Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The hotel is in a good position to explore the old town. As a solo traveller I went for single room which was not big and had a view into the middle of the hotel which looked like everyone had used as an ashtray from their windows. Not the best hotel but cheap and cheerful. I checked out after after two days of my weeks reservation as I wasn’t the type of place you would want to stay for any longer than a couple of nights passing through.
No refreshment facilities in the room. Shower leaked all over the floor when in use so floor was more like a swimming pool. Sun terrace was very nice but needed some tlc - very unkept! Breakfast in the basement - which they could quite easily move to the sun terrace and give guests a nicer view.

Le prix de l'hôtel est légèrement élevé. En étant à l'extérieur de la ville, on s'attend à trouver des prix plus abordables. Sûrement une des conséquences de l'attractivité nouvelle de la ville de Prato, qui est liée au développement de l'industrie du textile.

Close to train station - 10 minute walk and 3 to 5 minute walk to a variety of Supermarkets and excellent restaurants and boutique shops. Room is nice with large bathroom and great pressure in the shower. Bed was comfortable and they had daily housekeeping which was nice. The owner and staff at front desk were very friendly and very helpful in every respect. The great thing about Prato is that it's close to Florence and on the main trainline coming from Venice or Milan.....so you are not switching multiple trains. I would definitely book this hotel when I return to Prato

Reviewed May 17, 2026I booked this property as an airport hotel, it’s about 15 minutes away from the Florence airport. I stayed in a single room, it was very functional and well laid out. The bathroom was small, but no problem there. The AC worked well, they have a limited number of English language TV channels; mostly news channels. This is a great value hotel. Clean and safe. The manager recommended a local restaurant just steps away from the hotel. What a fabulous meal I had, for about $50 or so - a great last meal to close my adventure in Italy. I highly recommend this hotel. One more note, when I did have an issue, management responded very quickly.

Camere cu mici cu mobilier învechit. Priza la cap te loveai de ea. Baia cu un bazine de la wc defect ce a curs într-una timp de 3 zile. Perne incomode.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Todos os funcionários são muito gentis, respeitosos e se preocupam com seu bem estar, todos conseguem se comunicar em Inglês (o que é ótimo para viajantes que não falam italiano, como foi o meu caso). Possui elevador e escadas. O café da manhã é muito agradável, bem como inclusivo para dietas restritivas (tenho intolerância a glúten e consegui comer bem todos os dias da estadia). Os quartos são aconchegantes, uma vista muito bonita do quarto que fiquei, aquecimento à óleo e com ar condicionado, ainda conta com frigobar e TV. A cama é muito agradável e confortável. Os quartos são limpos diariamente, com troca de toalhas e roupa de cama inclusas, dispõe de papel higiênico e sabonete/shampoo. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo de várias facilidades e muito seguro também (consegui retornar tarde da noite de estabelecimentos apenas andando até o hotel). É possível adquirir itens como água, vinho, biscoitos e salgadinhos etc, no próprio hotel. Tem desconto de 10% para hóspedes numa pizzaria próxima ao hotel. De modo geral, avaliação é muito boa, caso retorne à Prato-IT eu com certeza me hospedarei aqui novamente :)
Não é informado no site nem pela recepção que há uma taxa ao final da estadia de imposto à cidade, mesmo após pagamento integral via site. Poderia ter ovos mexidos no café da manhã. Não tem condicionador no banheiro.
