The Folks Hotel Konepaja

Ystävällinen henkillökunta, tervetuliaisdrinkit, ja aamupalavalikoima oli erittäin positiivinen yllätys.

Superiorhuone oli tilava mutta sitä tilaa ei oltu hyödynnetty esimerkiksi laittamalla huoneeseen sohvaa jossa olisi voinut löhöillä. Tilaa ei oltu hyödynnetty niin hyvin kuin olisi voinut.

Ett fint hotell i ett intressant område. Lätt att ta sig hit med spårvagnen. Frukosten var riktigt bra. Ett fint urval och goda produkter och varor. Hotellet bjöd på en drink som var riktigt läskande och god. Jag kommer gärna igen!

The location is nice and well connected, close to LIDL, Pasila shopping center, bars and restaurants. The idea of having reduced and warm light in the breakfast area is genious, it feels very comfortable on the eyes. The recepcionists were super friendly.

Despite the reception telling me that there was going to be housekeeping daily, nobody came and I had the same towel for 3 nights.

Sijainti ja palvelut erinomaiset. Aamiainen erittäin monipuolinen. Henkilökunta huomaavaista,

Geräumiges Zimmer, wunderschön gestylt, sauber und ein Traumbett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch ausgezeichnet.

The room was comfortable and there was a gym available 24/7. There were many meal options for breakfast.

The only eggs available for breakfast were scrambled or hard boiled. I wanted soft boiled or pan fried but that wasn't available. The choice of dishes for dinner in the evening was very limited.

La struttura stessa, all’interno di un vecchio complesso industriale, circondato da ristoranti e bar, la collocazione è comoda al tram.

Scarsa attenzione ai servizi in camera. La pulizia è a giorni alterni ma non viene dette al momento del check-in. Nel mio caso la pulizia è saltata e ho dovuto chiederla. Il bagno è molto piccolo e non sai dove appendere gli asciugamani usati. Per una superior serve di più.

An overnight stay with our children- booked two rooms at a good price and we were surprised by the room size and the amazing beds. Spacious room - minimalistic though but everything was there.

It’s a bit - cruise ship - type corridors and the amount of rooms - no luxury no expensive finishes or items - but did not bother at all as they advertise a minimal stay.

Hvis man sover med åbent vindue, støjer sporvognene gennem natten. Men det kan hotellet jo ikke gøre for.

Ce n’est pas notre premier séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé pour ceux qui connaissent déjà la ville et souhaitent s’éloigner un peu des zones touristiques. Les chambres sont élégantes et spacieuses, avec une literie très confortable, un bureau pour travailler et suffisamment de rangement. Les salles de bain sont fonctionnelles et bénéficient d’un éclairage bien pensé. La salle de sport est agréable et bien équipée, tout comme le sauna, un vrai plus pour ce séjour.

L’absence de bouilloire dans la chambre est regrettable pour ceux qui souhaitent se préparer un thé dans la journée. Le mini-bar, bien que joli, est assez petit et entièrement occupé par des produits à la vente, ce qui laisse peu de place pour y ranger ses propres affaires. Enfin, la chambre n’a pas été refaite durant le séjour ; un point à clarifier auprès du personnel, mais qui reste surprenant pour un établissement de ce standing.

Höyrysauna oli liian kuuma, siellä ei voinut olla.

The location is fantastic, with very nice hipster-ish food court and multiple options for a drink nearby. The room was extremely clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is awesome, as it includes many finnish specialties.

Difficult to say frankly speaking. Perhaps the table in the room could be a little bit larger? Also the shower place was not so large. But all in all our stay was a fantastic experience

Great location right next to the tram stop. A food market with a good variety of restaurants and bars right next door. Two supermarkets within a block or two and a cinema next to the market. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly.

The laundry is free though the washer/dryer takes a long time to dry so wash here and dry at the laundromat in the supermarket two blocks away. Breakfast is good but if you’re more concerned about coffee than food be aware that only filtered coffee is included and you’ll pay extra for espresso, etc.

Ümbruskond oli väga mõnus. Sauna kasutamine oli plussiks. Toad olid väga puhtad ja mõnusad. Lapsi ootas toas kommipakk.

Kiva perhehuone! Ihana miljöö tiilirakennusten ympäröimänä. Yhteskeittiöstä plussaa, ja saunasta, kävimme katsomassa, muttei tulleet tälle matkaa tarpeeseen.

Hedelmiä olisi saanut olla aamiaisella - se terveelline osa, joka lapsille aina maistuu.

Siisti ja oikein ihana henkilökunta

Parkkipaikka veloitettiin luotolta ilman ilmoitusta, vaikka tämä olisin halunnu maksaa ihan normaalisti.

The building was nice and the room was spacious. The location was really convenient, very close to public transport access and restaurants.

Right near the tram stop. Free self service laundry. Right next to market hall with a variety of food. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very stylish and the rooms are spacious. The whole Train Factory area is cool with nice restaurants. Breakfast was also good. I also liked the way how using TV was organised - easoly accessable with my own smart devices. I also likes that there was a parking option as I travelled with kids and car.

A bit difficult to get around with a baby pram inside the house. It was doable tho.

Väga meeldisid hommikusöögid, suur valik ja maitsev toit! Tuba meeldis eelmisel aastal, 2025. rohkem. Sel aastal saime toa 303. Sellel oli väga madal lagi ja tuba oli väga külm, kuna kondentsioneeri ei saanud välja lülitada. Toal oli üks väike aken ja tuba pime. Hotelli asukoht on hea, sinna saab otse keskusest tramm nr.7-ga väga mugavalt. Piirkond on õhtul vaikne ja rahulik, magada saab hästi. Ärasõidu päeval olid vastuvõtus tööl väga armsad noored naised, sõbralikud ja abivalmis.

Saime toa 303. See oli madala laega ja külm, kuna kondentsioneeri ei saanud välja lülitada. Ka aken oli väike ja tuba pime. Üldse ei soovita tube 301-306. Aastal 2025 olime paremas, kõrgema lae ja suurema aknaga toas.
