Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Dear Booking.com Team, On the 25th, I booked a property for 340 SAR for the stay period from the 27th to the 29th. I also received confirmation for the reservation. However, on the 27th, while I was traveling to the location, the property owner called me and informed me that the property was no longer available and asked me to cancel the booking. This caused me significant inconvenience and was a very bad experience. Later, when I requested another arrangement, the owner asked for 500 SAR for 2 days. This clearly indicates unfair behavior toward customers and misuse of the online booking platform. I kindly request Booking.com to investigate this issue and take appropriate action against the property owner. Please also assist me regarding compensation or support for the inconvenience caused. Thank you.

عدم الاحترام ورفع الصوت ورفع يده في وجهي ورشيد غلط على ولدي بدون سبب عشان جلس يلعب على الدرج رفع صوته عليه والولد خاف وجلس يبكي الله ينتقم لي منكم

لا انصح لا تعامل ولا خدمه العامل اليماني دقيت الجمعه جالس يسب ويتكلم كلام غير لائق عشان صحيته من النوم في الاخير عمل لي حظر من الاتصال كنه الفندق له مو موظف بالله هذا تعامل اداره سيئه دام هالتصرف وعدم محاسبه الموظف لعدم ارضاء العملاء سوا بالاتصال او التعامل في الاخير الحمدلله استاجرت في فندق الناس فيه راقيه التعامل والاحترام
