Bag for the buck stay and this place is very clean and highly convenient. Everything is high tech including Bidet and automated window blinds. Recommend staying.

Hotel is value for money. Location is excellent, room itself is clean, spacious, very well maintained and equipped when considering the price. Both receptionists are very helpful despite the language barrier. Basic breakfast is provided which is a pleasant surprise when considering the price the price of the stay. Overall, we are very pleased with the hotel and will return to this hotel if we visit Jeonju again.

We stayed 4 nights. Location is excellent. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. The room was large enough, but there was not much space for storing clothes and suitcases. The breakfast room and the lobby are nice to have. The staff was very helpful.

한옥마을 바로 맞은편이라 이동거리가 짪은게 제일 좋네요. 직원분들도 다 친절하시고 시설도 다 좋았습니다.

Very convenient location. Small boutique hotel, run by a small team of staff who have to multi task, but this is also what made the hotel much more personal experience. Staff spoke minimal English but this did not stop them trying to help, excellent serevice. The breakfast was not much, a hot drink and some toast but for the price of the hotel and Jeonju having so many places to choose to eat this was not an issue nor impacted our hotel experience. Rooms are big, with very comfortable bed and nice amenities. Definitely recommend the hotel and will stay again on our next visit.

Minimalist hotel. 15 mins drive from Jeonju train station. A challenge with English communication but Staff is very helpful though. Easy access to Hanok village, food establishments, museums and parks around.

깨끗하고 쾌적한 실내가 좋았고, 조식도 나름 편하게 먹을 수 있어서 전반적으로 만족했어요. 그런데 화장실 비데 소리가 너무 심해서 잠을 잘 못 잤습니다 ㅠㅠ 원래 그런건지 고장나서 그런건지 점검이 필요할 거 같아요.

조용하고 깨끗하고 가운이 겨울철에 입기 좋은 극세사여서 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 다만 조식은 무료였으나 8시 이후에 제공이어서 빠른 퇴실로 이용은 못해서 아쉽네요.

Location was convenient, the room was of good size and clean. Hotel seemed a bit understaffed as I had to wait a long time before I could check in.

깨끗하고 괜찮습니다. 다만 친절은 그냥 그렇고, 아침식사도 샌드위치 반쪽과 팩주스 1개라서 부실한 편이었습니다. 주차장 찾기어렵고 장소도 협소해요, 호텔건물과 떨어져있어 약간 불편하지만 가깝긴해요.

Kleines stylisches Hotel gegenüber vom Hanok Village. Sehr komfortabel und absolut empfehlenswert.

It was comfortable

Great hotel, well located and modern. Breakfast very basic but ok. No cereal. No tea bags. Coffee ok but no milk or whitener which should be fixed. The staff friendly and communicated well with Google translate!

The room was comfortable in terms of size and amenities. But the lady at the reception was THE ONLY AND THE MOST UNHELPFUL person we have met on our visit to S. Korea(SK) so far. We had to cancel our original room booking and then rebooked for another date. She made us pay full charges for the cancellation and refused to adjust the cost against our new dates. We had a 6.26 am train to Seoul on our return. We asked this same lady to help us prebook a taxi the evening before as we needed to leave the hotel by 5.45 am. (Uber doesn’t work in Jeonju and we didn’t have a Korean telephone # to use Kakao taxi). She said she couldn’t help us. The next morning (May 29th, a public holiday in SK) we waited in POURING rain for an hour, did not get a taxi, missed our train to Seoul and had to return to the hotel drenched and wait till this lady came in at 7.30 am. She listened to our experience without any expression or sympathy, then booked a taxi for us We had to pay a fee for rebooking our train tickets on a later train as standing passengers (2 hours) to Seoul. The South Korean people have been most helpful, kind and generous on our visit, but there is always an exception and this cold and impersonal lady at Neulpum was the exception.

주말 투숙이라 평일대비 두배의 가격을 지불했지만 급하게 예약한지라 좋은 리뷰를 보고 결정함. 호텔 사장님도 매우 친철하시고 한옥마을과 가까워 위치적으로는 좋은 선택이었음. 다만 조금만 움직여도 삐그덕 소리를 내는 침대 때문에 뒤척일때 마다 나는 소리가 신경에 거슬려 잠을 설쳤습니다.

This hotel is run by a lovely lady, she was kind. It is also across the hanok village which is great. It is a very basic hotel, nothing fancy like the photos. It is clean and big and that was good enough. The restaurant a block over has very delicious baekban. Recommended by the hotel owner.

Great location near to the village of the town. Had a room overlooking the street sound blocking windows and could not hear a car. Breakfast is as simple as possible to even be called a breakfast. Would stay here again if in town. It was clean, quiet and convenient.

청소가 미흡 한듯 했어요 냉장고에는 전에 숙박 하셨던 분의 소주병이 있더라구요 연속 숙박이라 방키 맡길려고 해도 안된다고 하시고 전주에 출장으로 왔는데 출장으로 숙박은 그닥 좋진 않아요

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is modern and good facilities. Only a few minutes walk from the main hanok village which made it easy to get around. My feedback would be that it would be great to have proper shower towels as only hand towel sized ones are available. Would stay here again!

