Habitación pequeña, sucia, con cucarachas y olor a tubería. Sistema de check-in y check out autonomo muy complicado de utilizar, si no llega a ser por la chica de recepción aún seguiría intentando entrar.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026I like the accommodations of the hotel. It's so comfortable even during that day so hot but the aircond so function. The customer experience by the staff also incredible🔥
My room at first level and the internet coverage are not much satisfied. I had to replace myself to get a coverage in the room. Recommendations to install a repeater or any instruments for tenant to use their own Internet in their room.

La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, olía toda la habitación a pis, papel higiénico a medias, polvo por todos los lados, el aire acondicionado goteaba encima de la cabeza de donde dormías, habitación con mucho ruido justo al lado del ascensor y todo lleno de moho y humedad.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026First of all,the hotel was near to Meru Raya Terminal Bus,only less than 5 minutes for walking from the hotel. Plus,the entire facilities in hotel were so clean and tidy,very comfortable with the living experience,everything is just perfect. For those who is a solo traveller like me,this hotel are just suitable for y'all,just booking with this hotel with no any hesitation. I'm already booked mine for CNY next year,so see y'all again in the next year,and hopes the hotel staffs are stay safe always. See y'all!

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Self check in machine. First time encounter this. Can refill drinking water via water filter machine. Air-conditioning very cool and on top of that got ceiling fan. Got family room (3 persons in 1 room) too.
Took clean towels from receptionist during check in, carried in a blue bag. When checkout, the same bag is used to return the used towels to the receptionist. The bag may hv been used by previous customers which could be contaminated with bacteria. The system is okay with me but how to ensure the bag that is used to carry the towels is cleaned?
