Diese Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön und der Besitzer ist sehr gastfreundlich. Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut.

Der Strand war leider nicht geeignet zum Baden, aber von dort aus kann man la playa de las Águilas besuchen.

Il lodge è meraviglioso. È una vera e propria oasi ad Enriquillo. L'host è molto gentile, professionale, disponibile ed accogliente. Offre anche un servizio cena che è forse l'unica soluzione di livello nei dintorni.

Il paese/villaggio di Enriquillo non è il massimo ma rappresenta una buona soluzione per raggiungere playa de las aquilas. Non c'è aria condizionata, ma il vento forte fa la sua parte

Fue una experiencia maravillosa de principio a fin, quedamos encantados con el hotel en todos los sentidos, las instalaciones, el confort, la limpieza, la tranquilidad del lugar, la vista al mar desde las habitaciones, pero en especial la atención brindad por el Sr. Wolfgang tan detallada y personalizada hizo que nuestra estadía fuera muy especial. Nos llevamos recuerdos hermosos y una experiencia que sin duda repetiría. Recomiendo este hotel con los ojos cerrados y espero volver muy pronto. GRACIAS

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes! Obwohl wir sehr spät abends angekommen sind, wurden wir vom Gastgeber herzlich mit einem köstlichen Abendessen empfangen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick über die Bucht! Der Garten und Poolbereich ist wunderschön gepflegt und lädt wunderbar zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück lässt ebenso keine Wünsche offen!! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Wolfgang sehr genossen und man merkt wirklich, dass er auf seine Gäste eingeht, spannende Geschichten über Land und Leute erzählt und möchte, dass man einen gelungenen Urlaub hat.

El desayuno y la cena que pedimos han sido maravillosos! Sobre todo en el desayuno, no faltaba de nada y mucha variedad. El dueño ha estado muy atento en todo momento. El jardín y las instalaciones están puestas con mucho cuidado y mimos. La habitación era muy amplia y al haber viento hemos estado genial!!!

La carretera para acceder al alojamiento tiene muchos baches.

Man merkt das Wolfgang sein kleines Paradies mit viel Herzblut betreibt. Es ist ein wunderschönes, mit liebevollen Details eingerichtetes Anwesen. Das Service ist exzellent und das Frühstück sowie Abendessen hervorragend. Kann man einfach nur sehr weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Wolfgang. C’est un hôte particulièrement attentionné, qui prend le temps de donner de précieux conseils sur la région. La cuisine est un vrai point fort : les repas sont délicieux et le petit-déjeuner est à la fois copieux et de grande qualité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié son sens du service et son attention aux détails tout au long du séjour. L’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique, avec une localisation idéale pour découvrir les environs. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

What a gorgeous ocean view! Greeted with a refreshing beverage was a special touch at check-in! Beautiful grounds, clean rooms, gracious host & staff! Breakfast bountiful!: the fruit platter, cheese & meat plates, eggs & juice. Dinner both nights were delicious.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail, ruhige, sehr private Lage. Wir waren 3 Tage vor Ort und haben das Zimmer "Queen- Deluxe" gebucht. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereitl. Der Gastgeber Wolfgang hat uns bei jedem Anliegen geholfen und uns einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt bereitet. Die Aussicht und vom Sonnenaufgang "geweckt" zu werden, war unvergesslich. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren sehr lecker, reichhaltig und liebevoll angerichtet. Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Ausflug zum " Bahia de las Aguilas"(bei kurzem Aufenthalt vorab buchen, Wolfgang hilft bei der Organisation). Los Patos und San Rafael sind auch mit dem Bus vor Ort erreichbar.

The host, Wolfgang, is super nice and friendly, and helped with getting a sim-card for our phone, charge it and get it ready 😀 He also shared important advice on our further trip..

Desde el momento que hicimos la reserva, Wolfgang (el dueño) estuvo en comunicación con nosotros. Al llegar en la noche nos esperó con comida y una copa de jugo delicioso. El desayuno exquisito, presentado con muchos detalles, con opciones de jugos y abundante. Agradezco la dedicación y la preocupación para que pasáramos un fin de semanas maravilloso.

The setting and design of the property - plenty of space, lovely gardens around the pool, the whole environment was aesthetically pleasing. Very courteous and helpful host - Wolfgang gave us some good tips on what to do, and also helped us organise a great trip on Lago Oviedo. Spacious accommodation.

Minor inconvenience with intermittent Wi-Fi, which did not detract from our enjoyment of the place, and Wolfgang offered us other means to access the internet.

Cada detalle hace que la experiencia sea maravillosa. Todo está muy cuidado, tanto en el exterior como en el interior con materiales de gran calidad. El desayuno es delicioso y preparado con mucho mimo. Sin duda recomendable 100%!

