Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, miły i życzliwy właściciel, ponieważ rano mieliśmy lot, pan Eugenio osobiście obsłużył nas na wczesnym śniadaniu. Bardzo dziękujemy ! Elektroniczne zamki z kodem ułatwiały nam wchodzenie i wychodzenie z obiektu.

Brakowało nam światła w łazience nad umywalkami,

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, pillows and linen. Loads of space and very well prepared kitchen, dining and living areas. A warm welcome from our host and 1pm check in. We loved every minute

The room is easy to access along the Camino. The host made an exceptional breakfast. I would have given it a 10 out of 10, except for a faint mildew smell..maybe from the AC filter. I would definitely stay here again. .

Lokacija je odlična, vlasnik izuzetno ljubazan, prostrana jedinica.

osnovni problem je bio što se osećala buđ. Nije postojala druga slobodna soba, ali je smrad bio toliki da nije moglo da se spava. Cena je, pri tom, prilično visoka, za tako nešto. Nije dovoljno čisto, mnogo paučine i potrebno je renoviranje.

Le petit déjeuner trop simple pas de choix à revoir

Velmi dobrá lokalita, kousek na bus do centra Porta a cca 200 m na pláž. Snídaně byly dostačující, nicméně ocenili bychom širší nabídku. Majitel byl velmi vstřícný, pohodový a uměl dobře anglicky.

Není co zásadně vytknout, akorát třeba sezení při snídani v zahradě by mohlo být pohodlnější - podložky na židlích+ubrusy na stolech.

Eugénio war der perfekte Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er ermöglichte uns einen früheren Check In und am Folgetag war es kein Problem unsere Taschen bis zum späten Nachmittag im Speiseraum zu deponieren. Das Familienzimmer #1 ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Todo estuvo perfecto: el alojamiento era muy cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado y cuidado al detalle. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera excelente. Sin duda, volvería.

Como única pega, la habitación tenía un ligero olor a humedad, probablemente por estar en una planta baja. Aun así, el alojamiento disponía de un deshumidificador y no supuso un problema durante la estancia.

La habitación era muy grande, la casa con techos altos y estructura antigua, en las habitaciones había todo lo necesario

El desayuno fue buffet pero muy justito, esperábamos algo más

Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z takim podejściem do gości. Zaraz po wejściu do apartamentu czuć było straszny zapach wilgoci i stęchlizny, po zgłoszeniu tego właścicielowi usłyszeliśmy, że taka tu jest wilgoć w powietrzu i trzeba wietrzyć, używać klimatyzacji i niestety nie ma innego wolnego pokoju. Dlaczego pokój nie został przewietrzony prędzej? Niestety przez 5 dni wietrzenia i używania klimatyzacji zapach pozostał w pokoju. Oznacza to, ze ściany są zawilgocone i pewnie z grzybem, a skoro inni turyści też to zgłaszali, należałoby tych pokoi na dole nie udostępniać, tylko wyremontować. Sam pokój bez żadnej szafy, ale czysty i sprzątany codziennie. W łazience ulokowana półka i stojak na ubrania. Śniadania bardzo skromne i monotonne, brakowalo warzyw. Nie polecam.

Très bien placé...à côté de tout..la plage a 2 minutes ce qu'il est très appréciable. Le tramway a 5 minutes. La propreté. Nous avons été gâtés car nous avons eu la chambre avec une grande salle de bain.

Le seul point négatif pour nous, c'était le petit déjeuner, très basic , je dirais même, pas à la hauteur de tout le reste.. tout était industriel , le café très mauvais, j'aurais préféré payer un peu plus cher mais avoir des produits de qualité, surtout dans un pays où tout est excellent !!! Le deuxième jour nous sommes partis sans le petit déjeuner.. nous avons préféré manger dans le café à côté !!!

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. I travel frequently, and this was by far one of the worst accommodations I have ever experienced, especially considering the price. The accommodation is presented as a junior suite, but it does not correspond to that description. The room is located in a basement level with a view of a closed concrete courtyard. The space felt damp, there were damaged areas on the floor, no proper cupboards were provided for storing clothes, and the overall cleanliness was not acceptable. We also discovered mold, which made us feel that the accommodation was not suitable for staying. We immediately reported the problem and left the same day without spending the night there. Despite this situation, the first night was still charged, which was very disappointing. For this price, we expected a much higher standard and an accommodation that matched the description. I strongly recommend looking at other options in the area, as there are much better accommodations available for a similar price.

Good choice of Continental breakfast served in the courtyard garden. Breakfast included in price of the room. Room had aircon which was great in 35° heat. The owner is super friendly and helpful, gave us great ideas for visiting Porto and booked taxi for us when we were leaving. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay while walking the Camino. Host was more than accommodating, we loved hearing about his family history and the Camino stamp was very special. Breakfast selection was great.

