The price in the restaurant is quite reasonable like the restaurants in Ao Nang is about 15 minutes away by Grab ( works like Uber). Overall a wonderful resort

The pool is open from 7am to 9pm. The pool needs to have more lights after sunset. There is no staff after 1730 near the pool area. It can be scary. The pool is clean and well maintained. Its a massive pool never seen anywhere in any hotel. It has lights only on 1 side of the pool i.e. inside the pool. It should have lights on the other side as well for the comfort of swimmers or you only swim during day light hours. We went to the pool around 730 pm and did not feel comfortable to swim because of the darkness.

We waren hier 1.5 jaar geleden ook. Vergeleken met toen hebben de villa's extra onderhoud nodig, er was wat houtrot en lekkage. Temperatuur controle van de douche was erg onregelmatig

A little out of the way but we were happy to catch a grab for where we wanted to go and tours picked us up from the lobby.

The rooms and villas were very spacious, luxurious, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided every day. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the breakfast was also very good with plenty of options. A special thank you to the amazing staff—David, Maw, Fah, Yaya, Aom, Gucchi, Falik, Mas, and Mimi. You all made our stay truly unforgettable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this resort and will certainly be back in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location is far from the beach, but it is the most comfortable villa. It also has a huge swimming pool. The hotel breakfast is very rich and the service is super good

Le personnel était très gentil. Surtout Paré qui a été d'une gentillesse extrême. La chambre est confortable . Les navettes mise à disposition des clients, une réception efficace . La propreté de la chambre et son confort. Bonne literie. L'effort fait pour enlever l'humidité dans la chambre L'effort fait pour le petit déjeuner qui a été mis sous forme de buffet le dernier jour de notre séjour.

L'accueil qui devrait se faire assis plutot que debout après que nous ayions fait 3 heures de route et sur des fauteuils plutôt que sur des bateaux. Certes, ils contribuent à la mise en scène mais ils ne sont pas adaptés à des personnes âgées. L'humidité dans la chambre au départ qui était forte. Mais après je ne sais pas ce qu'ils ont fait, le problème a pu être résolu. Le relationnel avec la Direction peu encline à trouver une solution, à la limite désagréable, peu commerciale. L'arrivée dans la chambre décevante car c'est le seul hôtel qui n'a fait aucun effort pour nous, d'autant plus que j'avais précisé que nous venions pour l'anniversaire de ma mère (aucun accueil personnalisé comparé aux autres hôtels où nous avions eu un accueil avec des fruits, ou gâteau ou décoration sur le lit , des boissons douces offertes parfois nous avions tout eu en même temps ou un simple mot de bienvenue). Il y a un véritable fossé entre ce qui est vendu ( qui vous fait rêver) et la réalité . Le petit déjeuner n'était pas assez varié, les viennoiseries ne sont pas dignes d'un hôtel de cette catégorie, elles ne sont pas bonnes ni fraîches, il n'est pas assez varié , il n'y a pas de saumon par exemple. Attention, vous trouverez toujours de quoi manger mais cet hôtel mérite de revoir plusieurs de ses critères pour que ce qu'elle fait en termes de communication soit du même niveau lorsque nous clients arrivons chez eux. Sinon forcément vous êtes déçues car sur son Facebook et à notre arrivée : le fait qu'il n'y ait aucune attention en chambre vous laisse de marbre. Et je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié la gestion de la plate-forme à l'Ile Maurice de booking.com qui a été très inefficace comme souvent. C'est inacceptable.

It was an incredible experience. The facilities and overall setting are completely different from any conventional hotel — it’s a beautiful resort surrounded by nature, very authentic and truly unique. The infinity-style pool was enormous and absolutely stunning, and because it was under the sun, the water temperature was perfect for swimming. If you are someone who might be uncomfortable seeing a lizard or a monkey, this may not be the right place for you, as the resort is immersed in nature and that is part of its charm. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite overlooking the lake, and it was simply breathtaking. Some relatives of mine will be visiting soon, and I will definitely be recommending this place to them

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit dort. Angefangen vom herzlichen Personal an der Rezeption über die Freizeitangebote von Yoga über eine Erkundung des Areals, Kanufahrten, Kochkurse etc. bis hin zum tollen Pool. Wir haben hier zweimal zu Abend gegessen, zweimal morgens vor dem Frühstück Yoga und eine super interessante kleine „Wanderung“ mit Guy und Monkey morgens auf dem Hotelgelände gemacht. Dabei gab es nicht nur viele Tier zu beobachten und Pflanzen zu erkunden, wir haben auch die Gärtner besucht und zwei frische Kokosnüsse von Baum gepflückt bekommen. So frisch von der Palme sind sie komplett mit Kokoswasser gefüllt und schmecken großartig. Ganz anders als wir das bisher kannten. Auf dem Gelände des Hotels wird viel selbst angebaut und Wert auf ökofreundlichen Tourismus gelegt. Wirklich ein tolles Konzept, das aber sicherlich noch ausbaufähig ist. Super, dass man einen 100 Bath Gutschein bekommt, wenn man die Bettwäsche nicht täglich waschen lässt. Darf gerne auf Handtücher und Klimaanlagennnutzung ausgeweitet werden.

