Large room and great view. The hotel is next to a park. Not a touristic area and we got fully immersed in Korea.

The parking was not always available.

조식이 포함되어 있어서 숙박을 했습니다. 조식은 평범했지만 전체적으로 그렇게 신선한 느낌이 들지는 않았으며 식당에 라면 끓이는 기계가 좋았습니다. 로비에서 커피와 생수를 무제한으로 마실수 있었어요. 객실은 깨끗하고 전체적으로 만족스러웠지만 tv로 넷플릭스나 다른 서비스를 볼 수 없어서 심심했어요. 보통 넷플릭스는 볼 수 있게 해주시는데 그냥 tv만 봤습니다.

건물은 좀 허름하지만 내부는 깔끔합니다. 잘 쉬고 왔습니다~

Breakfast a little simple, could be more inviting!

주말에 급히 묵을 곳을 찾다가 다른 지역 브라운도트호텔들에 너무 좋은 기억들이 있어 예약했어요. 여긴 가족들보단 커플에게 더 어울릴것 같은 곳이였긴한데 그래도 데스크 직원분 친절하고 밤늦은시간이라 주차공간 기다리니 대신 주차도 해주셨어요. 감사합니다~

There was mold on pillow..other then that people was nice and speak english everythin is walking distance but i think it’s not the hotel for family..the head of the bed made of rock so my baby keep bumping head even we covered it:( also there’s lots of karaoke and i saw some man arrest at the first floor

The room was well layout with a dining table and overlooking the lake. We did not find it noisy, but the bed was bouncy and a bit hard, otherwise sleep was good. The TV could swivel would be good, now it is fixed to face the bed. Toilet is well furnished and spacious enough.

The carpark was very dim, tight and single lane, all the time was hoping no opposite direction car. Car parking was free for hotel guest.

직원분들이 너무 친철했습니다. 주차 공간은 조금 좁은거 같지만, 호텔 가성비가 좋은거 같아요! 공간도 넓고, 안에 깨끗하고, 무엇보다 스타일러가 있어서 너무 좋았어요~

숙소 자체는 깨끗하고 안락했어요. 그런데 주차장 이용이 어려웠고 주변이 너무 번쩍거리는 유흥가라 좀 그랬네요

The room did not get cleaned/serviced before our 2nd night. We had to ask for fresh towels and toilette paper.

서산호수공원 도보1분이여서 아침저녁 산책이 참 좋았습니다. 인근에 석식으로 낙원갈비집도 있고 조식으로 먹은 멸치국수와 김밥(저염)도 동문시장에서 대하, 젓갈, 뱅어포 등도 살 수있는 근접거리라서 좋더라구요. 본딩마켓의 베이글과 커피도 굿굿굿!

Very clean room, halls, elevators and breakfast room. Friendly staff. Good elevators. Good parking under hotel. I like to use stairs. The stairs are not clean as staff uses them as a break room and syarage area. Breakfast is healthy and adaquate but monotonous. No breakfast on Monday's. Near a nice park and lots of restaurants very near.

The room was great loved it! I had everything I could need toiletries, hair dryer, towels, robe, water, coffee. I liked all the technology available in the room! Big flatscreen TV with Netfix, Desktop computer, even a LG Styler steam closet! My favorite was the bathroom with the soaking tub rainfall shower and the great bidet toilet. The room was cleaned and serviced every day of my stay and the staff made sure I was stocked with water, coffee, toiletries, and towels. I also liked that they had breakfast and laundry machines available for guests. I wish I was told about it sooner so I could take full advantage.

The bedding was nice and cool and comfortable but the bed/ mattress itself was too hard and hot for my taste. I woke up in a sweat every morning and a heat blister on my back. I was glad to have the air conditioning unit in my room.

Location - 6 mins walk to Seosan Dongbu market and half hour drive to Ungdo Island (gwancham 2-Gil address in Google map), across where there is many restaurants, 15 mins to hermieupseong walled town. Comfortable bed, big room, soundproof, toilet and shower area is separated, bath tub, beyond basic essential in room ie hair straightener, styler, heated and auto flush toilet, computer, free laundry (washer 1hr15mins and dryer 1.5hrs) on the 5th floor (thru ‘stair case’ door sign next to lift), free parking (note to park only at B2 and B3; hotel reception at level 4). note that the hotel rooms are refurbished and located in an old building. it occupies level 4 to 6. the female cleaning staff speaks English. I left my aluminium water bottle at the counter and they kept it for me till I redeemed it 2 days later.

it is dark going down the parking lot, limited parking lots and there is no direction in English of the hotel reception location from car park. Regardless, this doesn’t stop me from returning to stay in future.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The location was great as well. It was right by a small lake where you could walk around. The breakfast was really good as well.

Our room was right over a club so it was a little bit noisy. They did offer earplugs so the noise can be avoided.

가성비가 좋아요 조식도 기대보다 좋아요 저렴한 가격에 큰기대 하면 안되잖아요 외관은 별로여서 걱정했는데 들어가보면 달라요 좋아요~

깨끗하고 좋아요. 다만 호텔의 느낌은 없었습니다만, 리셉션 친절하셨습니다.

아주 깔끔한 시설에 친절한 서비스가 조화로운 숙소입니다. 근처의 호수공원도 좋고 아래층의 유흥시설이 시끄럽지 않을까 했는데 방음도 좋은 편입니다.
