DoubleTree by Hilton Adana

Central location.

Breakfast a bit uninspiring, e.g., no fresh orange juice (despite location of hotel in a major citrus region).

the lady attention at the reception main desk. really appreciate it

too short visit

It’s a good hotel , but over price , too many pubs Sarround it

Parking

The level of service at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Oda çok konforluydu ve temizdi. özellikle kahvaltısına bayıldım.

Everything was excellent

Comfort good, rooms good, location perfect

Nothing to complain about

Restaurant breakfast was outstanding.

The hotel was cold in the morning and poorly lit at times.

Very clean, modern and made beautifully. Staff is very attentive. Special thanks to Leyla who did a great job with housekeeping. The location of the property is the best location in Adana. Will always use this hotel in the future. Thanks to all the staff from reception to vale service. Felt very safe and at home.

Nothing. I loved it.

Gerek karşıla, gerek ilgi her şey mükemmeldi. Teşekkürler

Design of the hotel, great location

During my stay for the whole duration there was issue with warm water that was confirmed as fixed, however got worse

War alles super. Schneller Check in Sehr sauberes neuwertiges Hotel.

Very good location and good stuff

Guzel ve temiz otel

Konforlu bir oteldi

Once again, despite asking for a smoking room on booking I was not allocated one. This happens every time I stay and is frustrating.

It was just a standard hotel - nothing memorable.

It was just a standard hotel - nothing memorable.

Very well located, amazing gym, nice pool and very good restaurant options. I missed a plug near the work table of the room

My favorite thing was the staff. Truly exceptional. Attentive, thorough, polite, helpful, and extremely competent in every respect and in every role.

Uitstekend hotel.

Super clean, friendly people (except the restaurant staff).

Some staff at the restaurant were totally unfriendly, we did not feel welcomed and wanted to keep the mealtime as short as possible. The location is in the city center where there is lots of traffic jam.

Very friendly well equipped hotel in a very nice, safe part of Adana. Excellent gym, probably the best I have ever been to. Good restaurants. My only reservation is the lack of outdoor space.

Extremely spacious and beautiful room.

On my first stay my room was small and noisy. On my second stay I had a much nicer and quiet room.

When I ask for a quiet room I don´t want a connecting door.

I am very satisfied with the experience in your hotel. Ceyhun and Ela were great problem solvers. We had a small problem in our room they immediately changed the same day.

Good enough. Nothing wrong.

Expensive at Tirkiye. No hair dryer in the room. May be available if ask.

Equipment

It is not quiet all all.

Great and comfortable stay as usual The staff is very friendly and the hotel is quite central - not too far from some amazing food choices

Big room, very clean and comfortable

Good location, safe building, nice stuff

The location is great.

The AC did not work last night and this morning, and we could not sleep. The staff did not even bother inform us of the situation, or even offer an apology. This is bad business.

Extremely nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Really appreciated the welcome cookies :) Big, nice and well equipped room and bathroom. A special thanks to Lale, the nice and professional housekeeper of my floor who was kind and helpful! Super breakfast with plenty of high quality choices both salty and sweet.

Nothing

It’s a 5 star hotel, every conceivable need is catered for. It’s not cheap but very comfortable

breakfast was fine. I strongly recommend.

perfect location, great gym.

the breakfast

Excellent

Great location and very friendly staff - the room I booked was exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff was very attentive.

Temiz be güleryüzlü çalişanlar biz memnun kaldik

Immer wieder gerne!

Super Service, sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.

Sigara icenleri mutlu etmek adina yasak olmasina ragmen sigara icmeyen insanlarin rahatsiz olmasi önemsenmiyor. Hilton gibi hotellerden sigara konusundaki kurallara uyulmasini beklerdim

Geweldig Hotel!

Service was good. Breakfast was good. Shower could have been a little hotter. Great location.

Nieuwe hotel, heel schoon prima personeel. Goede locatie in het centrum.

Bir gecelik konaklamamızda bile kalitesini hissettik. Mükemmel, söylenecek pek bir şey yok.

Very central place. There are many shops and restaurants around. The staff is super-friendly. House keeper Fatma is very nice and hard-working.

Room's are very clean and comfortable I book for a 1 week first then I extended, love everything's about this property especially location 👍👍

Gayet rahat, temiz ve lüks otel.

Wonderful experience central of the adana, not need the spend money on taxi or other car service walk away restaurants and bars my feel I'm at Manhattan, thanks you guy's best 👋👋🙃

Puanına aldanarak tercih ettim açıkçası. Tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Gecenin 4 ünde dakikalar boyu çalan ve neredeyse aklınızı oynatmanıza sebebiyet verecek yangın alarmını pişkin pişkin teknik bir arıza diye niteleyen resepsiyon. Ertesi günün sabahında yine aynı teknik aksaklıkla karşılaşmamız! Otele ait The Tree Bar da Türk kahvesi siparişiniz çay bardağında gelirse şaşırmayın temiz fincan olmayınca yıkamak yerine çay bardağıyla servis ediyorlarmış! Cam kenarlarının ve masaların pisliğine söylenecek söz yok. Kaç yıldızlı hangi tarz otel olduğunuzun bir önemi yok. Misafir ettiğiniz insanlara verdiğiniz değer ortada.

Otel çok çok iyiydi. Konumu Adana’nın en iyi yerinde. Otel ekibi inanılmaz profesyonel ve misafirperverdi. Odalar çok temiz ve rahatlık ön plandaydı. Otel personeline çok teşekkür ederim.

Great location for exploring the city

Otelin tek sorunu temizlikti. Bu konuya biraz daha eğilebilirlerse otel 10 üzerinden 10... Teşekkür ederiz...
