Best hotel in town. This was my 5th time here.

El personal fue muy atento en todo momento. Zonas comunes agradables. Muy buena ubicación.

En el baño se echaba en falta algunos básicos de higiene como toallas para manos/cara.

Lo mejor con diferencia es la atención de todo el personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo necesario. Las zonas comunes también están muy bien.

Pagamos un pequeño extra por tener baño privado en la habitación (no había fotos en booking) y cuando lo vimos nos arrepentimos porque estaba bastante mejor el de uso común, recomendaría poner fotos del baño privado para evitar eso. También es muy mejorable la limpieza de la cocina común, aunque es cierto que la usa poca gente, nosotros la usamos un par de veces y no estaba limpia.

Petit jardin privatif très sympa, belle piscine, toit terrasse avec vue océan et salon marocain au bord de la piscine! Et notre copine la tortue! Proche de la mer, des restaurants et épicerie à pied! Le personnel disponible!

La propreté laisse un peu à désirer, remonté d’égout, literie un peu trop dur et draps un peu rêche.

Ahmed et son équipe ont été très accueillants et disponibles tout au long du séjour. La piscine est très agréable et le petit déjeuner superbe !

L’emplacement est top on peut aller à pied à la plage, parking sur place donc parfait, Chambre sont bien large, sdb aussi et est super pratique (petit bémols sur le robinet dû lavabo qui avait un tout petit débit). Vu sur le mer magnifique depuis la chambre super aérer franchement rien à dire. Décoration du stah comme de la terrasse du rez de chaussée incroyable, franchement rien à dire

Absolute perfection for our group of 14. The location is ideal - tucked away in a peaceful town but just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. Ahmed is an outstanding host and took all the stress out of travel by organizing our airport transfers from Marrakech and Essaouira. Make sure to try the on-site breakfast too; it’s excellent quality and amazing value at 40 DH (€4). We are already missing this place and will definitely be back!

This property was perfect for our large family getaway. It is tucked away in a quiet town off the main road, making it safe and peaceful, yet close enough to walk to the beach and local restaurants. Everyone in our group was impressed. Ahmed was incredibly helpful with logistics, and the freshly prepared on-site breakfast was a highlight every morning. Can't wait to come back!

We stayed here as a family group of 14, and everyone aged 8 to 63 absolutely loved it! The location is perfect - situated in a quiet, small town away from the main road, yet just a short walk to the beach and local dining options. Our host, Ahmed, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He seamlessly arranged airport collection for us from both Essaouira and Marrakech. The on-site kitchen serves a delicious breakfast from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM for just 40 DH (€4), with great lunch and dinner options also available. We will definitely be back!

Dar Iziki is the best place you can stay if you go to Sidi Kaouki. The place is very beautiful, comfortable and the vibe is at other levels. My partner was already here and we came back this summer and we are sure we will come back some day. The owners are super friendly and helpful, and you can have deep and beautiful conversations with them, or just relax. Thank you Ahmed, Abderrahim and Ismail for making our stay unforgettable!

Nous sommes arrivé tard avec un amis car nous avons eu des problème sur la route. Mon ami était exténuer et a demandé si il pouvais rester pour la nuit (c’était un marocain), le monsieur qui gère l’hôtel lui a menti en disant qu’il n’y avais plus de lit. En arrivant dans la chambre j’ai vue que un lit était libre, je lui ai redemandé, et il m’a menti à nouveau en disant que quelqu’un allait arrivé. Le lendemain personne était dans le lit. C’est méchant, et pas nécessaire

The staff and the manager are professional, kind and helpful, everything was clean, the room, bathroom, the outdoor area and the pool which was the highlight of the stay, super chill place for that price

Appartement spacieux, confortable et propre. À deux pas de la plage. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Les petits déjeuners servis à l'hôtel sont très bons et copieux. La vue du toit terrasse de l'appartement est exceptionnelle. C'est avec plaisir que j'y séjournerai à nouveau.

Surprise quand à mon arrivée on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre de disponible pour nous et qu'on allait nous reloger dans un appartement tout neuf à 5min à pied du lieu d'hébergement. Finalement ce n'était pas plus mal car nous avions un appartement de 3 chambres (au lieu d'une chambre louée initialement) très au calme, ça ne nous a donc pas plus dérangé que ça (d'autant plus que nous restions une seule nuit) mais il serait bien de prévenir à l'avance plutôt que s'en rendre compte sur place et être pris au dépourvu. Nous aurions également apprécié un petit geste de la part du responsable comme nous offrir le petit déjeuner par exemple.

Beautiful place, very green, nice commo areas, communal kitchen, the owner is wonderful and makes you feel very welcome and cared for. Every corner is cozy and cute. I really enjoyed staying here!

Would be nice if all the guests would get breakfast and if the staff in general would be a bit more considerate towards the guests - there was often lots of shouting and loud music which got in the way of this place being truly peaceful.

This place is an absolute gem. The whole property is incredibly beautiful, with a stunning pool area and so many cozy, relaxed spaces where you can just hang out, unwind, and enjoy the atmosphere. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and super welcoming. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Everyone was unbelievably friendly, warm, and attentive from the very first moment. They didn’t treat us like regular hotel guests — it genuinely felt like staying with friends. The level of hospitality here is something really special and rare. The breakfast was amazing every single morning: fresh, delicious, and made with so much care. On top of that, you can also order additional meals during the day, all freshly cooked and incredibly tasty. Another huge plus is that they can organize basically everything for you — from surfing sessions to horseback riding and other activities — making the entire stay completely stress-free and memorable. Honestly one of those places you leave already wanting to come back to. Highly, highly recommended.

Un très bel établissent avec piscine, et lieu agréable. Les sanitaires commun étaient très propres, ainsi que le dortoir. Proche du centre, et de la plage. Personnel vraiment gentil et accueillant.

Ça mériterait peut être des rideaux pour les lits en dortoir mais sinon rien à dire

Les petits déjeuners et les diners sont copieux. Le service du personnel très apprécié. Personnel accueillant. Mention spéciale pour le Chef "Abou"

Certains matelas seraient à changer... Côté plage, et village, dommage que les déchets plastique dénaturent ce magnifique site.

Alle Personen, die dort gearbeitet haben, waren außerordentlich freundlich und entgegen kommend. Vor allem der Koch war großartig und hat uns, unter Berücksichtigung unserer persönlichen Wünsche, ein sehr leckeres Essen zubereitet.

We received a warm welcome from Ahmed and the entire team, making our stay truly excellent. The pool area provides the perfect setting for relaxation. We also greatly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which was ideal for preparing our own meals.

The bathroom in our room was quite small, which occasionally led to the floor getting wet after showering.

Comfortable hostel. It feels more like a budget boutique 2*hotel than a travelers hostel. Ahmed and staff are friendly and helpful.

During my 4 nights there was no soap in the toilet by the kitchen, the bottle was filled with water, no toilet towels, in the kitchen no paper towels so hygiene was questionable. No labels in the kitchen to add name and departure so I found rotten food in the fridge, reported to staff but they didn’t speak English. One guest looked like 65-70y old man was accepted in our dorm when we had 20y old guests, he snored loud and didn’t feel right, other guests felt the same, not the right vibe.

The staff and manager were very nice and helpful. The people there were also very nice. The dining room, garden, pool is super. Cannot ask for more :)

The bunker beds were a bit close to each other and quite small beds. There is only one lamp in the room but no small lights. And would be nice to have curtains on the beds to have some more privacy.
