Location was perfect just a short walk from Fira center but quiet and away from the crowds, great spot with private terrace for a sunset. Wish we had more time to stay but already had plans to catch a ferry to another island. The staff was amazing and very accommodating arranging transport from the airport and to the port

Rien. A noter juste que pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, les rues de Fira ne font que monter et descendre :)

Our stay at Athina was very special. From the moment we arrived at Santorini airport to the moment we left. The staff were so welcoming and were incredibly helpful - helping us with luggage, advising us on restaurants, assisting with bookings and even having them on WhatsApp to do so was super helpful. The accommodation with our private terrace has to be one of the best places I have stayed - the view was priceless. Having breakfast delivered to our terrace every morning was wonderful.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Location for walking around was nice and views were amazing!

They mixed up our room and passed it off as the new owners did not know we wanted a certain room! By the time we checked in it was too late as all rooms were taken, the front desk tried to pass it off as a mix up and nothing they could do about it. There is no way I would have booked a tiny little cave room for my 25th anniversary!!!! Very upsetting! A Cave suite and a Senior Signature Cave suite are def 2 different things and thats what I had booked.

Unica pecca: abbiamo chiesto di mangiare qualcosa e servizio top, ma il cabaret e i piatti non sono stati ritirati fino al giorno dopo, lasciati fuori dalla camera dove avevamo balcone e area relax. non è il massimo per il livello della struttura

Sehr gut, es war alles perfekt. Sehr freundliches Personal (egal ob Gepäckträger, Rezeption oder die, die das Frühstück aufs Zimmer bringen). Frühstück kann am Vortag ausgesucht werden und wird zum gewählten Zeitpunkt direkt auf die Terrasse gebracht. Whirlpools werden täglich überprüft und sind perfekt von der Temperatur. Zimmer ist sauber und wie eine kleine kuschelige Höhle :). Rezeption organisiert, wenn gewünscht Transporte auf Aufpreis ist jedoch jeden Cent wert. Die Männer die den Koffer transportieren, transportieren ihn vom Transport bis ins Hotel und umgekehrt. Wir waren super zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Ist sehr empfehlenswert!!!

The sunsets are absolutely beautiful. The staff who delivered food were hardworking and friendly, although they occasionally forgot items. The breakfast was also very good. However, while the service was excellent on the first day, it gradually became worse as our stay went on. 好處是這裡傍晚的時候可以看到很美的日落，送餐的服務員也很勤快，但他們偶爾會忘記拿東西，早餐也很好吃，但是服務第一天的時候很好，如果你們和我們一樣準備入住，那要有準備之後他們的服務會越來越差。

For anyone considering staying here, I’d like to share my experience. Overall, for €300 per night, you can definitely find a much better hotel. Here are the reasons: Before check-in, the hotel does not proactively inform guests that the address listed on Booking.com is incorrect. You have to contact them yourself to figure out where to go. The room shown in the photos is different from the actual room. The real accommodation feels more like a B&B, where several rooms are squeezed into a small shared space. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are much smaller than they appear in the photos. They are only about the size of a small plunge pool and are not spacious at all. During our four-night stay, we had multiple nights where we could not sleep because of noise outside the room. The rooms are extremely close together. We could hear our neighbors talking on the phone, and staff were constantly walking in and out nearby. There is very little privacy. Staff have keys and can enter your room at any time. One afternoon, they entered while we were taking a nap and startled us awake. Housekeeping threw away some of our personal belongings without our permission. When we reported it to the front desk, they simply said they would be more careful in the future. If you decide to stay here, I strongly recommend keeping valuables with you at all times. The balcony outside the rooms is shared. One table is in front and another is behind, so not every guest gets the unobstructed view shown in the photos. You essentially have to take turns enjoying the view. There are also tourists and local teenagers passing through the area. Some of them even harassed guests staying here, and the staff did nothing to address the situation. There were spider webs in the corners of the room, and at night we had to wake up to kill mosquitoes. The mosquitoes were a constant nuisance during our stay (June 2nd, summer season). The room felt very damp and had a musty smell.

Amazing views of the Caldera from hotel facilities, such as the pool and bar as well as from our suite. All staff were so welcoming and helpful and provided us with a welcome drink and snack served on our balcony suite. The staff organised our transfers from the port and to the airport as well as any excursions we asked about. Porters were always friendly and available to assist with baggage after transfer drop off and pick up. A lovely touch was having a delicious breakfast served each day on our balcony suite. Could not fault this accommodation.

Athina Aperto suites is the perfect place to relax in Santorini for a few days. The location is great - next to ample restaurants and shops. Like other travellers have mentioned, the view from the suite was amazing and seeing the sunset each night from the comfort of our room was unmatched. The breakfast was a highlight for us because there were vast options and delicious every morning. Not only that, the staff were lovely and always there to help. I really couldn't recommend this place more!

Der Indoor Jacuzzi hat die ganze Zeit Geräusche gemacht, es war ein chlorgeschmack vorhanden. Den Jacuzzi im Zimmer kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen. Ausserdem gab es keine Trennwand oder Tür zwischen Waschbecken und Dusche. Der ganze Boden wurde nass. Und der Boden ist sehr schlüpfrig.

