Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The place was very nice, well done, modern, and with quality materials and appliances. It was very clean and well-equipped. It is easy to get in and out. Hosts were responsive to our messages and questions. The city is nice and there are plenty of things to do around.
The private parking is NOT private, you are given a permit to park on the street in zone 1. The problem is that you need to identify the zone and find an available place to park. For us it was difficult every day. There is a lot of noise around, from people stopping right under the window to the garbage truck emptying the bins in the early hours. While the apartment is great for 2 people, 3 is pushing it if you are a group of friends. It would work better for a family.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Mooi, modern appartement met alles erop en eraan. Heel makkelijk dat je een code krijgt om deur en rolluik te openen en te sluiten. Zo moet je geen sleutel of badge meenemen. We kregen ook een bewonerskaart om gratis te parkeren in de buurt.
Er was maar 1 raam vlakbij de inkomdeur. Omdat het appartement op het gelijkvloers lag was er een gordijn voor het raam om inkijk te vermijden. Daardoor moest je ook overdag altijd licht aandoen en had je geen idee van welk weer het buiten was. Voor een kort verblijf was dit geen probleem. Voor een lang verblijf zouden we dit wel een minpunt vinden.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026We had a wonderful stay at these apartments in Zarautz. The location is excellent — very close to the beach, while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. There are also supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. The access to the apartment was very easy and convenient with a code. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and provided very detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and access it. The apartment had absolutely everything we could need for a comfortable stay. There was a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There were also cleaning products, cloths, sponges, a drying rack, and a washing machine with a dryer function. Everything was very well thought out and organized. The apartment is comfortable, practical and very well designed, with excellent use of space. Parking was also very convenient. The host provided us with a card that allowed us to park for free in the blue parking zone. We were able to find a parking spot every day without much difficulty. The host also offered an option for paid covered parking, which was a great alternative if needed. We honestly have no negatives to mention — everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend these apartments and hope to come back again in the future!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Die Lage im Zentrum von Zarautz ist perfekt. Die Klimaanlage sorgt für tollen Komfort im Sommer. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und der Gastgeberkontakt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkticket für PKW im Preis enthalten.
Die Wohnung ist für 3 Personen etwas zu klein. Für die Saison etwas teuer.

El trato es por whatsapp me resultó un tanto frío y al mandar el registro si eres de Madrid helado!!

Son muy cómodos y están muy bien situados. Su precio me parece elevado, pero es acorde a como está el alojamiento en esa zona. Si dejaran alojarse a los de 4 patas, serían de 10!

Rent och fräscht, med bra aircondition i båda rummen och smart med avfuktare på badrummet. Semesterns skönaste dusch var ett ytterligare plus! Lätt in-och utcheckning med en egen kod via Whats up gjorde vistelsen enkel.
Vissa tycker kanske inte om att bo på markplan, men det gjorde inget pga persiennerna som man inte kunde se igenom utifrån!

Alle Küchenutensilien, samt kleinen Details wie Öl-, Essig-Pröbchen, die ideal reichen für 2-3 Tage. Parkkarte für Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Wirklich gut durchdacht alles.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026One of the very best places we have ever stayed in! We'd been through Zarautz as peregrinos (pilgrims) many times and decided to come as holidaymakers. The apartment was great. Perfect location in Zarautz, a 4 minute walk from the old town, a 4 minute walk from the beach, we had a little kitchen with washer/dryer, fridge and microwave and hob, bed, sofa (sofabed) and two(!) televisions, everything was very clean and worked very well, really quiet part of town, hostess was brilliant, very helpful and most friendly and kind. Eskerrik asko!
The apartment is on the ground floor, so the main window has a (removable) velcro mesh privacy screen, what might be helpful would be a blind, so is more easy roll it up to see the view. There are nice gardens and a nice palm tree just outside the window. This is just a suggestion and not really something not to like.

It is well equipped and comfortable. This was our fourth and longest visit to Zarautz and we enjoyed our stay at Apartamentos Isaga.

El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas y aunque era una planta baja no se escuchaba ruido de la calle. En el baño tienen un deshumidificador y funciona de maravilla. Todo muy top, limpio y cuidado!

Ce sont des locaux commerciaux transformés en logements : aucune vue extérieure et constamment des personnes viennent parler au téléphone sous les fenêtres. Bruits de l'appartement au-dessus : tuyauteries et chaises. La vaisselle est rangée en hauteur (il faut monter sur une chaise) alors qu'il y a de l'espace ailleurs. La communication avec les responsables est déplorable: des messages par whatsapp ont des réponses des heures après, voire des jours après via Booking.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Location! In less than 5 mins you can get to the beach, the bus stop or old town. There's even a great coffee shop next door :) Everything you need in the kitchen. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We did have to request bedding for the sofa bed because we weren't a couple but that got sorted easily. Loved the de-humidifier in the bathroom!
Couldn't get the AC to work, forgot to mention it to the owners because the weather got cooler during our stay.

Perhaps in the summer they should offer beach towels but for the time we were there it was perfect! Even when there was an issue with the boiler, the staff were super prompt, kept us updated and were very communicative till the issue was solved. My favorite was a little cafeteria in the same building which was great to mingle with local folks in the morning!

A noté qu'il s'agit d un rez de chaussée et plus précisément d'anciens commerces transformés en air BNB. Tout est fait pour ne pas souffrir du vis a vis avec la rue car les grandes baies vitrées donnent directement sur la rue il y'a de grand stores occultant plus des rideaux mais ça peut surprendre. On ne peut pas fermer le volet de l'intérieur et la personne qui dors sur le canapé de salon a la lumière du digicode malgré le rideau occultant.

pone que hay champú y gel, pero realmente solo te ponen una pastilla, y nosotros éramos 3 y fuimos 5 noches.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Nosotros viajamos con un bebe de 10 meses y el suelo de la habitación no estaba limpio. Tuvimos que barrerlo y fregarlo. El sofa cama tenia arena de playa que vimos la primera noche al desmontarlo para dormir. Creemos que el apartamento no es para 3 adultos ya que es un único espacio demasiado pequeño.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Está muy bien ubicado lo malo es que allí el parking es horrible entre zona azul zona rotatoria y zona residentes para los que vamos de vacaciones está mal la cosa, lo bueno es que te dejan una tarjeta que puedes aparcar cerca del apartamento, el apartamento es como en las fotos muy bonito
La cama y la almohada podrían mejorarlo para poder descansar mejor pero la verdad que tanto el trato como el apartamento está genial

There is no where to dry your clothes from the beach (not allowed outside and the bathroom is a wet room so they keep getting wet in there!)

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025La funcionalidad del apartamento. La ubicación. La cercanía a la playa y a la parte más antigua de la ciudad.
Las posibilidades de ventilación son muy escasas. El equipamiento de la cocina resulta algo escaso si realmente quieres cocinar (no era mi caso). Ambas son cuestiones perfectamente llevaderas si, como yo, pasas una estancia corta.
