Quelle vue ! et hôtel bien au calme. Il est loin du "centre" animé de l'île, 10 minutes en scooter ou 1h à pieds. Mais il y a de charmants restaurants proche de l'hotel. Bon petit déjeuner.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden jeden Tag geputzt. Für den Preis war es echt unschlagbar! Dazu kommt noch der wunderschöne Ausblick aufs Meer. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Das Personal hat mit meiner Tochter so liebevoll gespielt das ich mich in Ruhe entspannen konnte. La seule chose bien est la vue de l’hôtel

Le personnel était ailleurs, j’avais en amont de mon arrivé réserver un scooter pour une demi journée avec les prix etc. En arrivant le scooter réservé n’était plus disponible et qu’il ne reste que le plus cher, on me dit que le prix prévu pour la demi journée ne marche finalement pas et que je dois payer l’équivalent d’une journée obligatoirement. Je refuse donc, finalement je ne trouve pas d’autre lieu de location et revient à l’hôtel prendre le scooter que l’on m’avait substituer, on me dit alors que celui que je voulais au tout départ était là depuis le début, content je m’y dirige et puis on me dit que finalement il est cassé et que je n’en aurais pas. Il ne semblait clairement pas concerné par leur hôte pendant tous le séjour. De plus, impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaude, tiède maximum.

La vue est incroyable, l’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel à l’écoute et toujours disponible pour toute demande. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Nous le recommandons ! Encore un grand merci pour l’attention portée à la décoration de la chambre pour notre voyage de noces!

Personnel ne comprend pas ou peu ce qu’on lui demande. Vous donne des informations erronées sur les horaires des partenaires de visites qui sont affiliés. Le ménage est plus que moyen. Le petit déjeuner est très médiocre

La piscina está bien y tiene buenas vistas aunque el estado de conservación de la piscina deja un poco que desear.

El baño está en muy malas condiciones de mantenimiento, sucio y faltan toallas de mano y jabón.

The view is absolutely stunning. The staff are really friendly. The bed is comfortable. The pool area is really comfortable and clean too! It's a little bit tucked away from everything but it isn't too far to walk to a restaurant and also a bar that has live music and on the other side also some cool places to have a coffee and eat. The staff were fantastic at sorting taxis if we wanted to go out for the evening too! It's a bit of a distance from the beach but if you don't mind a walk it's really great.

Things in the room, mainly the bathroom were just a little bit worn and the lights in the rooms were all very dark.

L’emplacement est très sympa, les chambres sont confortables et la piscine est propre.

Le personnel est tout simplement absent à des moments, à notre arrivé pas d’eau chaude dans notre chambre, nous avons dû changer de chambre, chaque matin il manquer un peu plus de choses à la carte du déjeuner qui étais déjà extrêmement courte, et le scooter qu’on nous louer avais les pneus à moitié dégonfler.

Lo único que merece la pena de este alojamiento es las vistas desde la piscina. Por lo demás, si estás leyendo este comentario y estás a tiempo, yo no reservaría.

Para empezar la limpieza deja bastante que desear en general, pero para colmo había excrementos de animales encima de nuestra cama. Entendemos que está en medio de la naturaleza, y hay animales alrededor, pero en otros alojamientos ocurre lo mismo y jamás nos habíamos encontrado con algo así. Además, empezó a llover fuerte y entró agua por el tejado cayendo justo a nuestra maleta, la cuál mojó la ropa. Tras estos incidentes, solicitamos que nos cambiasen de habitación (al comentarlo al personal no les sorprendió, por lo que dedujimos que es algo que pasa de normal), pero no mejoró la situación, encontrando de nuevo más excrementos y para rematar había una prenda de ropa interior de los anteriores huéspedes 😳. También aparecían en la mesilla restos de serrín que caían del tejado, como si de termitas se tratase... Y por no hablar de las telarañas que había por ejemplo detrás del televisor. En fin, como resumen, a penas pudimos descansar y no buscamos otro alojamiento porque solamente íbamos a pasar dos noches, pero si hubiesen sido más días, nos hubiésemos marchado de ahí sin pensarlo.

