Reviewed May 29, 2026This hotel is convenient for the airport, and we stayed for a night at the beginning and end of our holiday. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. They were happy to order taxis for us on the mornings we left. The hotel and the rooms were clean, but there was only one pillow on each of the beds and I'm a two pillow person! The bar and cafe are in a separate building but very close by.
As above, more than one pillow on the bed please!

Reviewed May 19, 2026It is difficult to get a hotel close enough to the Madrid hotel, however, this was only a 15 minute Uber/taxi. We enjoyed the rooms, pretty decent size and it was pretty quiet on the night we stayed, which was a Saturday night. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. They also accommodated our 2 year old with an extra bed and have a lift in the hotel.
There is really not a great place to eat around the hotel, they have a cafe on site but it was closed in the evening. You are right off the highway, so some noise, but they have done a good job cancelling out in the rooms.