Wasserspender zur freien Verfügung am Pool wäre eine tolle Ergänzung. Es gibt so tolle Freizeitangebote und so ein tolles Konzept - warum wird das nicht aktiver vermarktet?

Un peu éloigné de tout, mais c’est aussi pour ça qu’on y vient. Le bar snack de la piscine est bon mais un peu cher.

It was perfect. The service was good, the staff was super friendly. the atmosphere was peaceful and beautiful. so much nature and greens. i had this place between two city trips to relax a little. Everybody was smiling and greeting and super helpful. Can only recommend this place wholeheartedly. The rooms were also beautiful in the wooden optics. Breakfast was amazing too.

We did the two hour kayak mangrove tour with Kao and Guy, it was an amazing experience. We were lucky to see all the wildlife that we did, but we saw snakes monkeys fishing birds and eagles. Kao and Guy were super friendly and amazing guides through the mangroves. I would recommend doing this 10 out of 10 times.

Eine sehr große Anlage. Sehr hilfsbereites und höfliches Personal. Das Frühstücks Buffett war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Sehr schöne Bungalows. Die Kinder waren vom großen Naturpool sehr begeistert. Keine Mücken trotz Wasseranlage.

Die Anlage ist etwas abgeschottet. Man kann sich nur mit Grab fortbewegen. Zuesrst dachte ich die angeboteten Shuttles vom Hotel würden nicht ausreichen, aber es stimmte nicht. Der Shuttle nach Railey Beach und Ao Nang sind nur einmal täglich. Dear Ao Nam Beach ist kein Beach zum Baden, sondern nur ein Pier.

Looks Good only on Photos, Ruined Completely by Staff & Restrictions The property itself isn’t the problem — the rooms are ok and the setting is average (nothing like the photos). But a hotel is defined by its people, and here, the staff completely ruin the experience. 1. From the moment you check in, it feels like you’re being squeezed for money at every step. Guests are subtly pushed into using their transport, and outside taxis are discouraged to the point where drivers hesitate to even come to the property. 2. Then come the baffling restrictions. You’re not allowed to consume your own alcohol — not even in something as basic as a plastic glass — under the pretext of “house rules or it's halal” This is a holiday destination, not someone’s private home, and such rigidity makes guests feel unwelcome. 3. Basic hospitality is missing. Asking for something as simple as plates turns into a chore — you’re told to walk to the kitchen yourself late at night. 4. The location itself comes with its own issues — being surrounded by mangrove-like areas means snakes and lizards are not uncommon. 5. What really stands out, though, is the attitude of almost all the staff members. The behaviour is rude, dismissive, and at times outright unpleasant. Instead of making guests feel relaxed, they make you feel like you’re constantly doing something wrong. 6. Overall, this is a place with potential completely undone by poor management and even worse service.

Shuttle bus was only one a day (there and back). There was something missing about this place. The pool area was nice but there was no views to look at

L’emplacement est vraiment au calme dans la jungle mais à 20 min à pied des 1er magasin. La piscine est très belle et le petit déjeuner sympa. En revanche problème avec la chambre et la manager.

On a demandé un lit bébé pour notre fils de 11 mois qui marche presque. On a eu un lit à barreau, cassé, sans matelas, dans lequel le plateau était tellement haut qu’il pouvait basculer et tomber hors du lit. La manager n’a rien trouvé de mieux à nous dire que c’était à la « thai style » avant de laisser son équipe passer 1h45 à démonter, réparer le lit et faire un matelas de fortune avec une couette et un drap coincé sous le lit alors qu’on devait coucher le petit. La Clim marchait mal, le thermostat était sûrement cassé donc il faisait soit trop chaud soit hyper froid dans la chambre. La grande fenêtre vitrée que vous voyez sur les photos, très belle au demeurant, n’est pas occultée la nuit et il y a l’éclairage du ponton juste derrière donc la chambre n’est jamais plongé dans le noir. C’est un établissement qui doit être sympa si vous venez en couple mais absolument pas pensé pour des familles avec des enfants en bas âge. L’établissement ne vend pas d’alcool. Je le signale car ce n’est mentionné nul par sur leur site, on peut en acheter ailleurs et le consommer sur place . C’est pas terrible d’aller acheter sa boisson au 7eleven à 20min à pied pour un établissement de ce standing. Il devrait au moins le préciser sur leur annonce…