Amazing views. The staff was as pleasant as can be great location. The main thing was just feeling Welcome immediately when you got there, they came and picked up our bags gave us good advice on where to go and were always available when we needed help. Even when I was asking for wine or a club around 2 AM.

It would’ve been nice if the hot tub was a bit hotter and a little bit more space within the suite. No big deal, though I still soaked in the tub.

We enjoyed the cave honeymoon suite which had lots of space a spectacular view and it was beautifully appointed.

Lots of small uneven stairs but we were aware of this when booking and it was worth it for the location and view. Also it was challenging to find reception whilst lugging our luggage with us. Better signage is required as Aperto Suites have recently merged with the Athina Luxury Suites. We were not made aware that they both shares the same reception/check in area.

Die Lage einzigartig, ein absoluter Traum. Die Mitarbeitende sehr zu vorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit der Kulisse der Caldera, kaum zu überbieten.

Nichts - es war alles perfekt, was man von einem Hotel in dieser Kategorie erwarten kann.

The views, the cleanliness and staff were really friendly. The breakfast was beautiful and well presented, sent straight to our room

I like the location. It was a 5-6 minute walk to the shops & restaurants. The hospitality was great, and how relaxing the accommodation made me feel.

For the room I booked everything was phenomenal, my concern was just how the showers were built. Because the shower was more open, it made taking a shower real messy. Every time I’d shower, the water would literally go everywhere in the bathroom area. I know it’s out of the staffs’ ability, because that’s how the layout was designed. Again, it’s just my personal opinion. Otherwise, it’s a really beautiful place:)

Amazing locations. Lovely staff and helpful. Very clean. Loved the pool in the room. Good value for money. Complimentary breakfast was amazing

The chlorine in the pool can ruin your hair even if you don’t swim, so be aware. Very small and compacts room. Light switches were confusing. Very steep wall down and up to get to location, not good for elderly people or people in wheel chairs.

Séjour exceptionnel sans autre qualification !! La communication avec l'hôtel (prise en charge depuis l'aéroport, demande exceptionnelle,...) a été fluide dès le début de la réservation. Le voyage était effectué en couple et donc j'avais quelques demandes exceptionnelles. Tout a été mis en place comme demandé et ma compagne a bien apprécié la surprise. Le chauffeur nous a déposé juste en haut de l'hôtel et nous avons été pris en charge par un personnel (désolé je ne me souviens plus du nom et c'est dommage car il a été très gentil avec nous) qui s'est chargé de récupérer nos 2 bagages un peu lourds, pour descendre les marches jusqu'à l'hôtel. Même si ce n'est pas obligatoire, il est convenable de lui faire un petit geste après cet effort. La chambre était décorée comme demandé dès la réservation. Elle était fabuleuse et apaisante. Très bon lit, douche exceptionnelle avec une très bonne pression, machine a café, bouilloire. Le jacuzzi intérieur était bien même si ma compagne aurait aimé que l'eau soit un peu plus chaude. Mais c'était convenable. Le petit déjeuner était parfait et très varié. Dès l'arrivée à l'hôtel, vous choisissez les aliments que vous voulez dans votre petit déjeuner. Il est servi à la terrasse de la chambre. Nous partagions la terrasse avec une autre chambre. Sur les 3 nuits passées, nous nous sommes croisées qu'une seule fois. Nous avions une vue incroyable depuis la terrasse, que ce soit le matin pendant la prise du petit déjeuner ou le soir pour prendre un verre ou juste regarder le coucher du soleil. Les amateurs de photo en peignoir seront contents. La situation de l'hôtel est fantastique mais il fait qu'il faut monter un peu des marches quand on peut se balader. Ce n'est pas insurmontable mais c'est bien de la savoir dès le début. Beaucoup de restos sont à proximité et vous aurez beaucoup de choix.

Just wish there was a pool because it was so hot there! But we turn off our hot tub which made for a nice little luke warm pool.

Location was absolutely perfect , great sunset views . Couldn’t have been in a better spot . We stayed in the honeymoon suite for 6 days which has lots of space and big terrace . When we arrived Adi helped us with our cases and when we left to go home . He also brought breakfast to our terrace every morning which was amazing and assisted with anything we needed . He is an absolute work horse , great guy and an asset to aperto suites .

View was good. Breakfast was functional and was served in the room / balcony. Adi at the reception was helpful though he was unwell but wanted to do his best.

When we booked the room; we thought that balcony will be adjacent to the room; but it was actually one floor above. So you have to take stairs from outside the room to go in your balcony. We asked for another room; but they didn’t have it available. Also since these are caldera views room; one would require a porter to reach to the room if there is heavy luggage. So when arriving in the hotel, we didn’t know and it became a take to reach. However, at the time of departure, Adi organised a porter and paid for it too. Wi fi was not functioning up to the mark. Room was very small even for two people.