A localização era espectacular, super perto de restaurantes e da praia. A casa era pequenina mas muito acolhedora, não faltava nada. Contudo, tenho de deixar um destaque especial para o dono, imensamente querido, deixou-nos super à vontade, mesmo depois do check out deixou-nos usar os espaços comuns para nos vestirmos e para estarmos lá até irmos embora. Estamos muito gratas!

Good location for public transport, the beach and the airport.

We booked a junior suite which turned out to be in the basement. It was dark and gloomy, very basic, with small high windows so no view at all. You had to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom, and the separating doors were sliding and quite flimsy so limited privacy.

Good breakfast and very kind host. The apartment is simple but is close to the bus station, take a line 500 directly to the city center

Beautiful building, well maintained, easy access from Porto airport to Matosinhos do Sul. Breakfast was very good and the owner has a beautiful Camino stamp. Owner is very helpful and responsive.

My suggestion. I arrived a bit late and getting into the buildings front up the steps wasn’t easy as there was no light outside.

The location was great. The breakfast wasnt bad.

Our room was sooooo depressing, very depressing. We are walking the Camino. The ciffee in a.m. was the coffee from day before for sure. I wouldnt stay if you can help it.

Das Personal war nett. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem heissem Wasser und sie haben sich darum gekümmert. Der Besitzer hat sich die Zeit genommen uns ein wenig lokale Geschichte zu erzählen.

Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser bei unserer Ankunft und mussten lang warten bis wir duschen konnten.

Jag och min kompis var mycket nöjda med vårt boende på Casa Rietsch ett natt längs med Caminon. Rummet var stort med sköna sängar, kylskåp, vattenkokare och stort badrum. Frukosten var okej. Instruktionerna för incheckning var utmärkta.

Das Zimmer mit Stuckdecke war sehr schön.

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war nicht so gut. Im Zimmer war es besonders abends und nachts sehr kalt. Selbst mit Klimaanlage nur sehr schwer zu heizen.

Quarto muito espaçoso, confortável.

A localização foi bastante conveniente para nós que pretendíamos estar junto a Matosinhos. O pequeno almoço foi bom e servido, a nosso pedido, um pouco mais cedo do horário estabelecido. Aliás o ponto forte foi sempre a comunicação com o gestor da casa. De grande simpatia e prontidão no contato, sempre atento às nossas necessidades, que cumpriu na totalidade, como o referido antecipar do pequeno almoço, late check out e colocação de uma cama extra no quarto.

Nada tendo em conta o valor da estadia

Foi uma estadia "relâmpago" porque chegámos muito tarde (bem depois das 00:00, meia-noite) e saimos de manhã cedo, antes das 10:00. Por isso não deu para apreciar a zona envolvente e a própria habitação. Não obstante, raparámos que fica, a pé, muito perto da praia e também perto de comércio (supermercado LIDL), entre outros. A suite é simpática e tem uma saída que dá para o exterior de um dos pátios interiores do solar (zona de parqueamento exclusivo), o que proporciona uma maior independência e privacidade para entrar e sair do solar. O pequeno-almoço é bom e a simpatia e disponibilidade da senhora que nos atendeu, assim como a do proprietário, foi imaculada. Muito obrigado por nos terem muito bem recebido e pela vossa gentil amabilidade.

Apenas dois apontamento, que dependem do gosto de cada um: o colchão é demasiado mole para nós, que somos adeptos de colchões bem mais firmes (outras pessoas diriam o contrário!); o chuveiro de mão (tem outro fixo, suspenso) tem imensa pressão, o que seria excelente se fosse adequado para chuveiro de wc (!), não o sendo, a pressão enorme chega a causar dor em peles mais sensíveis.

Proche de la plage et des commerces, propreté, frigo, grande salle de bains, accueil et connseils, petit déjuener en terrasse, vraiment je recommande.

Tout était partfait, juste pas d'ascenseur pour les valises.

Unfortunately it seemed like the place really hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The shower walls were sticky and had visible build up, there were stains on the curtains and one of the pillows smelled like sweat.

Établissement moderne et bien situé, mais un peu trop froid à mon goût — il gagnerait à être plus accueillant.

Chambre située dans une maison d'hôtes, à proximité de l'aéroport de Porto. Quartier très calme, hébergement idéalement situé à quelques pas de la plage. Lit très confortable. Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire et mise à disposition immédiate de la chambre dès mon appel. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Le WC dont la porte vitrée ( verre brouillé) donne directement sur la chambre.
