The room was actually small and there was no mention about the size of room. The so called homestay but actually they converted a house to hotel rooms. The atmosphere was not home feeling at all and the sound proofing was poor. The main door and the door of the bathroom got problem. The bed was not comfy.

The first room I got. The air conditioning was leaking but thankfully I got a room change. Walls were pretty thin and I can hear others through the toilet vent.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Not value for money. It is not a villa, these are tiny rooms like hotel. Very smelly and bed covers and bed sheets are very dirty. We booked for two nights and stayed only one night due smell and poor maintenance. This is not a villa, this is just hotel. The same amount , you will get better accommodation in the.same locality. It is trap by saying this is villa.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025I had a pleasant stay in Kuantan. What I really liked was that the place offered great value for money. The room had a good TV with a fully functional remote, a water cooler, and convenient parking, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The only downside was that the reception staff were often on break, so there wasn’t much human interaction during check-in or queries. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did feel a bit unusual at times. Overall, it was still a good experience, and the value definitely stood out.
