The staff make this hotel. Everything is beautiful, the rooms, food and location are all excellent but the staff are amazing. Special mention to Matthew at reception who went above and beyond - he's the best! Fabulous accommodation, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff who make it feel like a home from home. Five stars!

The bed was a bit too hard for me. The shower head needed cleaning as it sprayed water all over the floor. Not very sound proof.

The room we stayed in seemed very outdated the WiFi did not work at all for tv or phones, there curtains looked old and I think me and my partner definitely could of got a better bedroom, also only 12 people aloud in pool spa area when u come to stay which was not stated to us before booking, breakfast was amazing but the dinner wasn’t that great I got a burger but u never got a side with it u had to pay extra? My partner got duck and was tasteless drinks where good and dessert was amazing the staff where lovely though, it’s good for the price but we where sent to back of building and the room definitely could have been better or a different room

Coffee machine not working hotels WiFi not working from we arrived at 3pm until about 8.30pm that night. Tables not cleared in the bar area for over an hour and we had to clear the tables ourselves all night

Great welcome at reception and I was offered a bigger room which was great. Room was good, excellent bathroom and the view onto the courtyard and green beyond was lovely. Lunch was nice breakfast was very good.. Spa seemed very calming with lovely decor but I did not have time for a treatment. I hear the massages are great. Pool area was very attractive, however the pool is quite small not suitable for laps. There is something wholesome about this hotel. I would stay again.

La verdad es que el hotel ha estado muy bien. La amabilidad del personal, la habitación era muy grande (cogimos una habitación familiar), y tanto el desayuno como la cena fueron geniales. El desayuno tipo buffet estaba muy bueno y la cena también.

Lo único que cambiaría a lo mejor es que las cartas del restaurante estuviesen en otros idiomas (por ejemplo, en español), más que nada porque mis hijos no entienden el inglés y teníamos que ir traduciendo. Otra cosa es el SPA, que ni una de las saunas ni uno de los chorros funcionaban. Y daba la impresión de que llevaban así mucho tiempo.

The room was very spacious and very clean couldn't ask for anything better. The staff at reception were excellent especially Matthew he was a star. Or in his words I was his little gem. The housekeeping girls also do a brillant job and we're more than helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Couldn't find any faults

Over priced for the quality of the hotel. Bed was soft and had a hollow on one side. Bathroom was dated with a hand-held mixer tap style shower and old shower curtain. Carpet was grubby and decoration was tired throughout - better, more modern hotels are available at half the price we paid for this room

Die Lage direkt an der Landstraße war für die nächtliche Ruhe nicht förderlich. Erst ab ca 23 Uhr ist der Verkehrslärm weniger geworden. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel extrem hellhörig. Man hört jede Zimmertür, wenn diese zuschlägt - ohne Türdämpfer! Auch wenn sich Personen im Flur aufhalten oder eine der Treppen nutzen fühlt es sich an, als ob die Personen neben dem eigenen Kopf gehen würden. Zuletzt ist leider der Gestank im Hotelzimmer zu nennen. Dieser war eine Mischung aus kaltem Schweiß, Feuchtigkeit und Parfüm der Vorgänger.

The food and staff were excellent, accommodation really good, comfortable bed. Delicious dinner and breakfast couldn't fault it.

Couldn't get into the swimming pool on arrival at 3pm as it wasn't open 2 very disappointed grandchildren they had to wait to 8pm.

We checked in late at 8.20pm slow as no receptions staff available for check in when we arrived. Informed at check in that restaurant closed at 8.30pm last orders for food and pool had access in am 1.5 hours -9.30am. We had dinner platter for 3 people and sides and deserts. Food was good, deserts ok and service friendly. Biddy bar outside had football games on big screen, my boys enjoyed watching. Note spa limited opening times should be highlighted on website, prior to booking. We didnt get to use pool as open 8-9.30 and 5pm-9pm. We arrived too late. The morning SPA time clashes with breakfast 8am-10am early on holidays.

Very nice and spacious room. Good breakfast with loads of options to choose from.

We got a room that is adjusted for people with disabilities. So shower had no curtain or nothing else to stop the way water from splashing. After taking a shower, everything was wet. The floor was one big puddle. So next family member had to take socks off and go barefoot to the toilet. Later I used our towel to mop up the water from the floor. The other issue was that the towel rack was not heated in the bathroom. We went to the pool at the evening and had no way to dry our swimming suits. Had to pack them back wet the next morning when leaving the hotel.

Handy location for visiting family, facilities had everything you needed.

Over tired children in the restaurant. I understand this isn’t the hotel however a child free area or a cut off time for children under 6 could benefit.

Comfortable hotel. Very efficient and friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable though the bathroom could perhaps do with an upgrade. Food was excellent and very tasty.

It is rather noisy. The room doors slam so loudly that once people start moving around from 7am, there is little chance of a good sleep.

Everything was great, however could possibly do with a stricter policy on phones at the swimming pool. As I seen 2 phones out when children and others were simply trying to swim.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, gemütlich und hatte eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders das Frühstück hat uns begeistert – es war abwechslungsreich, liebevoll angerichtet und einfach hervorragend. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Spa-Bereich nur gegen einen Aufpreis genutzt werden kann. Bei dem ohnehin höheren Zimmerpreis hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass dieser bereits inklusive ist. Ansonsten gibt es von unserer Seite keine weiteren Kritikpunkte. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Our rooms were comfortable and clean, with a decent sized bathroom. We were visiting the Giant’s Causeway so the location of the hotel was ideal for our visit. The communal lounges and restaurant are well presented, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. A particular mention for the staff in the restaurant and bar staff, they go above and beyond to help, and radiate a very genuine feeling of enjoying their jobs. The lead manager is doing a marvelous job in welcoming and providing customers with an exemplary level of hospitality. We dined in the restaurant during our two night stay and on both occasions we were treated to this high standard of care. The food was delicious, large generous plates of professionally prepared well presented dishes. It was a joy to indulge ourselves with the mains and desserts!

Breakfast was very good. Selection of fresh fruit a really nice touch. The staff were very attentive and helpful. All staff from reception, in the garden bar to restaurant staff at breakfast.

Only fault we had was we had to wait over an hour for our food on the Saturday evening as Friday evening was so good only 20 minutes but food was excellent on both occasions

Our room was the smallest bedroom I have ever been in at a hotel. It had all the facilities, was very clean. It had a safe but no refrigeration of any kind. I had to leave my medication in a hotel fridge.

A beautifully presented hotel, with a warm welcome. Rooms were spotless and beds were comfy. We chose to eat in the restaurant and were not disappointed. Staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. We ran out of time so didn't get a chance to use the pool and Spa but left after the perfect breakfast.

It would have been even more perfect if the pool was open earlier so we could have had a quick swim before breakfast. Also, as a keen gardening I was desperate to go and do some pruning!

We love everything about the Bushtown Hotel. The staff are lovely, the food is excellant and the beds are super comfy

The limited time guests have to use the pool. Those having spa treatments during the day get preference over hotel guests.