If you want to be told that you are conducting haraam for drinking alcohol or accused of stealing hotel bamboo slippers, this is the resort to go to. My family and I had planned this vacation for a year and were very excited to stay at the resort. Our experience however was very disappointing and upsetting. The staff were rude and pretended to not understand English. When my key card slipped and fell under the bed ( which cannot be accessed easily) I was asked why I would drop the key card and spent 45 minutes requesting for a new set to access my room. On the final day, housekeeping Inc presently claimed that I had “stolen” slippers from the hotel room; I was asked to pay 300 baht for the same- when I refused and said the slippers were in the room the response I got was that the staff was never wrong. I politely asked to revisit the room to check for myself. On checking I found the slippers in the room. When I raised this with staff they didn’t apologise for accusing me but instead said “cheers, have a good day.” The overall experience was very upsetting and I wouldn’t recommend the property to anyone.

Unique tranquil environment

The room was very clean, well-equipped and beautifully designed. With a great view! Big advantage of the resort is the territory - very close to the nature, almost in the jungle, and super quiet and not crowded. This was exactly what we were looking for - some peace away from the hustle of Ao Nang. The stuff is super friendly and nice. We especially enjoyed the pool (great that it’s open until 9pm!) and dining in the restaurant in the resort - good Thai food for a fair price. I believe this place deserves the highest ratings. We stayed for a whole week and definitely would like to come back.

It would be amazing to have a small spa on the territory, so that we can get a massage. But other than that, everything was perfect!

We loved everything about this place!! The natural habitat, the people and our boys loved to spot all animals from monkeys to big lizards. We had two connected rooms with our two teens. The rooms were unreal with a little terrace over the water and the bath tub on it. Absolutely fantastic stay.

Absolutely beautiful, quiet with peaceful surroundings & the most incredible water bungalows. Free shuttle service to Aonang & long tail boat to Railay beach. Stunning variety of breakfast. Staff were so wonderful & kind especially the young lady at breakfast giving us lots of information & guidance. I think her name is Mimi ?? Highly recommend Venice Krabi.

Het zwembad en het complex was voortreffelijk

Soms ver lopen daar er maar een weg naar het zwembad is , er is wel de mogelijkheid een golfcar te bestellen dus dit maakt veel goed.

Le chalet sur pilotis était vraiment magnifique, la piscine est immense, petite salle de sport mais fait le job, avec la location d’un scooter c’était très bien

מיקום שקט ונעים, רואים שבעבר החדרים נבנו ביד אומן, הם מדהימים ומפנקים. ניקו את החדר כל יום בצורה נעימה ומושקעת

המקום מוזנח, בתאילנד, בלי טיפת גינון לא בחוץ ולא בתוך המים שסביב לבקתות. בלי צל, מדרכות רעועות, האגם היפה נראה כמו שלולית, כל עבודת העץ המהממת שיש שם, הגגות המקסימים, הכל יבש ומתפורר כי לא צבעו אותם שנים. כדי להגיע מהחדר לקבלה, או שיש חדרים שכדי להגיע לבריכה צריכים ללכת 10 דקות על חצץ . מה הבעיה לשים גשרונים יפים? מלון שנראה כך בתאילנד (אלופי הגינון והיעילות), זה בזיון לוקחים מחירים מוגזמים על השטויות שנותנים בחדר יצאנו עם 1900 באט על כמה בקבוקי מים, 2 חטיפי שוקולד ו 2 חטיפי קשיו).

Exceptionally polite staff,facilities were excellent, room is big, beautiful and practical and the balcony view is insane. Restaurant is good, breakfast is okay, pool is huge 55meters long and activities are limitless. Probably the best stay I had for a while!

Der schönste Pool, den ich je gesehen habe. Einfach grandios. Der Fitnessraum hat auch alles, was man benötigt. Einige Rezensionen besagen, dass das Personal nicht freundlich ist - kann ich überhaupt nicht bestätigen. Alle waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut, ebenso das Frühstück. Der Wasserbungalow ist einfach toll! Ich wollte aufjedenfall nicht weg!

Wenn man die Karte raus nimmt, erlischt auch das "don't disturb" Zeichen. Wir brauchten nicht jeden Tag Reinigung, aber sehen sie ja nicht, wenn man unterwegs ist.