The staff were fantastic. Alex was so attentive to our needs. He went over and above his duties. He went down to the town and picked up food for us. He and his friend gave us transport to attractions, after he had finished work. Cannot recommend this place more.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este establecimiento.las cabañas son hermosas, la pileta y las vistas al.mar son increíbles. Lo que si noté que en este último tiempo que el mantenimiento no es bueno. Deberían cambiar sombrillas, colchonetas de pileta , pintar un poco y el jardín tenerlo mas prolijo! Estuve en el 2023 y ahora nuevamente! No lo dejen caer !! Es muy lindo el lugar

La chambre pour 3 était finalement fermée pour une contrainte technique, nous avons du dormir séparément dans 2 chambres

L'hôtel est dans une zone tranquille : réveillés par le bruit des oiseaux. La piscine et l'espace vert sont magnifiques et tranquils. Les employés sont extrêmement aidant, souriant et accueillant. L'espace repas - petit dej est face à la mer : c'est vraiment agréable. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de commerces autour mais les 2-3 bars/restaurants vraiment bons pour les cocktails et la nourriture. Il est très facile d'aller à pied à dream beach, devils tears et le yellow brigde. Sur demande, 2 masseuses sont venues en moins de 10 minutes.

La chambre était un peu rustique à notre goût mais parfaite pour les touristes qui cherchent l'authenticité. Mon amie s'est blessée. Ça a été un peu compliqué de trouver désinfectant etc. L'équipe a aidé comme elle a pu mais il est important que l'hôtel prévoit le necessire d'un kit de 1er secours. Malheureusement, il y avait des travaux sur la route d'accès. Nous pouvions difficilement accéder où repartir avec les valises mais les employés nous ont aidé en portant les valises.

Loved our stay here amazing views awesome breakfast the staff were exceptional and helped us with everything we asked including booking transport to and from activities and recommended some awesome things on the island a special mention to Made merta Alex and Kadek for their kind and warm service making myself and my wife comfortable our entire stay they were absolute legends rooms cleaned daily beds changed also. we were sad to leave such an amazing accomodation would recommend anyone coming to nusa lembongan to try this place out five stars ten out of ten best we've had in Bali

Le personnel était exceptionnel, notamment Nioman avec qui nous avons beaucoup rigolé. Très serviable et gentil. Il nous a même recommandé des restaurants dans le secteur. L'emplacement était très pratique et pas très loin du Yellow Bridge (et donc du port). Massages possible dans votre chambre ou au bord de la piscine. La vue de la piscine et de la salle de restaurant vue sur la mer est oufissime.

Une petite partie de la route est bien cabossé, mais l'accès est quand même praticable.

The view was beautiful, and the rooms were well cared for. Only the bathrooms are very bare bones, and not the most comfortable. Other than that we had a lovely time, and were happy with the staff as well.

Some of the facilities are not super well maintained. But at the same time, we understand the value for money.

Heel fijn gelegen accommodatie met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. De kamers waren dik in orde en het zwembad met zicht op de zee maakte het af. Het is hier en daar wat "verouderd" maar prijs kwaliteit kan je niet beter zitten. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt. Scooter huren bij de accommodatie is geen probleem en zo kan je meteen het eiland verkennen.

Everything here was just how it looked in the pics, fabulous little hidden gem, rooms, pool area, service all fantastic, if ever in Nusa Lembongan again this will be my accommodation for sure

Only one thing I would mention amd it is a tiny little thing is that breakfast in the morning, the omelette that the staff served maybe just needed a min or 2 more cooking.

The location is high and therefore a lovely view of the water. A nice pool to relax in. A very peaceful, tranquil location. The staff and owner were very prompt in organising our snorkelling and transport.