Best location to stay! 🤩 Really amazing. Amazing open and warm water jacuzzi, sea view. You can enjoy eye-catching sunset from your room. 🌅 Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner just next to the beautiful sea view. 🍽️ Wholesome best place to stay! ✨

Wow, Aperto Suites is phenomenal and stunning! I’m speechless trying to describe its beauty. My sister and I splurged and booked the honeymoon suite for three nights, and it exceeded all our dreams. The gorgeous caldera views and breathtaking sunsets from our private balcony and spa were simply unreal. The spacious room was gorgeous, and the cave interior was beautiful. Every morning, a delicious buffet breakfast was delivered on our doorstep. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly. They even carried our large suitcases up the stairs to our suite and to our transfer on departure. I’ll definitely be back to this paradise! 😍

Location & view from our suite, overlooking the caldera, large cruise ships on the water, many small islands to view all just picture perfect, we had a hot tub that we just loved, Central to shops, restaurants & buses so we could travel to Oia, Young bloke who managed the place was very helpful with luggage & tips about Santorini. Our suite was very comfortable

Because of our plans we arrived late & left early so missed out on time here, we were surrounded by other hotels & noticed there breakfast trays compared to ours, might need a bit of upgrade.

The location is very central and it is quiet, even though there are several busy restaurants nearby. Amazing view from the terrace. Loved the hot tub only wish we had the time to use it more. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Merveilleuse expérience ! La photo de l'annonce est juste ce que nous avons vécu . Un rêve . La chambre super confortable. Très bonne douche . L'église apporte un petit côté authentique que nous avons adoré !

Abbiamo fatto una bella vacanza in questo posto, la vista è molto bella, tramonto perfetto, lo staff molto accogliente, l'appartamento molto carino e bello, colazione deliziosa, veramente tutto perfetto.

The location is great with a beautiful view - very easy to access plenty of bars and restaurants and it was quiet during the evening. The bed was comfortable and the room had what we needed. The staff were helpful - they came and met us to help with our bags and also organised a transfer for us to the port the following morning.

Given the price, it felt that not a lot of care went into the breakfast: an omelette with no additional ingredients, fruit that was past its best and yoghurt but with nothing to go with it like honey or jam. This could easily be improved to make the experience a lot better.

It was an excellent hotel. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Everything from the beginning was excellent. Assistance with transport, carrying of our luggage, cleanliness of room and the Positioning of closeness to restaurants, shopping and supermarket is perfect. You do get a leg workout climbing the stairs but all well worth it.

Nothing really room was a little small. Nowhere to open suitcases except the bed.

Loved the location, the space and the host

The location is perfect with an incredible view! The room was very clean and well organized, and the hosts really took care of us and were always available for anything we needed.

We loved everything! Just keep in mind that the room is relatively small (it was more than enough for us) and there are a few stairs to get to it (which was totally fine for us as well).

We stayed in the superior suite and it was even more beautiful than we thought! The room itself was lovely, opening the door onto stunning views of the caldera. Our balcony with loungers/jacuzzi was up a few steps where our breakfast was served every morning. There are a few steps to climb up and down to get onto the Main Street from the hotel but all worth it for the view! A special mention to Adi who met us from our transfer that he organised for us, carried our heavy luggage up and down the stairs and gave a few recommendations for our stay. Hopefully one day we will be back! We loved it.

Amazing view and terrace, room was well designed and luxury appearance. Jacuzzi was amazing .

. A shame the church next to it is dilapidated and as such teens climb up and smoke etc and leave trash. We were fortunate they didn’t intrude our evenings but could foresee that it could happen. Breakfast was a nice idea but for the price point the quality could have been slightly higher (fresh juice etc) , however was still satisfied with what we did have.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location on where we stayed had a amazing view for sunset which is a must for those couples who want a place with a view.

Struttura nuova, con poche camere e in posizione fantastica. Le nostra camera disponeva di una vasca idromassaggio esterna e di un terrazzino privato vista caldera. Proprio sul terrazzo viene servita ogni mattina la colazione (da ordinare il giorno precedente). La camera è abbastanza piccola ma letto e zona bagno (doccia, wc e lavabo) sono ampi e molto comodi. Sono presenti un frigorifero, l'asciugacapelli, bollitore e macchina del caffè, piatti e bicchieri. Ottima la comunicazione via whatsapp con il referente. La posizione è super: vista caldera, vicinanza a bar e ristoranti, taxi e stazione degli autobus, ma comunque in zona tranquilla e con meno afflusso di turisti; la privacy sui terrazzini era altissima.

La camera non ha grandi dimensioni; si riesce a trovare posto per i bagagli ma un po' meno per gli abiti già utilizzati. Per forza di cose lo spazio riservato all'armadio è stato sacrificato. PS: se soggiornate qui, mettete in conto di fare molti gradini, e se noleggiate un mezzo dovrete lasciarlo in uno dei parcheggi (max 10 minuti a piedi) a ridosso del centro di Fira.

It was very private and we were made very comfortable

The cave looks like an actually cave with very stylish interior and sleek decor. While the room itself doesn’t have any view, there is an adjacent balcony with a fantastic panorama. Very comfortable mattress. Very nice staff. Great value for money.

The WiFi isn’t very reliable, I didn’t particularly like the breakfast, but those are minor things I would overlook for the fabulous views and beautiful design.