It's a small hotel across Hotel Lahan, but facilities and room was very nice, made the hotel look like it is 5 star, without the 5 star charge. Hotel room itself was big. Toilet was separate for shower and toilet, but its an open model (no door separating toilet from bedroom- theres a door for the shower and bidet in the toilet). All the amentities needed are available. Our room also had a free breakfast ( I was told when i was checking in, wasn't stated on agoda booking). I didnt think the room came with breakfast, but apparently its complimentary breakie. Breakfast was basic: toast, yogurt and coffee. There's a microwave during breakfast. The lady on front desk didn't speak a lot of English, but she tried to assist us with all our questions using Papago. She also helped us book a taxi via kakao app which was awesome. Hotel is close to shops, food and main street. (5 - 10 mins walk). Also close to tourist spots ( 15 mins walk). Overall, the stay was really good and will definitely stay here when in JeonJu. Location, location, location. This hotel is directly next to the large, historic Hanok v Village. You can walk right from the hotel in less than 2 minutes. From there, you can explore a ton. Wear hanboks and take photos, enjoy local specialities like Jeonju bibimbap, etc. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are really nice and modern and have little extras for you like shaving cream, lotion, toothpaste, waters, etc. The free breakfast is pretty basic (toast, juice boxes, yogurt and ramen cups), but is a nice addition. That said, the Hanok Village is filled with street food and great restaurants. You can also tour beautiful historic sites.

깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 걸어서 남부시장, 한옥마을 갈 수 있는 거리로 딱이에요! 온돌이라 아이랑 가기 좋습니다.

아주깨끗합니다..한옥마을에서 큰도로로 나온 길에있지만 오히려 그래서 조용한것같아요. 조식도 나와서 간단하게나마 먹을수있어서 더욱좋았어요~~온수냉수 샤워기조절이 조금불편한것 말고는 조용하고 깨끗해서 넘좋았어요~ 수건은 매우 깨끗해요~그런데 베개에서 살짝냄새가. ㅠ 그것말곤 최근다닌 숙소중에선 가성비 최고였어요~~ 아이가 담에도 여기오자네요~ㅋ

프론트 직원은 친절하시고, 무료 조식 무난무난 좋았습니다. 다만 침대 시트 세탁에 문제 있고, 베개는 냄새가 너무 심해 사용하기 힘들었습니다. 위치가 전주 한옥마을이라 한옥 숙소가 대부분이고, 호텔이 적어 상대적으로 숙소비용이 비싼듯 합니다.

아침식사 너무 부실하고. 직원분 불친절합니다. 샤워가운은 매번 세탁하지 않았다는 느낌 들어 입었다 벗었습니다. 길가에 있어서 차소리가 소음처럼 들리지만... 옆방 소리나 윗방 소리는 듣지 못했습니다.

프론트 직원이 친절하시고, 깨끗하고 편리한 호텔, 아침 식사도 훌륭합니다. 다음에도 이용할 호텔,

별기대없이 갔다가 너무깔끔하고 시설이 좋아서 감동했어요 그리고 스파 할 생각없었는데 너무 이뻐서 바로 물받아서 이용했어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 다음에 전주가면 다시 묵고 싶어요 :)

아내와 전주 여행길에 묶었는데 아내가 더 좋아하더군요. 샤워기 수압이 쎄서 시원시원해서 좋았고요 전체적으로 깨끗하게 관리가 돼어있고 호텔 직원분들이 친절했습니다. 바깥날씨가 많이 추웠지만 방 온도를 룸에서 조절할수 있어서 편안하고 따뜻하게 잘 잤습니다. 다음에도 전주 한옥마을 여행시 도보 5분거리로 가깝고 가성비 좋은 한정식 식당도 가까운 늘품호텔로 재방문 하겠습니다.

This place is really clean, simple, and spacious. Window blinds are automatic, you can open and close with a switch. It seems nothing special, but it helps your lazy butt to rest longer. And it takes only 3-4 minutes by walk from the Hanok Village. Highly recommend!

First off, this hotel location is perfect and is in walking distance to the Hanok village. It was great to just park and walk around and explore. The parking situation is a little tight with about 5 parking spots with an overhead and another small dirt parking lot down the road. But if you're parked behind someone, they will help you valet. The customer service was amazing. Everyone we encounter was very friendly, hospitable and welcoming. Our room was a great size. There was room to move around with complimentary disposable slippers, toiletries, and water. As soon as you put your room key in the slot, the blinds would open. The view we got wasn't anything fancy but the room made up for it. The bathroom had a touch screen light up mirror that came in handle when getting ready in the morning. The shower pressure was perfect and wasn't too low or hard. The bed was my favorite part of the room. It wasn't hard like the typical Korean style bed and was very comfortable. Since Covid is still going around, the staff made sure to take extra precaution and closed the breakfast but delivered sandwiches and juice in the morning at 9 am to the hotel guest. I appreciate the gesture and their commitment to keeping everyone safe and healthy. Overall, I throughly enjoyed my stay at Neulpum and will be coming back again in the near feature.