Breakfast was ok with the usual Indonesian fare. I am gluten-free so limited in choice. Getting around the island is expensive when relying on the taxi trucks available; it was equivalent to $20 each way to get anywhere. We tried walking to a restaurant not far away for dinner, but it was so dark walking home that we got lost. There is very little signage, especially when dark and no lighting on a very poor goat track. If you can drive a scooter, you can get around. Although if not an experienced driver, I would not recommend it.

J’ai tout aimé ! Tout d’abord un lieu magnifique avec une superbe vue . Quelques cottages mais pas trop, offrant un côté plutôt calme et intimiste. Très propre ! Le personnel est juste adorable , toujours le sourire et un mot gentil . Ils nous ont organisé une sortie Snorkeling magique ! Ils offrent le service de nettoyage de linge pour vraiment pas cher , et ils se sont aussi occupé d’organiser notre retour en bateau sur Bali . Si ça avait été possible nous serions bien restés quelques jours de plus ! Lembongan est très reposante comme île et moins touristique 👌🏻

The staff was great, the swimming pool with the view is beautiful and the overall experience was very good.

We got Room 1 that's the first one besides the reception and breakfast area. For this reason the room was super noisy from around 7am onwards. If you like to sleep in a little bit in the morning, then that's not possible as the noises outside feels like they are happening inside the room. Another thing it was a bit annoying considering we stayed for 5 days was the wi-fi speed. It is incredibly slow to the point that it is impossible to watch something in Netflix for example. If you need a good internet connection, this would definitely be an issue.

The place is Clean and tidy. The service is okay. The place is fine as per the amount they are charging.

The approach road is very bad, the wifi is very weak. There is no hot water in the washroom. The outside garden is not maintained as shown in the pictures. There is no hammock or garden beds now.

Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My friend and I stayed here for just over a week and found Alex and Made to be exceptionally helpful throughout the stay.

The view was amazing.

We stayed for 4 nights and not once were the sheets or towels changed. The Wifi did not work so could not access any tv as they have no local channels.

Transport could be an issue if you don’t find a driver. It is quite out of the way from nearby beaches and restaurants. Very basic kitchen facilities and limited linen like pool towels.

Very relaxing. Tricks you from the outside but inside awaits paradise. It was quiet with few people in the pool. You can rent a scooter for $9 a day which we loved - the road leading to the accommodation is tricky but the rest is good as not many people around. The breakfast was yummy and the staff were absolutely amazing

The pictures of the ocean view aren’t really the same. There’s a good ocean view but in one corner of the accom. There’s also animals that can get into the room, mostly geckos. We didn’t mind and no harm. The shower was a little cold sometimes and a little dirty in some places. Nothing that would be a deal breaker to stay here, it’s beautiful

This is my second time staying at this lovely cottage, and once again, I am truly impressed. The atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The view from the cottage is absolutely beautiful and soothing to the eyes. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything I needed during my stay. I genuinely enjoyed my time here, and I am already looking forward to returning in the future. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone seeking a comfortable and serene getaway.

The view was amazing! Close ride over to Ceningan. The staff went above and beyond, they arranged all our transport to and from the island and had scooters available to rent. Our rooms were cleaned perfectly everyday and breakfast was great!

Absolutely loved everything. The food in the restaurant is delicious and extremely affordable. They can also organise tours for you, so you don’t even need to leave the property. It’s extremely peaceful, perfect for a relaxing gate-away . Please note this is located up the hill, and you need a scooter to get here. I don’t drive scooters but I didn’t have any issues finding someone to take me to the town etc. they can arrange it for you too. The staff were super friendly too, and excellent service.

I loved everything! The WiFi is a bit slow so not the best place to work remotely from, which made my stay even better because I could switch off.

This was a great stay, just 8 cottages with a pool directly opposite our room. Room size great along with the bathroom too. Clean and staff more than helpful

The bathrooms had an open ceiling which allowed geckos in. Our children were too scared to use the bathrooms alone. Lol the mosquitoes were abundant!
