Das Abendessen war vorzüglich und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und gut. Kurz gesagt, für uns hat alles gepasst. Danke.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Gasthof Martha is an excellent place to stay. You can get a drink, an icecream or a meal during the whole day at anytime, you can order a lunchpaket when you go for a trip in the mountains, you can rent a bike or e-bike and the ski lift is a ten minues walk away as is the center of the village of Nauders.
Two things for what the Gasthof Martha can't do much. Due to the cows and goats around there are also quite a number of flies in summer. They have distributed plenty of fly swatters in the rooms and also in the restaurant. The other point is the noise of the road to Reschenpass heavily used in summer time all day long. Camping cars, motorbikes, tourist busses and normal tourist cars are a permanent noise source. You get a bit used to it but it's not disappearing though. Once the windos closed you don't hear the noise anymore and you can kill all the remaining flies, then your are fine.

Das Frühstücksbuffet am ersten Morgen war bereits eine Stunde vor dem Ende des Frühstücks leer und wurde leider auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Hotel molto accogliente immerso nella vallata e vicino al confine italiano con Resia. Abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo solo una notte ma è stato tutto perfetto! Personale molto cordiale, camera stupenda e molto spaziosa con un balconcino dotato anche di amaca per rilassarsi. Pulizia impeccabile. Buonissima la colazione anche con opzioni dolci fatte in casa. Consigliato!!

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Pokoj trošku retro, ale čistý, takže v pořádku. Ale jsou zde různé typy pokojů, takže asi záleží jaký na vás vyjde. Ale co je naprosto skvělé je personál, díky majitelům, kteří jsou tak přátelští a nápomocní se zde budete cítit skvěle. Jídlo vynikající a úžasný výhled jak z balkonu pokoje, tak z jídelny. Klidně se rádi vrátíme.

The rooms of the hotel appear to have been recently renovated and to a very high standard - modern but in keeping with the original Austrian charm. Our room had a balcony with a view up toward the cable car, which was nice. The restaurant was also very good and the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. It is only a short walk, 10 mins max, to the centre of the town albeit as we visited during the off-season a lot of places were closed. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. Well worth a stopover.

Vi tog en extra dag här. Nära till liften. Tog oss upp på 2000 hm. Mycket goda middagar på gasthofet. Bra förråd för våra cyklat. Hit återkommer vi!

Reviewed Sep 25, 2024Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausserordentlich. Wir haben auf unserer Fahrradreise kein besseres entdeckt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Badzimmer grosszügig und angenehm. Der Saunabereich sehr sauber und zweckmässig.
Wenn ich meine Enkelin dabei gehabt hätte, hätte ihr ein Schwimmbad gefehlt.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2024Beautiful location just outside Nauders. Staff friendly and helpful. Bedroom had a four poster bed with pretty lights. Feature of log wall was interesting. V clean. Great shower. Breakfast had a good range of items although machine coffee was average. You had to boil your own eggs which was interesting. We were able to park our motorcycles in the open shed which was good. Stunning views. We ate dinner here also and it was tasty.

Die vielen Fliegen im Restaurant, das war beim Essen etwas nervig.

Comfort della camera buona, camera silenziosa, bel panorama dal balcone. Ottima posizione sia per le passeggiate e le escursioni. Ottima vicinanza con supermercato. Ottima disponibilità del personale a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti e a parlare simpaticamente italiano all'occorrenza oltre al menu in italiano predisposto quando presenti italiani. Molto comoda (ed economicamente vantaggiosa) per visitare anche il Lago di Resia.
Assenza di bollitore in stanza per preparare bevande calde. Acqua calda della doccia a volte scarseggiante.