Puedo decir que no se trata de una villa cualquiera. Desde que entras por la puerta, te das cuenta que todo está hecho con detalle, cariño, y eso dice mucho, porque todo está cuidado en óptimas condiciones para que te sientas especial: la atención, la limpieza, la ayuda y cualquier sugerencia que te pueda servir para las excursiones, el trato familiar y cercano. Sólo dos palabras pueden describir mis impresiones: Perfecto y gracias

Beautiful small hotel/guesthouse; amazing ocean views; excellent breakfast and dinner. Surprisingly great facilities -- pool, gardens, sitting areas. Large, well-appointed rooms. Hard to imagine anything in an hour's drive or more would be at a similar standard. Solicitous, accommodating staff who helped us book a local excursion and gave us helpful recommendations for other activities. A good base for visiting Bahia de las Aguilas (85 minute drive to the boat point) and even better for Cabo Rojo, Oviedo Lagoon, Arroyo Salado, Los Patos beach where the river flows into the ocean, etc.

No AC; in the higher rooms it was fine but the lower room (studio) was too warm in the summer even with fans. This is one of the poorest regions of the country, the area felt safe but had fairly minimal development (for some travelers this would be a plus.)

Wsserdruck in der Dusche war zum Teil nicht ausreichend.

Das gesamte Hotel ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Eigentümer betreut die Gäste persönlich und kümmert sich um alle Angelegenheiten mit großem Einsatz.. Außergewöhnliches Frühstück, außergewöhnlicher Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert was an heißen Nächten schwierig sein kann.

The owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. You are greeted with a welcome drink on your arrival and you immediately feel welcome in an oasis of peace. The breakfast and also the dinner was amazing and delicious. The hotel and the room is very clean. The view to the see is perfect. The garden and the pool as well. We had such a great stay in this Hotel and for sure we will come back.

This stay surpassed any and all expectations we had of the place. I was hesitant to book at first but I’m so happy we did. This was the PERFECT couple getaway we could ask for. Very private, quiet and BEAUTIFUL! the views to the hotel were incredible and having the beach view was amazing. This is a HIDDEN gem but the instructions the owner provided would get you there np. Be sure to contact your phone company prior to your trip to ensure proper telephone service. The owner was very welcoming, helpful and attentive (but not in an annoying way). The staff (waiter - Leo and girl cook) are worth mentioning as their service was impeccable. Always Very polite, professional and food was incredible. The menu offered had plenty options. Such a beautiful stay! PS. Note this is an ecolodge and you might want to bring mosquito repellent.

The property was clean and beautiful: with its precious wood finishes, it reminded us of Swiss forest lodges, which is quite original as well as functional in a Caribbean seaside context. Every detail of the ceramic decoration seemed likewise to have been thought out. We slept with the sound and breeze of the sea coming in through the window, which was a wonderful and deeply relaxing experience. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner and a generous continental breakfast. Wo was a most attentive host.

A small hidden gem in a part of the Dominican Republic that still is not discovered by the larger public . The property itself is very comfortable and cosy . Wolfgang and his team go the extra mile to make you feel at home and enjoy your stay with them . the details in the decoration and beautiful garden are amazing and the breakfast and dinner options are first class . I recommend this accommodation to everybody who appreciates the finer things in life :) . the nearby beaches of los Patos and Paraiso are very beautiful

The service is personalized and high quality. The property is astonishing. The restaurant menu was impressive and the food delicious. It is very private cozy and romantic, ideal for couples. I stayed there with my husband and we loved it. We would love to come back again.

Excellent place to stay! The entire property and room was so beautiful, clean and well taken care of. The host and employees were very kind and attentive. When we arrived, they brought us a free drink right away and later brought us water and nuts to enjoy by the pool. They made me and my wife a delicious and beautifully custom dinner and breakfast. They even served us breakfast early to accommodate our schedule. It was a luxurious visit. We were so happy to stay here and it was one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. Highly, highly recommend!!

Unbelievably perfect place to relax and really enjoy your vacation time. It was really a pleasure to stay in such a perfectly handled hotel. It is really a luxury villa. Absolutely clean and comfort in any way. The room is grand and beautifully designed. The view from the room is enjoyable, the balcony is spacious. Bathroom is such a well designed. All the balconies and poolarea are making you to feel like in the best spa. Host, mister Wolfgang is perfectly courteous, polite, punctual, precise and speaks fluent English. All the people working there are nice and polite. Food was obviously delicious and they offer real fine-dining for both breakfast and dinner. Totally worth it all! We are really grateful we had the possibility to stay there.

Great place in a beautiful garden. It's a boutique hotel with 4 rooms only, with an amazing sea view and all necessary facilities. The owner and staff are very helpful at all times.
