大廳的音樂太大大大大 聲 下午 5點入住 到出門吃晚餐 6.30 都聽的到 要小休息都很難 早上 大概 9點出 就開始放音樂~~出去吃早餐回來 ~~要睡回籠覺 也很難~ 房間窗戶的窗簾尺寸太小 就在床旁邊 遮光率不足 一早陽光就窗側邊 側照進來 浴室隔間 太吵 因為是開放式天花板 開個水龍頭 沖個水 都很清楚~ 空間也不大

Reviewed Dec 15, 2023We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 children. The room was spacious with double storey space. The beds and comforter were soft and comfortable. The property was tastefully decorated to give a cosy homely atmosphere. The staff on duty Parker was very friendly and greeted us when we checked in. The coffee machine and chilled drinks at the lobby were complimentary. For those with hunger pangs at night, there were cup noodles available for free at the lobby. Very thoughtful service! We appreciated that the staff helped us change our towels and cleared the garbage daily. The breakfast was made in-house and the individually-plated breakfast was wholesomely good. We had a memorable stay here while in Hualien. Highly recommend this place for large family looking for a homely stay.
It'd be good if there was a washing machine at this property. We had to bring our laundry to the BnB opposite (same owner) to use the washing machine.
